. The old guy is very rude and and ingorant. The sign says last wash 9pm meaning you must start a wash before than. He approaches with attitude and says you know we close at 10 right. I said yes I understand and then he walks off with attitude. A Muslim couple comes in past 9 and never once he gave them any trouble and was generally friendly to them. Its nice to know white people arent welcomed to do laundry here. Gave them another chance and I was accused of overloading the machine. On the washer it says load clothes loosely (meaning don't stuff or compact the clothes) till it reaches top row of holes. When a machine is overloaded it makes unusual noises which I heard from other machines that I have seen overloaded. I have been using this laundromat for months and not once have I overloaded a machine because I follow the rules printed on machines. These are the same washing machines from 17 years ago when I first ed moved to Mississauga as a kid. Judging by the yellow these machines are from the 80's/90's. They have another top loader that has the same problem and hadn't been fixed. Another two machines have been out of order on the extra large machines for half a year now). Several customers have complained about the clothes not drying even after 20 minutes and few clothes each machines. They are pushing the limits of these machines and blaming the customers when they can't operate reliably. Lack of maintenance and equipment upgrades (other laundromat have modern newer machines not 20 year old machines). It seems this place is increasing the charges and not putting money back into it (even the coin machine is broken) which are signs of serious money problems. Anyway me and my mother have both decided to use our laundromat at our apartments.

I always do my laundry in this location. I kept my laundry in the car and went in to get change due to past experiences of coin machine not working. The Arabic lady came barging in and yelling about the coins. Even though I told her I always do my laundry here and I have my laundry outside to bring in. She kept yelling. She took the coins and gave me my dollar bills. Very unprofessional and abhorrent act while all customers were watching. I will go to meadowvale tc laundry from now on. Heinous attitude and abhorrent experience Response: Whenever I did my laundry I saw the Arabic guy or the Asian lady. Sometimes the Arabic lady. She was pale, yelling, and guess ready to attack. Literally her behaviour was scary! If she is the owner or worker that doesn’t matter and it’s none of my business. I don’t come to the laundromat to gossip but to do my laundry and leave. And if you know your business so well you should also know that the coin machine for some odd reason sometimes doesn’t accept paper money. Anyhow, never visiting this location again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

Rude employees. I came in to do laundry for the very first time at this location. I was meeting my spouse who was bringing the laundry from home, and I came separately from work. I happened to arrive before them and was questioned several times by an employee on what I was doing and I explained I was waiting for them. While waiting I thought I would get some change so we could get started when they arrived. Within seconds of me putting my money in the machine, I again started to be questioned on why I was there and told that I could not have the change that I had just paid for until my spouse was physically there in person with our laundry, as he pointed at a sign stating that change was for those doing laundry. I again stated that I am there to do laundry as the employee took my money from the machine. At this point I really was not interested in sitting in such an untrusting environment while I did several hours of laundry, and said I wanted my money back and called my spouse to inform them that we would be doing laundry elsewhere. Could have had a customer.

First time customer here. Strolled by Just Like Home after work based on existing reviews. At first glance, I wasn't sure I was at the right place as the store sign didn''t match the registered business name online. I had two dresses shirts and a trench coat dry cleaned. At the time, the person helping me wasn't sure how much to charge me because of the coat and that she needed to consult with her manager. She took down my number and told me someone will call the following day. Received a call and was quoted a very reasonable price, which I gladly accepted. Pick up time was reasonable and I was happy with the results. I will be returning here as a customer. So glad they are closed to my work.

Doing the laundry on December 23, 2017. I was given dirty looks and treated poorly by the staff that evening. Took that as being discriminated against the whole night. So i sat in my truck and noted that my laundry would be dry at 938. As soon as it turned 938 i headed in. I was approachedby the staff glaring at me telling me in a condescending tone were clossing now your laundry is done. Yeton the sign it says 1000pm they close so why is it closing 22 minutes befire the time theyhave on there window. She forced me to leave as fast as possible and was really really rude. If your a visible minority or LGBT stay away from this business. Spending my money elsewhere.

This laundry mat is spotless. Very clean machines and environment. I have been to a few laundry mat places..never as clean as this one. The machines here was very clean in comparison to the other laundry mats in meadowdale. Since I discovered this place 4 years ago, I only do my laundry here. No waiting. I actually save money here than the laundromat in meadowdale. All their washers are maytag. To my knowledge..maytag are the Mercedes in washers. They have 6 commercial extra large washers and I have no problems washing queen size comforters and blankets. I highly recommend this place. Staff is professional and helpful.

Khairy is a the best at his craft! I brought in a very old, mildew stained, patio umbrella canopy on it's last legs. I had no real hope, but I did not want to spend $$$ on a new one. To my surprise Khairy completely cleaned all the dirt, wear and moldy mildew and the beige canopy looked completely different. He performed magic on this old rag and I am in awe! I am really impressed that he goes above and beyond for his customers and always with a smile. I have been bringing my bedding here for years and I am always happy with Just Like Home. This is the only place to go for all your dry cleaning and laundry needs!!!

I have been doing my laundry here for 3 years and I've always had a pleasant experience. The (husband and wife) owners are very friendly and helpful no matter what your need. The prices are also great. I've just had a purse dry cleaned and the price for it was not only fair but lower than any other place I asked and it looks like brand new. The premises is always clean, great big machines or smaller depending on your need. While you wait you can watch tv or read magazines...they even have a snack machine. Overall I rate this place 5 stars because of the positive experience I've had each and every time. ☺️☺️☺️

We were very impressed and happy with our experience at Just like home. We are here from the US on business and needed to wash our laundry - we found them on google! The owner (Khairy Hanna) was very professional , friendly, kind and helpful to us as we were a little confused figuring out the money conversions. He took the time to teach us and to make sure we used the correct machines and how to use them correctly! This facility is very clean and every machine is in working order! I have been looking for a good clean coin laundromart for a while and let me say I have been to a few that I wouldn't visit a second time. I've been coming here for close to a year now and this place is great, has lots of machines, space, and most importantly, very nice and couteous customer service. The owner is very nice and takes time to make sure his customers are okay, he actually walks around to answer questions and offer help when needed. There's also a section for mending/adjusting clothes- had a dress adjusted and it was very well done. This place is a 10/10.

One of the worst places I have ever visited I don't know if the machines are old or they have deliberately did something to them as when washing is done you can feel the water dipping form clothes. They are very wet as machines doesn't paint out the water completely. So it means if the clothes are wet it will take longer time to make them dry It mean you have to put extra coins for extra time So its totally ridiculous I will call it day light robbery Won't be going there again One queen side blanket and two bed sheets and one kind side fitter costed me around 20$

Best place thus far to wash and dry our clothes. They have different sizes of washing machine and 52 dryers. Seldom you have to wait for your turn and if you do they provide free Wi-Fi and entertainment from the big TV. Don't know where to buy your detergents, no problem they also have vending machines for this stuff. What! You don't have cash either no problem, they also have ATM in their place. On top of this, if ever you go there on Wednesdays or Sundays you will meet their friendliest staff Mhitz. She works hard and never gets tired helping out of needed.

Ive been dry cleaning my suits and shirts here at Just like home for about 1 and half and ai would never go to another place. Not only they do a fantastic job but also make you feel welcome everytime you go in. They are honest and they always will yell you weather they can do something or not. My first experience was me bringing in some dirty shirts and some shirts that had been cleaned at another dry cleaners but I was not happy with the results. When I say they saved my shirts from the brink of being unwearable, it is no exaggeration. This family owned business is always around to help you with any laundry need. Machines are constantly kept up to speed on site. They have a dry clean service as well as a wash and fold service for those people to busy to do it on their own. The family here is welcoming and friendly at all times. I've been coming here for 5 years now and have nothing bad to say. My clothes is clean and I feel like I'm at home while I wash them.

Sure the place is clean and bright, but the cost is 3 times than most laundry facilities. Washers seem to wash with only cold water, and they are pretty cold coming out of the washer and significantly damp. (Not overloaded as well). Then the dryers take double the time at 10 cents per minute.... A half empty dryer will cost you Minimum 4.50 to 5.00 to have them totally dry. Again, not overloaded.. Like Mississauga, overpriced!

Several times now I have had the delight of using the machines at this location of Just Like Home. The location is very clean, well maintained and the machines are heavy duty for those days you want to do just one load of everything! The owner is a kind man with a great energy. Very welcoming. I appreciate how fast and reliable the wireless internet is too. I get a lot of work done while waiting for my laundry. Check it out!

Regarding the negative review about the coins incident... so UNTRUE. The customer came to change money for her personal use. My daughters and I have been coming here for years and the staff are always very helpful, friendly and professional. My daughter and I were both here during this incident and she's not being honest. My family will continue to come to this establishment because of the cleanliness and the warm staff.

I absolutely love this place. The owner is sweet, helpful, and clean. In the months that I’ve been there - he’s been nothing less than approachable, and caring regarding any questions that I have. Hands down best experience as I'm not used to wash, clean and fold as a service option. I simply dropped off my laundry items and since I came upon opening, they said it'll be ready by evening. I was impressed how all my clothes came out as if I just bought it brand new from the store. A little exaggerated but the quality on presentation upon pick up was remarkable (stacked and categorized!) You're in good hands here.

Khairy and his wife Rose are two wonderfully nice people! This was my first experience here and I was very pleased and surprised with the dry cleaning results of my jacket. I brought in a beige Canada Goose jacket that was VERY dirty and looked almost black and yet they were still able to clean it to the point where it looks practically new. When I first moved into the area, we did not have a washer or dryer and due to limited free time, used their wash and fold service. Even now that I can do my laundry at home, I still use them when life gets busy. They do a fantastic job, with helpful and friendly service, and they have never even lost a sock in over ten years! First time to try coin laundry. The lady was very kind and welcoming. The place is clean, they have many washers and a row of dryers. A clean Washroom available for customers. There were enough Chairs for customers to sit and wait, free wifi, there were magazines too and enough tables to fold clothes. 25cents for 3mins for dryer, wash ranges from $5-$6.

I went there 2 days ago to wash my bed sheets, the place was very clean and the gentleman working there was very helpful. He showed me how the machines work and how to get more coins. There are grocery stores and food restaurants in that area to kill time. I will definitely come back here again if you have any big size load items to be washed!

Clean big machines and environment. Owners and patrons are friendly. Prices are fair. Lots of places around the area to wait while you do your laundry. Coins are an issue as most machines won't accept the coins and you have to spend a lot of extra time reinserting the coins until it finally accepts them.

Great machines, very clean. I like that you can choose the 4 load, 3 load or single load machines. The dryers are very powerful the Maytag washers are incredibly strong too. Great place to go if you got a lot of laundry to do in a little amount of time
