On Thurs 12th Oct at 11pm - I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Mill Park KFC for the awesome experience whilst placing a large order late in the evening. From the moment we placed the order in a very busy drive thru, nothing was too hard for Aaron. Aaron's great customer service was evident as he continued to accommodate our order requests and remained calm and polite throughout even though the drive thru queue was getting busier. He was honest that he could provide our large order so but there would be a wait. We agreed and he immediately put his cooks onto the order. Waiting over 20 minutes for our freshly cooked order was a pleasure after such a great encounter with Aaron. Just as i thought our experience couldn't get any better, I was confronted by Taleah and Zack who carried our order to the car. Once again the friendly and professional customer service continued with their polite nature and friendly smiles despite the extremely busy drive thru, it really makes this KFC store the best in the area. Well done KFC Mill Park for hiring people like Aaron, Taleah and Zack with exceptional customer service. I think your colleagues in the Epping store could do with some customer service training from these staff members. We will be back and i recommend this store to all. ZERO STAR !!!! Went to the drive through at Plenty Rd in South Morang- 1.had the guy at the window constantly making me repeat myself as it sounded like he was on his phone having conversations with friends while I was trying to place an order I drove up to window- 2. He didn't excuse himself but just left the window like a scared little boy without saying anything to me,(yes on his phone) went around the corner, came back around, still ignoring the fact I was there waiting to pay... 3.all the while his arm in his rear scratching his back - picking pimples on his back and ignoring me 4.the back of his uniform had salt or raw batter on it like he was mucking around with other staff. (Black uniform- you could see everything) He looked unkempt...it was disgusting That was enough to turn my whole family off paying or receiving our food. We drove off. Didn't wait for him to acknowledge us. Never going there again. Yuk!!! KFC...You eat with your eyes first, if a store and drive through worker is messy dirty looking, it isn't going to want us to buy your food let alone eat it.

This KFC franchise is appalling, Customer service is extremely slow. I was waited about 5 minutes to place my order and there was only two cars in front of me and about 7 behind me. Several times I always received cold Food. I don't expect anything amazing but it's not hard to give people hot and fresh food. Wait times are usually about 10 - 15minutes. It's supposed to be fast food Staff seem to all juniors with no understanding of hospitality sense of urgency or training. Music blaring staff leaning on the bench which is perfectly fine if the job is done however it is clearly not. Employer a manager (please) this is not a fast food restaurant. Or ran with any professionalism pick up your game.

This place has haunted me for almost 20 years. Living in South Morang and loving KFC I've given this place a million tries and always end up regretting it. I now realise driving to either bundoora or thomastown is actually worth it. The food is the worst, especially the actual chicken pieces. I swear they haven't used fresh oil all century. It ways tastes burnt and has lost all flavour due to the nasty tang of the oil. I am simply amazed at how a franchise that must have guidelines can honestly be so different from store to store. Never had decent chicken once. Went and bought a deep fryer.

Horrible customer service. First at the speaker box where we were met with blunt responses and no help whatsoever. Then again at the last window where the lady there for some reason wanted to hand me my food without a bag and proceed to give me an attitude when I asked for one. She then forgot my coleslaw and gave even more of an attitude when I asked her to hand me the forgotten item. I understand being busy and stressed but no one deserves to be treated with disrespect and to be greeted with such nasty attitudes when all I wanted to do was get food.

KFC has been lacking as of late with missing items causing me to drive back after having gone home. I will be generating a list of terrible employees that don't care about their jobs and are lazy and liars and ones that put customer satisfaction first with a description of my interaction with them in a list will that be updated on a regular basis as I frequent KFC and deal with different employees. Laura - 5 stars Adheres to small requests putting customer satisfaction first, makes my week knowing I'm getting what I asked for with no issues at all.

best kfc ive ever had in my life, staff were really nice and cracked jokes with me, place looked stunning especially with the neon sign, and the food was the best kfc has ever tasted. only issue i had was the food taking its time, but that can be forgiven for its taste.

Probably our favourite site when we get a hankering for KFC. The reason being that the food is nearly always tasty and hot.Their chips are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken is hot and tastes like it should. I assume they've worked out the quantities required to meet with demand so continually top up warmer ovens instead of having too many surplus pieces languish going cold. Best value for lunch is the chicken tenders burger combo.

Good chicken fresh and chips, most lovely young girl served us, didnt ask her name but she said she has been working there 6 months, so friendly and patient also had a nice smile on her face.

Zinger burgers are a favourite of mine but this store don't seem to make them as crunchy nor delicious as some other KFC stores. They do seem to have better chips than most other KFC stores though.

Ordered a zinger combo. The chips were cold and soggy. The zinger was freezing cold. The veggies in it were literally frozen and the chicken was cold and rubbery. It was inedible and disgusting seriously. This has put me off kfc forever wow! I’m not sure what has happened to their standard but it is terrible.

I probably only go to KFC twice a year at most and was ripped off AGAIN. Got a Mixed Feast at the Drive Through and for the second time didn't receive the 3 dipping sauces. If the staff spent more time concentrating on orders rather than standing around talking it would be a better experience. Never again.

Drive through order was rushed and ended up adding more add the window. Just need to slow down, yes it was busy but we need a chance to speak. And it's always annoying when they take the order for the other line twice while we are in front of the speaker.

The staff mixed up the orders and the person in the front car picked up my order. The manager acted like its my fault and was reluctant to prepare me the order. It took a long time and explaination to understand their mistake. So leaving a low rating here.

Worst KFC in Melbourne. Have just purchased a family feast to find, out of the 10 pieces of chicken, 7 were thigh pieces, 2wings and 1 breast. Half of our family do not eat thigh meat.

Tables are filthy, no wicked wings with zinger meal. Page advertises open to midnight at 10.05 pm told quite abruptly that the store closes in 5 minutes so will have to ask you to leave

The cabinets they sell here taste like wood and are very faulty. But their firewood worked good when I needed to throw it at the neighbours window. Because their dog at my homework.

Order via app for pick-up. Pressed the button on app to say I'm in store. Within 10-15, I got my 9 pieces of chicken for $9.95. The place looked clean and the staff was ok.

Don't accept delivery orders if you can't make them. You're simply wasting both customer's and driver's time, money and efforts!
