We have to give another 5 Star review for KCM with "extremely high marks" - When the drain pipe rotted from our kitchen sink it leaked into our floor downstairs and was pooling in the ceiling. As usual this happens on on Friday night. I was freaking out! Called KCM 9:30p on a Friday night. Mike called me back within about 3 minutes and told me what it was just from my description to him. He nailed it! The next morning Mike and his assistant Donni arrived. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling to drain out the water and get to the bad pipe. They were amazing as usual and fixed everything perfectly. It was messy and they cleaned everything up before leaving. Mike is very skilled, and I felt confident. Mike has been at our house before for other issues as well. He is a "Superman Plumber" - Thank you Mike, Donni & KCM for coming through! After National Grid issued the " TAG " I called all a bunch of places and each one quoted me a wide range as far as six thousand for my Task 87. Some would not even quote over the phone. I reached out to Keith and his price was the best. Unfortunately the quote went up due to the extra work that had to be done. To be 100% fair, I did not send pictures of the my gas pipes, so I expected as much. They explained everything to me and gave me the option to not do the work if I so choose. Rather than risk failing the next inspection I gave the go ahead. They did not use any trade specific jargons and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Keith / Mike / Jeremy fixed my issue in about four to five hours time. National Grid did a re-inspection and pass with flying colours. Thank you guys for your professionalism and hard work. The work space was tight as a small closet, but everything worked out because of their due diligence. As you can tell I have written close to no reviews but this will by copy and pasted over to a " certain " site that I am more active on word for word.

I have used this company before on Valentines day 2022 my water heater went out. The service men went above for me because I gave them the wrong size water tank over the phone. They took the heater back and returned with the right size. i couldn't have had better guys. each time I have needed them they have been there. I appreciate from the initial call until the job is done. true professionalism i will refer them to anyone in need of good professional services. I will certainly use them again, when I have a plumbing or heating issues. Thanks again KCM K DeLancey

Kcm helped me when I was out of work and needed a job to feed my family and I was there 3 years and yes I had my good days and my bad days like normal but Keith will always be there for his guys no matter what the case is job related or not and he doesn't care he gives tough love when needed I learned a lot working alongside Keith and the guys at kcm they know there stuff when it's work time... just be ready to work and you will be fine... Wow. Can’t say enough great things about KCM. They dispatched two teams of people last night and this morning, to help free a cat that has been stuck in the ceiling of a house in SI. Ceiling removed, ductwork removed, and thankfully the cat was found…alive. She has been there for weeks! Multiple attempts to free her have proved unsuccessful. After Brendan and team assessed the situation they did what was needed and the cat now has a way down. Thanks to everyone @ KCM!

This company only hires drug addicts I started out my plumbing careers here. Keith is a bully he will try to steal money from his own worker. His best plumber is mike B. A great plumber but he is the biggest dope head I know he was the one who trained me. Can’t lie he is the best plumber I have ever meet. Has a serious dope habit!!!

KCM is a first class business. They know what they are doing and work on the job until it is completed [no breaks through the whole job] They are respectful of your property and treat it as it is there own. When they give yoy a show up time they are there If you need a Plumbing and Heating Contractor I highly recommend them

Keith and his guys work really hard for their customers. In this community (North Shore) it's nice to know you can rely on them. Plumbing problems 99% of the time are an emergency, these guys will work 24 hours a day to make sure your problem gets fixed.

What a great plumbing service responded within 1/2 hour to my aunts house on Staten Island. She had 4 feet of water in the basement. They did a wonderful job for a senior citizen they pumped it fixed the pipe . And was very fair with the price 10 stars.

I called Keith to have him remove an oil tank from inside my basement and his guys did a great job cutting it up and taking it away. Mike came with some helpers and their work was very neat and professional. Not one spill of oil anywhere! Thank you!

I have this plumbers for five years around my house. I had oil to gas changing. That took them doing in two weeks. They took old oil tank out of the basement. I am happy with them and will use them again in the future,
