I stop by yesterday at this location and ordered the $20 dollar fill up and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo to go and I was very disappointed with 95% of my order. I thought me and my family were going too enjoy a nice fresh hot meal but that was not the case. My Crispy Chicken was cold the biscuits were stale and cold my Spicy Chicken was cold the fries were cold as f__k!the messed up thing about all this I had as the young lady who took my order at the register assured me that everything was fresh and hot including my french fries. This is what I had asked as I was placing my order. So too the Manager of this particular location what are you going to do about this incident. I just wouldn't want any other customers too go through what I went through at this location.

Customer Service is the worst she’s rude all the time I think because of the neighbor hood it’s in they feel they can treat customers any kind of way but I go here on my lunch break and she says 8 minutes on wings 15 minutes go by and she says it hadn’t been 8 minutes I have to wait the guy tells her you gotta start giving them a longer wait time because they don’t wanna wait she says well they can wait are leave and this my second time having a issue with her being so rude and wears a hair bonnet at work not a net I refuse to keep spending my money where I’m being treated poorly

Did I just discover the worst KFC in dallas? Customer service is terrible, lousy and unprofessional. They swiped my CC and left it on the counter, I also was not given my receipt. They didn't even care about handing me my cup. Forget about napkins..... the place is a mess, floor is dirty and trashy, tables probably never get cleaned. Food is nasty and old. Chicken is undercooked, potato wagdes are dry and hard as a rock... me and my wife are unhappy with this place we had to leave most of our meal on the table. Never coming back.. I am sorry KFC but the corporate needs to overhaul their services and management. "We do chicken right!" Sure!

This place doesn't value any customer service at all. Rude (very rude) staff. Never properly stocked. Dangerous location and not well lit or maintained. You'll have homeless folks come directly to your window as beg for money. When I told the KFC manager about this, he just shrugged it off and said there's nothing he could do about it. How about keeping police on site, or cleaning up the area, or maybe investing in better lighting / security? Ridiculous place and will never visit again!

Their new California Gold (or whatever it's called) tenders are amazing but they made me pull up and wait for 30 min after telling me it would take 6 min and the dinning room was closed so I couldn't even go in and remind them they forgot me. When I was able to drive thru again they said"Oh, he's making them right now". 3 minutes and I had my tenders. They did give me a free drink but only after I asked because I thought the combo came with a drink and it didn't.

The restaurant was friendly staff customer service was good fast and efficient. My experience was good for once . It was good to be in a stand alone KFC restaurant. Not a chicken And fish combo restaurant. Will

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!!! On several occasions I’ve went through this location’s drive thru on my way home from work. The order on the receipt is correct, but when I get home, there seems to be items missing or simply giving the wrong order. No one answers the phone when I call and it goes to a beeping dial tone. It’s frustrating because who wants to drive back to a drive thru to address the issue. I think I’m going to stop going here all together.

KFC , the food and the crew there are consistly great, they almost always smile and seem to enjoy working there which reflects in the food, and the service. The chicken is marinated overnight in the 11 herbs and spices just like it did back in the sixties. I wish Churches still marinated their chicken like they used too, I guess its too much trouble, and not enough profit. I dont remember seeing any happy workers at the Gus Thomason/ Ferguson store.

How can a place not be ready for lunch with the food? Lately their sandwiches are frozen and not available at lunch time hrs. Not to mention last time we arrive, saw an employee smoking outside the entrance of the restaurant. Then as I proceeded to the window she was there attending me taking the payment and handling my food. And ofcourse, not even a Thank you or nothing. Poor service. They need a good strong manager to apply the people skills

The past 4 times I've been here, they got my order wrong. Employees obviously not paying attention. I'm sure when ya'll go get food somewhere, you expect your order to be right. Im just one out of hundreds of customers and you probably dont care if I come back, but after getting my order wrong 4 times in a row, I probably won't be back. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Customers sign our checks essentially. No customers, no business.

Think before you visit this place. Placed my order with the Manager Tenisha while she took my card she also went to place burger buns in the warmer. You might say there’s nothing wrong with that but there is when she didn’t use gloves or wash her hands. When I questioned her as to whey she did that she denied what I saw. I asked for a refund and will not be returning to this location. This team needs a retraining on food safety.

I had a Great experience. The staff was fast but kind not rushing me to order. The young lady was very accommodating. When I got to the window. My order was wrong they apologized, fixed it, and told me to keep the wrong order. I was able to go home a feed someone else who was hungry too. I did thank God but I still had a good experience at KFC.

My chicken wings were old. I attempted to order a kids meal for my daughter with fries and was told there'd be a 15 minute wait. I was okay with that. The heavy set lady with long nails at the window have me the order and lied when I asked if the fries were in the bag... I was not provided with a receipt and there was mac and cheese in the box for my lactose intolerant daughter... never again...

Most of the times I've been here there's always something wrong... Don't have the food I wanted, rude, don't answer when you pull up in the drive thru. Last time said they could only take cash. Then today told me they're closed 20 min before the closing time. I am never going back here. Terrible.

Chicken was great as always. Ordered large sides, which I found out after I got home, were only halfway filled containers. The driveway took forever, about 15 minutes. I wanted a 16 piece Original recipe but could get it without waiting an additional 10 minutes so I had to split it with Extra Crispy. The order taker was excellent, very nice and respectful and courteous.

Refused to take our coupon from the app. Didn't see them ring it up, I think she pocketed the cash!! No reciept was given. I Asked for one, said out of paper!!! Looked Shady. I'm a former Yum cooperate worker. Will find out if franchise

While I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food, it was piping hot and delicious. I ordered a pot pie and they didn't have any, so that's why I had to wait. They were very nice and about the ordeal and the next time I went, they had the pies ready and they were still delicious! I went to a different KFC and the pies were sour. I really enjoyed this KFC.

I ordered chicken & waffles with the breast and wing but they literally gave me a piece of bone as a wing ! It was so small with no meat at all and the skin was smooshy , to top it of the waffles were disgusting felt and probably tasted like a piece of old rubber for the price of almost 10 bucks! I was highly disappointed since I am a regular.

This place serve old chicken. They are fast only for this reason. I went there 2 times back to back at different times because the 1st day it was almost time for them to close and my chicken was old and dry. The next day I went around 6pm and the chicken was the same. I will not be going back to this location until there are major changes.

I've come to this KFC for a couple pick-up orders and have always had a smooth experience. Brian at the front has been awesome and helpful and seems to take a lot of pride in his work. And the food is great!

Chicken is always fresh! Great customer service, Clean, fast, Friendly staff, best chicken ever. There was a mistake with my order but didn't really bother me because the manager was very professional, took care of the problem and correct my order right away making me feel like the most important customer! Definitely coming back!

Their customer service is horrible!!! I went at night and wanted tender strips, they told me 20 minutes, so they didn't have too make them I worked at KFC when I was younger it's 9 minutes. Their just very lazy, and poor customer service. I've called corporate before but obviously they haven't fixed the problem.

The food was typical KFC. The employees worked at turtle speed. No cashier was at the counter and several employees moped around like they were waiting to go home. No one would even look at us. Finally the drive through cashier felt bad enough about our poor service that she took our order at the drive through.

Went around 7pm and the crew of ladies there were awesome. Customer service food all around great experience. Definitely will be back.

Just went to the drive thru , it’s currently 06/04/2023, @10:31 pm. Drive thru lady said they close at 10:30 pm. Even though the DRIVE THRU HOURS OBVIOUSLY STATE closing time at 11:00 pm 7 days a week. Workers are clearly in too much of a rush to go home to work posted hours . How absurd

I Did not taste the flavor at all, the mashed potatoes were watered down, and the batter on the orignal wings were watered down no flavor at all ,a lot of fat on chicken to pick off no taste to gravey. I hate this place bad, NOT KFC That I Know Of. The Pepper was the only best big thing.

It's usually a good place to eat, but I went through the drive thru at 10:15 PM ( They close at 11 PM mind you) Waited for 5 min. No one attended me. There are workers there, but they had the restaurant locked with all the lights on and the open sign was lit up. Umm what?

Ordered food online for pickup due to COVID-19. Arrived at the drive thru window to pickup order and was told to go inside to get order even though our food was ready and paid for. Manager was rude and argumentative rather than working to solve the customer’s concerns.

Drive thru was quick i was asked to pull around and they would bring my order out after about 10 minutes i went in and ordered a side dish they had to cook the wings and some was not completely done the store was clean and employees very friendly.

So on here it says that they close at 1am on Saturday. .. well it's Saturday and they say they close at midnight... luckily I pulled up with mind to spare... but wasn't able to order what I wanted due to them close to closing time...

First thing I noticed, the bathroom was immaculate!! You can't beat that at all, that tells me the kitchen is probably clean as well. The service was awesome, the food always great. I sincerely enjoyed my lunch today, thanks KFC!!

Went today inside to dine in and everything went well. Food was good, service great. I didn't have to wait long to order. Dining room and restroom was clean. I was treated well. Near my home, I'll keep coming back.

I ordered a three piece meal. Those were the three smallest pieces of chicken in life. I felt taken advantage of. Don't know if I would go back to this location. The drumstick was nearly the size of my thumb.

I love the chicken strips with bbq sauce ‍♀️they biscuits are sooo good with the mashed potatoes and they got good meals for a sweet 5 bucks! And they come with a drink #bonus thanks KFC …

I had to wait six minutes for the original chicken and was not offered a drink until later. Where I got the pieces of chicken a piece of it had a feather on it but I was given another piece.

Waited almost 30 min for an order Hot Wings. There was only one person ringing up the orders and fixing them. They were severely understaffed, during a lunch.

This KFC is one of the best in town. Chicken is tender and taste great plus the people there are courteous. You can't beat that these days.
