Everything went well until it was time to pick up our tailored tuxedos. Monice at the alterations department needs to work on her customer service. She's not welcoming at all. Me and my significant other walked up to her and she replied “ticket” as if she was annoyed. We didn't have the ticket (left it at home in another car) and found out at the front desk that we could also show our IDs. Like why didn't she say that and let us walkway? Came back gave her our ID, got our tux, and left immediately. We did exchange “thank yous” but first impression is important. I wanted to get some shirts and ties to go with the tux but chose another place. For me, it's always about the experience. Give customers a reason to shop at your location, especially traveling across town—two hour round trip.

I am grateful for the speed with which my gown was tailored. The seamstress was also nice. However, the alterations were quite expensive for the work performed. When I picked up my gown, there were multiple stains on it. The dress had never been worn and still had its tags when I brought it in. It was told to me by the seamstress that I should take it to the dry cleaner because they do not provide cleaning services. It is my expectation that if I spend nearly $300, it will be in excellent condition. As I had an event to attend the same day it was ready to be picked up, I did not have enough time to take it to the dry cleaners... Due to a shortage of staff, there was also a long wait.

My wife has worked here 20+ years this place has become horrible her car was broken into while she was on the clock parked next to the door under the cameras there was no security on site which caused her car to be broken into this company did nothing to help this made me feel as if it’s unsafe for her to work here due to the lack of security if the employees don’t work in corporate offices they care less about the normal employees k and g will not keep there employees safe and fail to every time it will take a legal action for them to open there eyes and see safety is important and you should have actually security or off duty cops at the location

Suits & pricing great! Whoever the lady is that’s at alteration pick up needs training in customer service! She didn’t greet us- all she said was as Ticket in nasty rude tone- we didn’t have our ticket so she was about to let us leave without our paid items when all she had to do was ask for drivers license( the cashier upfront informed me that I didn’t need ticket) - so we go back to window and her demeanor was just nasty.

K & G is truly indeed a super store of fashion. For big & tall, small, both ladies & men. Loaded with accessories. Everyone is so helpful especially Ms. Debra at front counter checkout. She was so patient in listening and aiding with the completion of our sale. I've been driving by it all this time but Ill stop by from now on. A gem indeed for all of your clothing and shoe desires.

Very nice store. Clean and well laid out. The prices are right. I came her just to see if I can find an Invicta watch. They had a good selection at great prices. They also had the Marvel and DC Comics watches too. I couldn't spend all of my money so I only got 2 watches. Good place to go.

Only go if you need a rush job. I was charged $70 for a hem of a polyester dresser. The guy said it was a complicated stitch. It was literally a top stitch. I think they are taking advantage of people on their pricing. Only would return for same day service. That's the highlight here.

This store is my "go-to" when I'm looking for suits for my son. It has a wide variety of suits and accessories to fit any occasion. The customer service is always great. I also have used the alterations shop as well. They always do a great job. I highly recommend.

Love this place. Very nice and courteous staff. Organized and neat clothing racks so its Easy to find what you want. No issues with returns and exchanges as long as you follow the policy. I walked out with 3 outfits for less than $100. This place is on point.

Went there to shop for my teenage son and he was sized and fitted there. We were definitely able to find quality, fashionable items at affordable prices. The customer service was great and everyone was so willing to help. Will definitely be back.

Great experience earlier today, Saturday, July 29, 2023. Mr. Gary took measurements for my son and Mrs. Deborah was our cashier. Definitely worth the travel for my son’s two “college” suits!! We will absolutely be back in the near future.

This store is great, I've never had a bad experience of any kind. Sales staff are that perfect blend of; available, and friendly, and will leave you alone to shop. Need help and you'll have a smiling, friendly person doing so.

Best place to get a suit or casual clothes at decent prices. Probably not the best place to shop for kids, which means you hardly see any there. Staff is very friendly and will help you put clothes together with you.

Great clothing selection at a great price but scummy cashiers. I can't prove that my credit card information was stolen here but my visit here coincided with a $399 fraudulent charge 3 days later.

Good prices and large selection. Come and experience what you can find in a big city. Giving the outlet malls a real run for their morning. You need some clothing staples? Give K&G a shot.

I found everything I wanted and ended up walking out with more than I went there for. They had a sale on suits and I ended up getting 2 instead of one. And the customer service was great
