Awful experience never again went in with my family first I'm trying to order and the cashier Johnny was not polite at all I order a 16 pcs meal and he ask Original or crispy I tell him you could do half and half oh no we can do that so I said ok than do Original, he says oh we don't have enough he finally says we'll do half and half I wait for the food when I get it I ask for sauces and plates but the employees where not happy about being there. We are dining in and it's 7pm they decide to lock the doors of the dining they are having a loud discussion about breaks and don't even realize that we are inside the restaurant, people start coming and they are being told that the dining is closed to go thru the drive thru it was a really bad experience and for what we paid the food quality was awful the chicken was super dry and it wasn't hot at all regret what I spent.

Order a famous bowl and when I was going to eat it I opened the bowl and it was like a soup. I went back and the one who make the food had a whole attitude that next time I have to let them know if I want it less watery I need to let them know, when never in my life I been told this, then she re did it and same, mind you the whole time she was talking to me with an attitude and told me next time I need to know what i want and because my body I need to eat healthy and shut, God knows I got to much to loose so I let it go , but imma find out her name and report her, the lady on the cashier was very professional but the one make the food looks like I was not the only one she been disrespecting.

000 if could ! Never gives you a receipt. Tried this place again after 3 months. It's so bad it needs to be shut down. Not worth it stay away if you want to be treated as a customer. This place has went to shyte. I spent over 5 minutes with the drive through repeating my order. This used to be a great place. I have no clue what happened over the years. Every time I go to this KFC, I have an issue or sometimes it's issues. No manager or supervisor act like they care about their customers. This place is never clean, the customer service is HORRIBLE. Please consider proper training for those ghetto drive thru crew members.

As you enter the door the staff is smiling and greets you as if you are family. Kesha is amazing, great personality, fantastic smile and very customer service oriented. Food prep area and seating is clean, food is hot and tastes great. The biscuit was especially good, not sure why, but the best from KFC that I have had in a while. Stop in and get some food from this great location and staff.

Parking lot has handicapped spaces and ramp that leads to the door for dining area. While there a senior citizen came in with a walker without any issues.

I really hope corporate sees this. If I could give zero stars I would I just left this KFC at 940pm and was told they have no chicken no nothing the manager Keisha was rude and nasty about it If your sign says you close at 10 then you should have at least something for someone to purchase up until then and not be rude or nasty about she told me we stop cooking chicken at 9 if this is true then you should close at 9 I will not be returning I came 1 block down the rode to Popeyes who was open and ready to make some money.

The place is nasty and so is the manager. She doesn’t know how to talk to a person like a human being. She better be glad I’m not trying to be like that anymore! They keep their bathrooms locked and say they’re out of order so they don’t have to clean them. The lady who took my order was nice and tried to get the other one to let me wash my hands but she got nasty! How u gonna let people like this run your store? It will get run in the ground

The young lady that served my order was very pleasant. It's the older woman who's so rude with taking orders and gets the orders completely wrong! She has no customer service skills. I asked for a total of five #1's with Mac and cheese she parked me only to give me all mashed potatoes. I got home to a disappointed family. Tried calling to rectify the problem but of course their line is busy. Not to mention the light on the menu board is out.

Wraps completely fell apart in the bag. How can you mess up a chicken wrap. Look at the pictures on how they are wrapped. And then just thrown in the bag. Y’all just up in there mad at the world? Completely unexplainable. What ever yo do just go to a different location. This one should be shutdown

This business is ridiculous this store was suppose to be open by 10:30am an the manager hasn’t been able to help me or 2 other customers in line the employees an manager need to take there jobs more seriously because this isn’t fair to customers wanting to buy food . I will be contacting the better business bureau an I will proceed to get the code enforcement involved! It’s like a bunch of kids in a fast food place.

Do not order take out from this place, they will deny your order and tell the driver they are not taking mobile orders, or tell them they are "closed" when is 8pm and they close at 10. This experience absolutely changed my view of KFC, I will not be consuming from any KFC anymore.

I ordered crispy they said it would take 30 minutes so I got the regular it was cold and brunt the batter was falling off and it was old chicken the only good thing was the sides coleslaw,mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese,I paid 44.06 for the worst meal I ever had at KFC definitely won't go to the kfc on Hillsborough and 30 street ever again.

Employees very rude and this is why fast food workers wont be getting 15/hr. They cant even count to 12! Have ordered twice from here and both time my bucket of chicken was short. Ordered 12 pieces and once got 10 and just tonight only got 8. And ofc no one is answering the phone! I wont be back for a third time!

This KFC is allowing an employees child to sit on the lobby being an absolute nuisance to the lobby and customers. Yelling every 5 seconds, blasting music , and just behaving out of order for a child who is allowed to be in the lobby. No one said a THING, which proves horrible management.

The lobby was closed, forcing you to go through the drive thru. The worker was friendly. My order arrived quickly. The chicken potpie was excellent. The iced tea had an off flavor and I ended up throwing it away since returning it would involve driving about 15 minutes back to the restaurant.

I went to the drive thru. The young man was very respectful and got my order right. When I open my box the chicken was overcooked and dry. Mash potatoes had so much gravy in it it look like soup. Tried to call no answer did the survey so I can let them know how unhappy I was.

My husband went into the store on Hillsborough Ave in Tampa and was impressed with the service! He said the woman was very personable and polite and the service was wonderful. He asked me to write this review.

It's a simplest things that can take their star rating from 3 into five if they will only provide better customer service and also input orders correctly it's just ridiculous that grown adults can't do something my nine-year-old could do with his eyes closed!
