I also work in the mall and came to get food on my break today. KFC had the shortest line so I figured it would be the fastest, however the workers were far more invested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. I watched them make my food and place it on a counter, where it sat for another 5 minutes until I asked a worker for my order. When I brought up my dissatisfaction with the service, the employee ignored me and walked away. I normally wouldn’t write a review, but even another customer waiting on food agreed that the workers only seemed to care about their personal conversations

DO NOT SPEND A PENNY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!..my order was a 6 chicken and 6 tenders....chicken was so small and pathetic, didn't get dipping sauce for the tenders...cold gravy, and only 4 napkins....its obvious this owner would rather have the penny in their pocket instead of yours...I understand a small peice of chicken or 2.....but this is UNACCEPTABLE....go to upper james for sure

Scam 1-These are miniature chicken pieces. A disgrace to the name of KFC. I'm from Texas, so I'm used to bigger pieces. But in New York, they have regular chicken pieces. These are midget chickens. 2-NO Refills because of Covid Total Scam. Stay away from it. I don't get it. $12 CAD for 4 tiny pieces combo? Are you kidding me? I get it, it's the mall. But bro, KFC is KFC. Never ever going here again.

I ordered takeout. The 2 pieces of chicken were dried out and hard. Absolutely a waste of money. Tried to call the phone number listed for the store to complain and no one answered and there was no voice mail option. I should have gone to Mary Browns

Chicken was really really good. First I ordered only 2 piece combo but after eating I ordered 14 pieces bucket for my family as well. I just want them not to miss this mouth watering chicken. The quality was great. Since then I regularly going to this place and they never disappoint me. Love this kfc. Highly recommended

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY bought a large fry and large popcorn chicken the chicken came in a medium fry box and wasn’t even full. Paid $13.99 for it such a scam

I waited 7 minutes for a chicken burger, around 3PM on Sunday. Staff was friendly, food was hot and served on a tray. However, they don't have refill station.

This is the three piece meal I purchased for my daughter. It tasted as bad as it looked and we tossed it. I contacted KFC Canada and they were unwilling to do anything for us.

Great experience and delicious food. Manpreet gave us great service and suggestions. Best place to get halal KFC. A must try !
