So grateful to Karan for all his advice and recommendations for our new bathroom. Customer service has been 10/10 throughout the whole process. We didn’t have a clue what we were talking about, thought the whole process would take forever but we got it all sorted on our first visit to the shop. Coordinating with tradesmen throughout to arrange deliveries at the best time rather than having it all sitting around the house was really helpful, as was Karan’s honest advice on some of the features we wanted and their longevity/practicality. I would highly recommend these guys; the customer service was outstanding and I know I’d not get that in a big chain shop. I’d also rather shop at a small local business too :)

Was highly recommended this store from a client of mine. We walked in looking for a new bathroom, with many questions and concerns. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us discussing our needs, market styles, trends, dos and don'ts etc and we came up with a set that was as perfect as we had imagined it. They specially ordered some equipment for us and kept us updated throughout the process. There was small hiccup from the manufacturers side but K & K dealt with it in a timely and professional manner and that's where these guys really shine; the personalised service and after care is absolutely top notch. 10/10 Would recommend.

An honest family business, I found K & K Plumbing to be great value with fantastic customer service. Karan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was always willing to go the extra distance to provide assistance. K & K is now my go-to plumbing supplier, hence I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I needed a new boiler and central heating system. I didn’t know anything but Karan recommended some plumbers and gave me great advice. His service was the best and his prices were really good as well. Pop in and see him, he will guide you right. Management; hold on to the guy. He’s a real assist.

Although I only needed to puchase a small cheap item the guys were very helpful and went over and above what is usual when I asked some advice on another matter. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend K & K, it's also important to keep these local businesses going!

Really helpful guys in there. I've been doing a job just down the road so really convenient to have them there. Loads of stock available, got me out of a couple of tricky situations. Prices are very reasonable as well. Cant recommend them highly enough.

We have just completed a total refit of our bathroom. We spent many days shopping around for fixtures and fittings i.e sink, toilet etc. It was very confusing and it was hard to trust salespeople with what goods they were trying to sell.
