Everytime I come to this specific KFC, they don't have what I want. Then I'm forced to change my order. The cashiers aren't friendly at all. The food also tasted terrible. But I wonder if customer complaints are taken seriously if they still want me to waste my time and go to a separate website to post details instead of using this review? There's only one KFC at Suncoast casino!

Won't be back here for sure... staff are definitely not interested in anything but talking to each other. Waited 15 minutes whit no other customers around. Don't waste your time... they can't be bothered.

Unhappy with the services received here. Staff was not efficient and sent me of with an incomplete order. We ordered a take away of 9pieces and got only 6pieces chicken. I left Suncoast went home and realized the order was short. Coleslaw was chunky and dry. No extra salt or sauce was included in the order.

The service I got on the day was not as welcoming as one would expect. The ladies weren't paying attention to us until I got her attention. I can commend this place on having everything in their menu even after 21h00. Our order was precise. It wasn't out of this world taste, however it was good.

You cannot continue to serve those 'zinger' wings , they were dry , chewy like rubber , that chicken is not fresh at all , how many times did you fry them? , you guys have no standards with food you're selling to your customers, it a shame really

Great personality and service by members of staff. Lovely environment and surroundings. Airly and we were made to feel like family and not people who were just passing through. Thanks KFC for your family oriented business and keep it up.

Today 9.8.2022..I bought 2x "all star box"...the wings were very dry ,too much crispy..tasted almost like cadboard my daugher even hurt her tooth...the star I gave is for the lady who served me with such a warm smile....

Food was quick and good. Just don't understand why when something costs R39.90 they wont give you any change. They simply say we don't have 10c. So how many 10c are they collecting each day, each week, each month......??

The stuff had a full verbal fight in front of customers and cursing while at it. They work like they doing you a favour. And if you've read what I've posted prior you know I don't give bad reviews.

I think they're trying their best to accommodate all customers either you're collecting or placing your order. It just that the number of people using this restaurant is mostly high because

The meal was perfect service excellent however there is no social distancing in the line while waiting to be served. People are on your back.. Something needs to be done about this

The best kfc thus far in my opinion, chicken is dry on the outside,well cooked not dripping with oil like most kfc, no awful smell, enjoyed it always,, keep up the standards
