This location doesn’t seem to understand how to process online app orders properly. My husband went to pick one up tonight and they hadn’t even looked into the computer to check. People are getting food and served before us that just showed up, meanwhile it had been over 20 mins since we placed the order and waiting in the Drive thru and parking lot for over 10 mins. I go to call the manager to ask about it and why car after car is getting orders but not my husband. I get Ashton the manager on the phone who Immediately cuts me off to say my husband got his food and it hadn’t been that long. No apologies just a rude snarky come back. I’m explaining the app should make him skip the line and our order be ready but that’s not the case and why? She doesn’t let me finish and begins talking over me and not even listening to my Question. Tells me thats how the orders work they put them in when you get there. Then what’s the point? When I try to explain this was an issue before and I spoke with the store manager and it hasn’t been an issue in some time then she cuts me off again and begins raising her voice and talking over me. Asking if I’m trying to tell her how to do her job and if I know it better then her? No, this is what’s called a conversation. I wait for her to go quiet again and try to explain what it says on the app and why that’s confusing because we checked and it says on the app “they are making our food now” and I was cut off again and called rude and stupid and then hung up on. A simply apology for the long wait delay would have been enough. Or just listening to my point and hearing me out why it’s frustrating as a customer using the app when seems the store does it differently. You don’t always have to have the answer but listening and being kind especially in customer service goes a Long way. Especially for a manager. I honestly can’t believe I was talked to and treated in such an offense and horrible manner. Being brushed off, yelled at, called names and then hung up on. I did call back and she wouldn’t answer. (To find out her name) I finally called for a 3rd time now and she answered the phone whilst laughing. Apparently treating customers badly is a joke to her and to this location. I let her know it was very unprofessional and immature to hang up a call on a customer like that. She blamed ME for being rude. Moral of the story is that Sorell KFC doesn’t know how to receive and complete online orders. So don’t bother doing one. I sincerely do hope they update their procedures and training for This location in the future though. And that they fire such incompetent and nasty, rude people as well. And Ashton, good luck girl because with an attitude like you have your gonna need it.

If i could give zero stars i would. Worst kfc i have every been too. Went though drive-thu. They ask for our order start to order and the guy working drive-thu took off sat there for 10minutes trying to order. Gave up waiting went to the window to order. Finally place our order. Went to the next window to pick up our meals they handed out the wrong meals. I said to them that it was the wrong meal and was telling them the order again. The girl out the window started to carrying on and was being very rude and told me that i was rude. I wasnt rude at all.. if you cannot respect your customers you should not be in that sort of a job.

Went in today was fine on entry then was held up by an employeeing ording and do not know why was held up for so long but one employ was talking to the other over the counter for about 4-5 minute before two more employees came over and began to stand there while one finishing of the order. There fore three of there staff members where standing around doing nothing while the other register could of been opend. Then once went up employees where very short and sweet almost rude shall i say.once i had my food i had to hand my food back to get the actually thing I offerd exstreamly disappointed

Not good place was filthy wait at least 20 minutes to get served then when I did get served got the most driest disgusting chicken serve to me that I threw it away took about 2 bytes and it was nasty and also there's no meat on the rib cage so don't give someone three rib cages in a meal deal when you only get 3 pieces anyway I had been there once before and got given 3 wings in the meal deal don't think I'll go there again

Gotta be the worst KFC I have ever been to. Put in a feedback submission ages ago to say how bad and soggy their burgers were and rubbery and under cooked the bacon in them was and got a call from a manager that sounded annoyed she had to be calling me about it. Stayed away for a while because of the bad experience and went back recently and am sad to say nothing has changed. So for me its Macca's across the road I guess.

Walked out today and went over the road to maccas. I had stood in front of the counter waiting to order, I was the only one in the place initially, multiple staff members walked past the counter, several looked over at me standing there waiting to order but none acknowledged me or asked if I needed to be served or manned the counter. When people started lining up behind me and there was still no one at the wheel I left.

Terrible service and food. Order the was stuffed up by staff 3 times. I mean come on it was a simple order. Finally got the right order and the meal was horrible. Bun for the burger was stale, lettuce looked like it had mould growing from it and chicken was horrible. Manager should feel disgusted with the level of service and food hygiene here. Would recommend getting food from woolies and cooking it yourself.

It doesn't seem to matter what you order at this KFC, they always seem to make a mistake. When you point this out and ask for what you order, the staff and managers alike become extremely aggressive. Disgusting behaviour. Whatever happened to customer service.

Girls were very polite and helpful, called there at 9 .15pm and they were out of most things. Offered to cook our order, they were prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.

I dont go there very often but every now and again decide to try again. Most of the time they get your order wrong. And i would day about 8 times out of 10 i wind up feeling sick and wanting to vomit after ive had food from this particular one. Never have this with the other KFCs. Staff dont seem to care and get quiet if you bring it up.

I have tried Sorell KFC 3 times now,each time the food was rubbish.Sorry guys 3 strikes and you are out.What is it that you guys do to the food that makes it so bad??As it stands i have never heard that the food was actually nice from any of my fast foodie friends.I do like KFC in general but you guys are letting the side down badly.

Always a problem. Today they couldn’t process an online order missing things. Previously no spoon, missed order items.... just every-time a problem. I try to provide feedback to the manager on duty but don’t believe it is ever heard because next visit another problem. Ask yourself why KFC Sorell please....

I go here once every 2-3 weeks. The Zinger stacker could be my all time favourite chicken burger and is usually done well here. The Zinger fillet recipe is finely tuned to perfection. Would have given 5 stars but the chips are hit and miss, sometimes not fresh and lacking salt... Customer service is good.

This is just a regular KFC. Go there if you're hungry and don't have anywhere else to go

I ordered a family feast tonight, and as I live 1 & 1/4 hours from KFC Sorell, I asked for fresh chicken & if they could double bag it to keep it warm until I got home. I needed to wait for the chicken, but it was definitely worth the wait! It was delicious!! I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Lucky we hung around at the window because they missed part of my order, and got the rest of it wrong. No matter, it was popcorn chicken and instead I got a popcorn chicken in a tub with chips, and a grilled chicken blt wrap which came as just a grilled chicken and salad wrap, so hey ho.

Worst Service and slow drive through. Nobody else in the drive through when i went there and still had to wait for my order, and then got my order completely wrong!! McDonald's over the road is slow but atleast they get my order right!! Wont be going back in a hurry thats for sure!!

Yes, the food was hot. Yes, it tastes as it should. And I thank you for that. But.... C'mon, you're serving the world's greasiest chicken - I would assume it would be very obvious to pop in a few serviettes with the order! 1 star only, because of the inconvenience.

My grandson likes their sweet and sour sauce, but when it has gone from 50 cents to 60 cents each in the past couple of months, you have to ask, is it worth it.

People work in here has no clue how to make a correct order, a 2-item order. The toilet is filthy, and things are broken. I’ve been to many KFCs in different western countries, and this is my first time writing a bad review for a KFC

Very disappointed with my experience at the Sorell KFC. The chips were particularly soggy, my twister was poorly made and the staff were lacking in training and experience. Would recommend making the trip to Moonah.

Ridiculous behaviour the girl who served food in the drive through area at 11:30am today. She got a worst attitude. Management has to take a severe action.

Bit hit and miss with this one, sometimes they forget bits other times it just underwhelming kfc with some of the smallest chicken pieces ive ever seen.

If you order more than 2 meals, check your order before driving away. The staff tend to get confused and should really be supervised by an adult.
