My experience here has been absolutely amazing. I had went to emerg. At HDH for severe pain in my lower back, was told it's just due to back muscle spasms, you will feel like this for a long time and was sent on my way with a recommendation to take lots of extra strength Tylenol. I felt very defeated and had no idea as to how I had even gotten myself into this mess! The next day I called K-town physio, they got me in that day with April and I am so happy I did! I left with an understanding of where my pain was coming from, what the difference was between the types of pain I was feeling, and best of all what I could actively be doing to help it get better! Absolutely outstanding and so grateful we have such an amazing resource like this in our community. Thank you ❤️

I’ve been seeing Joel for an injury I had a few years ago and it’s been such a great experience working with him from start to finish. Joel is very experienced, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He listens to my concerns and considers all my needs when coming up with exercises and activities. Thanks Joel for helping me with my wrist - I never would have gotten it to where it is now without your help!!! I would recommend Joel to anyone! The staff is also great. Always friendly and welcoming. The receptionist and front desk always picks up my phone calls so I really appreciate that too! Facilities are clean and lots of parking around.

I had my first and last appointment in late October. The facility was spacious and well equipped. I was seen by Dan who appeared knowledgeable and kind. I thought this would be a great place to seek treatment however it was not. I will not be returning due to the staff not being trans friendly. I communicated clearly about my preferred name and correct pronouns. Both were ignored throughout the appointment and even met at one point with an eye roll. Was disheartened and disappointed.

I had Scott Fraser as my physiotherapist at the downtown location and he was absolutely wonderful! Scott, along with his staff, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had an ankle fracture a couple months prior and he took the time to explain exactly where it was that I had fractured and the different ways he could help me recover. I am so thankful for my weekly appointments with him over the past few months and thank him for all of my progress!

I have been seeing Lindsay Haussler for several years for different issues relating to my connective tissue disorder. She is excellent at what she does, and the clinic is very professional. I'm also very grateful for the new location, which is much more accessible. Finally, they've been doing an excellent job with keeping everyone safe during the pandemic. The clinic is very clean and the therapists are all following protocols well.

Recently, I had knee replacement surgery , Jenny Lindsay was my PT. She was an integral member of the care team, which helped me to realize my potential mobility post surgery. She is professional, knowledgable, and approachable, setting clear weekly expectations. She pushed me to work hard, and thank goodness she did. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenny if you are looking for someone to partner in your healing.

Great experience and results. Sarah was awesome. Very kind, supportive and knowledgeable. Gave excellent guidance on when to push myself and when to hold off on activities. Very helpful when recovering from a back injury. I’m set up now to prevent further injuries, but that’s up to me. All the staff, from the front desk to the physio assistants were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended.

I have been a client with K-Town Physio for several years. Sarah W was an incredible help while I waited (and waited) for surgery. She has continued to be an invaluable part of my recovery - assessing my progress each visit, easing any discomfort, providing lots of moral support, and always encouraging me with exercises and goals. Initial physio assessment completed today for my 20 year old complex special needs son. Lindsay H was brilliant, thorough, understood his needs and limitations and challenged him to work harder. After a pretty bad ankle injury, I was referred to K-Town by a few friends There new facility is awesome, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. After a month of physio with Lindsey, my ankle has more mobility then it had before the injury, and her goal is to prevent injury in the future (not just fix the current problem) Would recommend KTown Physio to anyone!

I have been treated for numerous infirmities over the years at K-Town and have been delighted with my therapists and also with the extraordinarily friendly and efficient staff. Jenn has been my most recent saviouress, but have had good experiences with everyone: Meghan, Scott, and Steph. The assistants are great as well. They are keeping this old beater on the road.

Excellent physiotherapists and assistants who are so skilled and knowledgeable and really care! The environment is positive, friendly and the bank of windows that let in the sun truly reflect the happy energy in this space. Joy Benn and her team have helped not only myself, but my 85 year old mother as well as my 14 year old daughter. Definitely try it here.

The K-town Physiotherapy West is phenomenal. The Staff here are efficient, friendly, and interested in all of their patients. April has been exceptionally thoughtful and kind. I was initially very nervous and apprehensive. However, I soon became excited about attending my appointments as I always left feeling relaxed and happy.

I've seen Kevin Varette here for vestibular rehabilitation physiotherapy. All of the staff are lovely and helpful. Kevin carved out time in his busy week to see me during an emergency and I was so well taken care of. Despite my condition I was made to feel optimistic and empowered! Thank you Kevin and Ktown!

My wife received a therapeutic massage from Kat (RMT) for acute muscle spasms in her lower back. Friendly, professional and very accommodating. Kat explained what to expect before she began and what to expect after treatment. Very reasonable fees.

Extremely competent! Most therapist come from Queens or Western! My back was fixed 10 years ago and I've never been back for the same problem! Currently receiving therapy for tendonitis and it's almost better! Highly professional organization!
