Dreadful pizza restaurant. I placed an order with them for delivery and the driver (who was both rude and aggressive over the phone) couldn't find my address. I had already paid for the order with my card and so requested a refund since the driver failed to deliver my order. The manager I complained to that night seemed decent and assured me that if I accepted credit from them (for next time), he would ensure I got another driver next time. So I decided to give Juve's another chance and accepted his offer to credit me rather than refund me in cash - this was a big mistake! Tonight (10/10/23), at around 7pm, I called Juve's Pizza & Pasta and placed a big order (I had guests over) with them for pick-up. They refused to put the credit I had for a drink towards the large pizzas I ordered (as I already had drinks at home so didn't require drinks with the order). The manager was extremely indecent, rude, and unreasonable. I therefore cancelled my entire order and requested that I be refunded the money I had credited instead, seeing as I had lost my good opinion of their staff and business practices. He refused to refund my money, which is tantamount to theft. Tomorrow, I will be calling Consumer Affairs Victoria to report this disreputable business. In my opinion, no-one should open a business without having at least a basic understanding of Australian Consumer Law. After this terrible experience, I placed my large order with another local pizza business - 'Fresh Dough Pizza & Kebab' located at 46 Oleander Drive, Mill Park (8457 8233) which I would highly recommend as an excellent alternative. Their pizzas were of superior quality and the staff are polite as well as respectful to their customers, unlike the repugnant employees at Juve's Pizza & Pasta.

I ordered a meal and was given a small piece of veil with a hand full of chips, the veal was dry, hardly any meat and the portion was for a child. I had previously ordered the meal 2 times before in the last month so i knew the portion size. I phoned the owner Sam and he denied that he gave me the wrong tray size and portion, I needed to be persistent, as he would not listen to me, however he said he will look after me on my next order. Having phoned twice to speak to Sam, and re order in his absence i spoke to his Daughter Jessica who spoke to Sam and was unable to help me at all. So disappointed, The matter has also been lodged with Menulog. Menulog followed up on my enquiry and provided me with a full refund, deducted from his payment.

Ive ordered out from Juves 3 times now, what I received was great food at a very reasonable price, any other restaurant in these areas will charge an extra $10 for the same quality of food and lesser portions. Often when I order from here I have plenty of left overs for the next day. The food is tasty, the portions are very generous, if you are looking for a meal for 2 and knowing there will be left overs for around $35 than I highly recommend this place. As for the atmosphere of the place I've never dined in but I'll give them 5 stars for benifit of the doubt on it knowing it will hit my plate fresher and better than ordering out

I waited over 2 hrs for 2 pastas after 2 phone calls later and the restaurant saying my order has been delivered and I still haven't got my food! They delivered it to the wrong address how incompetent then not even apologising and having me on hold for 10 mins while I could hear them discussing what to do and laughing saying it was delivered how can you not check the house number or a receipt! This has to be the worst customer service and lack of responsibility on their behalf to not even acknowledge their mistake! Instead of sorting it out with me I had to have phone calls with menu log to get a refund and that was like pulling teeth! Please do not order delivery just completely shocked!!! Will not be ordering again!!!!

We absolutely loved Juves until the other night. We ordered almost $100 of pizzas for my Birthday. It arrived, minus the $5 garlic bread. I called up and they advised me that it's not their responsibility because we ordered through Ubereats. I told them that the garlic bread was not on the driver's list, but it was on mine. The lady who was handed the phone said they don't give receipts to uber drivers. That shows that it is indeed their responsibility to make sure what they give the driver is correct. The lady was quick to pass the blame and was not helpful at all. Not even an apology. At least Ubereats refunded some of our order, due to Juve's incompetence. Such a pity, because their food is delicious :(

I ordered a pizza on a Tuesday night, at 6:53pm, and it didn’t arrive until about 8:05pm. I live in South Morang, very close to where Juve Pizza is situated in Mill Park, and it’s not good enough at all that I had to wait well over an hour for a pizza to be delivered on a Tuesday night (it wasn’t a busy Friday or Saturday night so there’s no excuse). I rang up to ask for a refund at 8pm, just prior to the delivery driver appearing, and the person I spoke to seemed fairly disinterested and just made excuses about having a lack of drivers on that night (why was there a lack of drivers? It shouldn’t take about 70 minutes to deliver a pizza to someone who lives a 8 minute drive away). Jeff.

I always order direct. To people ordering via Uber Eats, just order direct. Uber Eats pockets 35% of what you pay. I think they should still look after you, but with all due respect, if a company like Uber Eats takes 35%, I can understand why a small business like this is reluctant to sort out a garlic bread. What's the problem with just ordering direct from the store as they deliver themselves. Uber Eats is such a scam. I have always found their pizzas fine and their pastas are okay. I have never bought anything else so can't comment.

Ordered for delivery. Pizza was delivered within the time frame that was provided. Great pizzas will order again. Undate have ordered again, and this place is our new go to for

Juves pizza and pasta and what ever else they sell is like dog food,, how dare they take money off their customers and sell them dog food to eat , please juves sell up and go far away because your services are no longer needed around here and I strongly advise everyone to go to South Morang pizza ,, here you will get a most beautiful pizza and pasta and not be left broke and still hungry

I ordered online for my daughter birthday because there website said they were open after placing a rather large order . I received a text declined my order . And a refund would be issued after 1 buisness day its been 5 days and still waiting on a refund this isn't the first time but it will be the last .when trying to contact juves to have it sorted it rings out .

No idea about the atmosphere as I haven't eaten directly in the restaurant however the takeaway is always spot on, delivered within perfect time. The staff are always polite on the phone and well organised. And my pizza always tastes perfect. :)

New to the area and liked the look and smell coming from the shop. Walked in to see friendly people and a very clean and well presented shop. We LOVED the pizzas (less topping asked for) and was made to prefection! My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Lasagna. Will definitely be back again.

We ordered garlic pizza and I remember it was public holiday. I ordered thin base pizza and no cheese. My pizza was literally burnt and it was so hard. We didn’t eat that pizza and had to order some other food for dinner.

Horrible experince with both the food and customer service received from the owners, spoiled our whole evening. Will never go back for more rotten food , personel insults or be recommending this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

Australia Day 2016. Great pizza, non greasy, if that's possible! Light pastry, good toppings. We had a medium sized Capricciosa and a medium sized Margarita, take away, both were good. Will definitely go back.

Their pizza has always been decent, but I made the mistake of ordering BBQ pork ribs for something different. The ribs were overcooked, dry and extremely tough, they were barely edible. Lesson learnt!

We had the Macedonian and it had way too much topping and little to no cheese to hold the topping together, there needs to be a balance with toppings and cheese. Very little tomato sauce as well.

Great pizza. Plenty of topping on a lovely thin and crispy base. Friendly staff. Tables to sit and eat in rather than take away. Chicken Parma and other meals looked and smelled great too.
