This KFC smells a little bit different than other KFC stores I've tried out. It's a high quality smell and I think that's a good thing. Perhaps it's because they make high quality KFC. The meat skin is crunchy and it sticks to the meat. There's this soft part of the bone on either side that I like to chew on. And that's where the KFC flavour is concentrated. It's what I use to see whether it was a well cooked KFC or not. And with this one, I found myself chewing the whole bone and marrow. So that's my 5 star rating right there. The service is quick. Staff is friendly and it's very clean inside. Thank you very much for this high quality service y'all. Great job!!!

It's says the shop opens at 6am I was there at 6:05am the doors were still closed I thought maybe it was because of loadshedding but the lights were back at 6am I just wanted to get coffee I was not assisted I tried to get attention from the 2 ladies that were there just ignored be, even the people outside said they will not assist me they will open the door towards 7am at least if they said to me they not open yet I wouldn't have stood there waiting my time. Rather change your times if you are not going to serve customers at 6am

Perfectly fine KFC - considering its location (not the most savoury location around), it's a good KFC - very helpful and convenient for those struggling to cope with the hours' long wait at Home Affairs. Clean bathrooms and I've never been sick from eating food there.

Yesterday I bought streetwise 3 and 2x4 wings, but when I got home and opened my package there was only 1x4 wings and the meat had small white worms that are left by flies, I was very disappointed I slept with an empty stomach.

They need to upgrade on they service.

I am sooooo annoyed they made wait for about an hour just for a box master meal and they got my order wrong,.....I'll never buy from this KFC again,Pinecrest is way better
