Had to ask for fresh chicken this time as chicken has been absolutely disgusting in previous times. Still don’t understand why crew have to ask a manager whether customer can have fresh product. These workers need to take pride in their work. Despite asking for fresh products, the fries and popcorn chicken was cold and was thrown away. Regret paying so much money for this food. This restaurant needs some serious attention and staff need to be trained on quality control. Only good thing was the parking, despite not even having a parking bay for when there’s a wait on fresh chicken, no you know what I’d rather chicken 2 hours old. Disgusting.

Bought a regular zinger box and swapped the gravy for a large chips. They later told me that there were no wicked wings which is fine, so they asked what i wanted and i said a tender please. I recieve 1 tender in exchange for 3 wicked wings and the excuse is that its the same price for 1 tender as it is for 3 wicked wings ($4.45)... which it is not. Not sure if this is policy or not, but this is extremely poor customer service if it is. If you cannot supply what is bought, you supply the same amount, if not more. All in all they couldnt supply the right order, so they supplied me with less food than i bought. Pretty poor effort if i say so myself

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! Ripped off and disappointed every time without fail. From frozen chips, off and out of date potato and gravy, items missing with every order every time all the way to being over charged for items I still did not receive. When I rang up I was hung up on. When I went in to the store the duty manager said she could only pass my details on to the store manager (no offer on refund or even given the missing items from my meal) 3 months later I still have not recieved any contact from this store regarding the issues. I have been back since and nothing has changed. Avoid this junk store! You will regret ever visiting. KFC Aberfoyle Park you should not be operating. Pathetic!

Almost every time we order from this KFC there is something missing, however the latest order was the worst. We ordered a family feast and a mixed feast to feed some guests. Chicken for the adults and burgers for the kids, the delivery came and we didn't receive ANY of the burgers, not a single one. How in the fell do you miss all four burgers, I don't understand how you can mess up so bad. I've given this restaurant more chances than they deserve, but that's it, we won't order from them again.

You know how sometimes you buy KFC and the pieces of chicken are just awful? As though it's been cooked twice and left sitting for hours? And it tastes all bitter and burnt and is just soaking in oil, and after you eat it you just feel sick and full of regret? That's what it's like at this KFC basically every time. KFC is the most expensive take away and the worst take away. Why do I keep going back? I think it was great in 1986 and I keep chasing that first high. Can't remember the last time I ate KFC and then thought to myself "yeah, that was a great decision."

Been 2x since moving to the area....the chicken batter is burnt both times...I wish I had looked at it before I left....will not go back agsin 5 yes later I tried again...purchasing 2...3 bit feeds...with a breast portion in each...got home to 3 legs in each....very disappointing still Tried again for a 3 piece feed....no breast bits...2 over cooked small wings 1 thigh ...nothing like advertising pictures ..don't know why I try again

After many trips to this abomination of a "Fast Food Restaurant", I can safely say that this KFC is by far the worst located in the South. Without fail each and every time there are items missing. I understand after working in retail myself that this happens once in a while. however it's almost as if this particular KFC enjoys screwing up your order. They are however quick & efficient at taking your money! so if you feel like purchasing a burger and receiving a completely different one then go for it! Disappointing & pretty embarrassing.

Staff are friendly and offer good customer service. The quality of the food varies greatly. Sometimes it's delicious and well prepared, other times items are missing and flavour is lacking. I gather it depends on who's cooking on the day! I do love the Zinger Stacker burger though. This will fill you up, it's huge! In a meal deal you get 3 Wicked wings as well, which are just delicious. I've never been too keen on the mash potato, but love the gravy and it's flavour. Hot chips are thick cut and lightly salted.... Yum!

Chicken wings/drumsticks were literally inedible, almost as hard as a rock. Asked for an original bacon and cheese burger box first but was told whatever they cook the bacon with was broken (it's been like that for over 2 weeks, assumed it would be fixed by now). Got some chicken pieces instead and unfortunately they ended up in the bin. Place used to be hit and miss at best but now it's just abysmal, I think I'll give up on it now.

Literally once out of the past 8 times Ive been here has my order been correct. The food is fine, but my orders are always wrong, I feel there is an issue with how orders are displayed on their end when an order is placed on the app and changes are made. For example swapping original pieces for tenders yet still recieved original pieces tonight. My complaints have always been dealt with promptly but have given up complaining now, sick of my order being wrong, will go to a different store in future.

Clean and usually fast service for KFC standards. Drive thru entrance is often blocked by traffic during busy periods. Frequently out of chicken...Yes... Not a typo. 25 minute waits. Frequently forget items.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a twister and 5 tenders. After waiting a while the pick up window, I was finally told that there was a 5 minute wait on the tenders. They told me to wait in the carpark for 5 minutes. After 15 minutes had past and no one had thought to let me know about an extended delay, I went in and then received my food. No extras, no explanation, just the generic"sorry for the wait, enjoy your night" extremely unprofessional and will NOT be returning.

Having next to nothing available on the menu near closing is understandable due to food wastage. But when the shift manager is giggling about it with other staff on the counter it isn't a good customer service experience. Fast food isn't expected to have good customer service but when management is having a laugh about having near nothing available is slightly offensive and impersonal.

Served by Kai at 9:01pm, 24/7/21. After purchasing a meal via the drive thru at Aberfoyle Pk and specifically reading the 2 meals I wanted, then after driving home only to find that one of those meals was completely incorrect. This is annoying, unnecessary and incompetent. Staff should be trained to listento basic, simple, instructions without getting orders wrong. Service - very poor.

No counter service... they only take online orders on the ordering machine which doesn't allow for cash payments... had 4 people lining up behind me waiting to place an order.. not impressed with the lack of service and long wait times. Lack of cleanliness also rubbish left on tables.

My partner found a hair in his burger and I also found a hair wrapped around my wicked wing!!! I have never experienced such a disgusting KFC. Fingers crossed for your sake that none of us are sick tonight!

Paid $66 for delivery and four burgers was not delivered. The Zinger burger and Hot & Crispy Boneless was not cooked and chewy. Called them and ask them to deliver the food that was not delivered and they can't do it. The only solution was to offer 50% refund. Absolutely horrible

No point in ordering what you want... you would have a better chance of getting what you want by ordering something you don't want because you never get what you order. They must save a fortune on wages because they only employ incompetent staff who just throw anything into a bag and call it "your order". Save yourself the stress and go to a different KFC.

Counting and reading seem to be an issue, 6 nuggets in a family burger box and 10 paid additionally is not 12. Ordered 5 tenders and received 4. Noted extra salt... none at all. Would just like to confirm that reading and basic maths are a requirement of employment? My 6 year old would love to apply... and could do better.

Not happy, both burgers purchased tonight were stone cold... the Coleslaw on the bun was almost as if it were out the freezer, the chicken also cold. I want to know if they look at a burger when they make it and think 'yeah, I would eat that' because it's certainly not very appealing to open and have everything fall apart or freezing and soggy

Have been a harsh critic of this place in the past. But the other night, we only wanted a quick bite and didn't know the cheapest way to order it. Woman at the counter said. Issue with the chicken cooker yesterday and staff said hour wait on original chicken.I ordered a twister combo and twister was half the size it should be as and looked unappealing. They had asked and I said yes to using chicken tenders instead. I took it back and refund was issued after trying to be coaxed into a replacement.

Ordered the "new crispy chicken" range. The only thing that was crispy was the cabbage on the twister. The chicken in the 2 burgers and the twister was completely soggy. Well done KFC. You could've been stars with the world worst Hungry Jacks around the corner, yet your just as bad as each other.

I don't know if this KFC is under new management or the existing management finally got their act together, but the last 3 times I've been there they actually go my order correct, and the food wasn't rubbish. Every time this happens, I'll give them another star, every time it doesn't I'll deduct one.

I placed an order on Menuhub. After receiving my order I looked at my receipt to see an extremely considerate note explaining that my extra was unavailable and it had been replaced with their next best fit. I don't have a name but the personal note was extremely thoughtful and appreciated :)

Specifically asked for no dressing on salad - which they still put on. Cant order a salad twister as they use Mayo instead of the balsamic dressing picured and used everywhere else. Friendly service and actual salad was fresh- but listening to the Customer and reading the order is important.

11.95 for 5 chicken tenders… 2 of them are half size and only equal to a full one… this is a joke, I will not be going back there again! Absolutely disgraceful

Always get my order right and usually in a timely manner, friendly staff, plenty of seating and reasonably easy to access. Only criticism is in the drive through, if you need to wait, you need to leave the shopping complex and make a turn back, can sometimes be tricky on busy days.

The KFC in Aberfoyle Park is disgusting... Our chicken was old, dry, dark brown, the buns were old not soft and fresh at all and the chips was not even cooked properly. What a disappointment... I have to rate it with stars but if I could pick nothing it would've been that.

Good service happy to help you as long as you use the self serve first. Food is quick. But CLOSE the front door!! Then maybe people could dine in it’s freezing!

Ordered a Zinger box meal and when I went to eat the burger and on the first bite felt paper. I pulled out a white paper tag from my burger which had 19:30 written on it in black texta !! If only I could upload the photos and the chips tasted off too !

Went in for lunch for a quick bite to eat and the staff were yelling at each other/arguing. Heard one of them yell “piss off” and so forth. Shouldn’t be like that..

Extremely disappointed in our meal. We ordered a dinner for two. The chicken was disgusting, burnt and dry. We threw it out. Our offering was two wings, one drumstick and another piece. Only thing they couldn't ruin was the can of drinks.

Late at night they are frequently serving extremely stale, old, bad tasting chicken. During the day, mornings and lunch never had much of an issue but late at night they are unfortunately serving chicken that is not fit for consumption.

Very bad service attitude. I ordered dinner box online, when I pick up from store, they told me to wait 30mins for original chicken, or they used chicken wings to replaced the original chicken, which is much more cheaper.

Every time we ask the workers to swap out the tub of gravy for chips they never do it, getting beyond a joke you ask for something but these kids clearly have potatoes for ears because they never do their jobs properly.

I don't buy it that often, and when I do I regret it always. Soggy chips. Soggy chicken and way too expensive. It will be a long time till I get it again.....

Mate got scammed with some "less than satisfactory chicky tenders" (Mate, 2021). Like he enjoyed the grub, but all he got was some soggy crumbs that were excused as chinken tenders and that almost made him cry!

Was coming here for a while but found lately that the food is quite expensive for what you get in amount and quality so will be going less. Inside the place in alright and drive through is quick and easy.
