DO NOT BUY JEWELRY OR WARRANTY HERE. They will steal your money here. Everything is priced 10x higher than what the piece is worth. They middle man sale so they do not make this jewelry so down the road you won’t get a replacement like your warranty says. The repair shop is absolutely terrible they don’t care and will throw it together and come back worse 90 percent of the time. This place has been scamming people for a long time. Also the credit banks will charge you fees and unexplained charges.

The worse experience ever. Took my $10,000 set here to get inspected and soldered together. When I got my ring back not only did I notice the next week that the corner of one of my diamonds was cracked, I took my ring to the Plainfield location to avoid the traffic of downtown, and they informed me not only was there a crack in one of my side diamonds, my main diamond was very loose and they couldn't understand how whoever inspected and cleaned my ring downtown missed this less than a week prior.

After procrastinating because of the unique shape of my engagement ring, I stopped by Kay Jewelers the Wednesday before my wedding to see if they had any wedding band options that would work. Matt and LaToya worked with me to find a lovely wedding band that matches up beautifully with my ring. Not only that, but they worked within my budget! I had such a positive experience and I am incredibly grateful for their help. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Ok, it's been 20 years or so since I bought a diamond toe ring. The warranty I bought covered both the gold and the diamonds. Now I need the toe ring fixed, no lost diamonds just broken gold. I have the piece of gold and now they are saying that the gold isn't covered. It may just be me, but this is a bunch of B.S. HOW HARD WOULD IT BE TO FIX THIS? NOT AT ALL ACCORDING TO OTHER REPAIR PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE THE PIECE. I'M DONE WITH KAY

Can’t say much about their customizations or warranties cuz I only went to look, but Devonte is a GREAT HELP! My partner and I had been to previous jewelry shops, but the vibe wasn’t great. Devonte was chill, didn’t put any pressure on us, and was super knowledgeable about the products. Also he was fun and funny, sharing his preferences and experiences (but not in a way that was overwhelming or steering us in any direction). Great service!

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! It took a month after placing my order for them to inform me that my order wouldn't be processed. Even then I had to call to get the news they had no intentions on calling me. I called the store at least once a week to inquire about my order as well as visting multiple times and I was constantly told my order was pending. The Castleton store on the other hand was a far better experience.

It was a very productive trip. The store is very nice and they had some nice specials. Amanda was the person who helped me she was very professional and knowledgeable. They also cleaned some jewelry for me at no charge at all. It was a very pleasant experience and I would go back anytime. I would certainly recommend then.

I bought my wife's wedding and engagement ring as well as diamond tennis bracelet there about 20 years ago where I had a lifetime warranty on service and cleaning but when I went to get her diamond reset, they would not stick by their warranty and was going to charge me $300 to fix it. Kays is a rip off!

I'm visiting from Florida. Stopped in to get some links taken out of my new watch and the really friendly employee took care of it within just a few minutes at no charge! And she even showed me how to use my new GPS Citizen watch. Absolutely great customer service.

Staff was very friendly and worked with my wife on finding her a nice ring. Luckily, they ship to our local store over an hour away, which is very convenient for us. Also, cleaned her wedding ring/bands. Good people and decent selection.
