Ordered food online at kfc.ca on Saturday night. The confirmation email said it would take "about 60 minutes". no problem. 120 mins later: nothing. So I called the 800 number in the email. They put me through to the store and the guy who answered wouldn't let me finish talking, told me he had to "delay the orders" there was no communication of this though) for all delivery and he'd get my order out right away. Another half hour passed. Nothing. So I called back. Still wouldn't let me talk (kept cutting me off) and said now that he couldn't confirm if he even had the order but he must have sent it out because he doesn't see it anywhere and that the driver is on the way. Ok, fine. I waited another half an hour and nothing. Called the 800 number again and they cancelled my order and refunded my money. The driver never showed up. If it actually was sent out like I was told I should have gotten the delivery even after cancelling. All that needed to be done was for them to call or email and say that the store was really busy and they couldn't get a delivery order out. I mean, it's complete BS that they prioritize based on who is in the store as opposed to who orders first but I'd even have offered to come pick up the order had I been told that delivery just wasn't going to work out. KFC is a guilty pleasure of mine but after this last experience, I am just not going there anymore. This isn't the first time I've experienced longer than expected delivery times and it was clear to me that this time the person at the store just didn't give a flying "you know what" that they had dropped the ball and wanted nothing to do with me. I'm sure when the order was cancelled he was relieved that it was over. Horrible Customer service. I know KFC is a very large company and my decision to no longer eat their food won't hurt them a bit but I don't care, they doesn't deserve anymore of my money after this location's horrible service failure.

i never go online and fill out surveys or comment on my experience. this was by far the worst. i walk in and told her i wanted the flat bread box with popcorn chicken. as she gave me the wrong order probably because she was to busy staring out the window at what exactly ? she was not smiling not engaging when i said thank you, she looked like she hated her job and took it out on me. as i waited for my food i asked how long and she replied with “ how ever long it takes” THAT IS NOT how you reply to a customer. i sat and waited for my food and as i was waiting i seen the girl in the back who was making my food, EATING my food.. as i caught her she looked the other way as she finished eating it...as the next old lady order she was asking suggestions on a meal for 3 people and the girl stared out the window and leaning on the cashier. i then said thank you even though the service was by far disgusting and i gave them a call and told her about messing up my order she replied with “ you pointed to that” when did i ever point.. to what??? i asked for a manager and she didn’t seem to care at all..... i work in fast food and if my boss ever seen such horrible service she would not be happy. this KFC is disgusting i do not recommend this. unless you want horrible service

Have not been to this location in a few years, and thought I would try it again. This will be the last time I will be going there. Not only is the overall location falling apart and need a good cleaning, the manager there is very very rude. Front staff was very nice but the manager could learn a thing or two from those who work under him. I asked for a family meal that was all white with no wing, I was treated very rudely even though I am fully aware that I will be paying a lot more for a specific meal. Not only that, when I did agree to take the dark meat that came with the meal the vast majority of the 16 pieces of chicken that I received were dark meat. I think that whoever owns this location needs to train their employees on respect especially since nothing but respect was given to this manager. From now on I will be going to the other location down on Barton Street. That is the location I usually go to and have had no problems there at all. The location I'm Parkdale needs to be closed. And if not closed, it needs a serious cleaning and the higher up people in the staff need some training.

I ordered three KFC Famous Chicken Sandwich Ultimate Box Meals for my family for lunch. And it was HORRIBLE. For one, it’s supposed to come with a cookie. Paid for the cookie, didn’t get it. Two: In mine, I was missing the fries, the tender and side salad. Again, paid for them, didn’t get them. And three: the food was old. It’s like they had left over popcorn chicken and tenders from yesterday and gave us those instead of making food fresh. The popcorn chicken was cold and chewy. The chicken tender was tiny, and according to my sister, it was so dry, it seemed like it was refried today. Also according to my sister, the fries were also stale and bland, like they were made yesterday as well. Don’t waste your time. Go to Popeye’s instead. It might be further out but at least the food will be fresh. The photo shows what I had in my box. Missing four items. Edit: my father went back tonight to get dinner without my knowledge and this piece of plastic was in his poutine. Glad to know you use Kingsey Unripened cheese in your poutines! How careless. I told my father to not go back. He finally agrees.

Ordered $90 in food. Picked up and got home, and it was missing the large popcorn chicken. Called and they offered to have it delivered. When the guy arrived, we tipped him $5 because it's not the driver's fault the kitchen made an error. Why should he spend his gas bringing our food? So, that kitchen error cost us an extra $5. The big concern was the quality of food. The bucket of chicken was just full of a bunch of horrible pieces with skin falling off, and broken up. It looked like they pulled it out of the garbage and threw it into a bucket. Certainly not the bucket of KFC we're used to. They also did not mark the plant based sandwich vs the normal sandwich. Easily enough figured out, by opening everything and passing it around, but ALSO easily solved by just marking the package in the kitchen. It shows laziness and not caring.

Huge thank you to Brayden and Hedi who made my night! I originally order from uber tonight and when received my order it was missing Gravy and Macaroni salad. I was having issues with uber but when i called to see if kfc would remake my order and give me the correct items they said yes. When upon arriving i got the correct stuff Hedi went outta her way to give us the biggest chicken peices and upgraded our fries she also told us to get a 2l pop for the inconvenience and added cookies which my child loved. Brayden was very polite and made sure that everything was correct this time and made sure that my Macaroni salad was there as well. Again thank you so much guys you have made my night and will definitely be returning!

I have to share an experience. Advertised was the return of Toonie Tuesday!!! So, I went in to purchase these meals. However, when I ordered, they told me that this was an online offer only. Ok. I understand. I went back to my truck and tried to order these online. Much to my chagrin, this offer was nowhere to be found on KFC.ca or the KFC app. A little upset: I went back into this location on Parkdale and explained my findings or lack thereof. The manager and staff member on duty honoured this price for me. I was actually impressed with the level of professionalism from this particular location. I will definitely go back to this KFC. We order a bucket with chicken pieces and tenders, two salads, fries and gravy. We got the chicken, fries and gravy. No salads, no cutlery, and not napkins. Called your store for delivery, but was advised to call the delivery phone number. The gentleman was very nice and gave me the number. Called delivery and in less than 20 minutes we received our order from your location. Have to say that it was the first time having an order from your store. It was the best chicken that we have had in years!!! Previously lived in Mississauga, Brampton, Acton, Etobicoke, Winnipeg, Chillicothe Ohio, Newfoundland and by far your store out beat them all!! Usually pretty good service but i had told them i had a coupon and when the delivery came the chicken literally had chunks missing from it very broken they forgot my fries and my tenders. After i ate it i felt extremely nauseous and had severe chest pain. I call and speak to the manager and she tells me to come in. I go and she had the most unprofessional attitude i have ever seen. Trying to imply im trying to get free food from KFC. How am I to blame? If i did this on the regular i would understand but ive never asked for an exchange or refund from them ever and i order often so her attitude was extremely unnecessary.

We ordered from a store on the mountain and found out after it was paid for, that that location was closed for renovations...getting a refund from an online order is a long process, but my brother called the Parkdale location, spoke to Laurie and she helped us get our order without having to pay for it again. She called Shayne and got the go ahead to process our order for us and OMG it was delicious, so fresh, huge tenders, fries and the mac salad. Thank you Laurie and Shayne, you made my day!!

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Food was terrible and not up to KFC standards. When I complained they offered me a measly 25% off next time. And they acted as if I was faking the problems with the food. Coleslaw was straight up slimy and nasty. Chicken soggy and overcooked. This was the second time I ordered from here. We like to treat our employees to lunch at least once a month. Friday everyone agreed on KFC. We ordered online paid online. It said ready for pickup in 15 mins. Great so we thought. I sent an employee to pick it up after the 15 mins. He gets there and waits another 25 mins. Then to top it of he gets back to the shop and a salad and gravy we’re missing so back he went. The food itself was awful. The chicken was still pink and way under done. The gravy tasted like water absolutely no flavour at all. This was the absolute worst kfc i have ever gotten food from.

Today was my 2nd time spending my work lunch at this KFC. AND let me tell you, this location is GREAT. I got a 3 pce. with fries, drink, bbq sauce and a biscuit. Everything was delicious. I know the cooks are really putting effort into their work. Also, the sweet lady Brenda, who was at the front, is so kind and friendly. One visit and you already that this KFC is outstanding. Juicy, succulent, and tender. Will definitely be coming back.

Usually pretty good but the guy who works on weekends in the morning never removes the kidney from the thighs and always gives cold fries Ordered today around noon and customer service was excellent but the chicken not so much. I worked at a KFC before and that is not how chicken should look. Supposed to be golden brown not white and pasty. Make sure when you're dropping chicken after you dip it in the water shake it to get all the water off. Also make sure pressure cooker is fully heated or this will be the outcome.

Placed an online order when my order arrived it was wrong.When I told the driver this I was told my shift is over there is nothing I can do. That was skip the dishes. I called the store was told by the manager he would resend my order, an hour and a half later I called back watold the manager would call back in 5 mins, 30 mins later I called back to cancel the order and refund the money was told to call the 1-866 number and it would a few days to get the refund into my account. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION>

Kfc gone down hill, it's Absolutely terrible now it's other burnt or soggy no flavor you open the lid and it's like where's the chicken. The chicken is so tiny. A very very very bad experience and terrible customer service… The cashier this night, at 7:30, was very nervous. She don’t give the customer time to order, she sneering too much. She makes me order quickly wrong order!! I think you can hire any failed person as a cashier or front line worker because he’s the image of the business. KFC is good but not this branch!!! By the way, put visible names on the badge!

After the standard hour long wait for delivery, we realized our children's meals were not included. I called them right away and they said they'd send it out. Not only has it now been almost two hours since that phonecall, but I cannot even get in contact with the restaurant to get a status or to cancel. I've been calling constantly and it goes straight to an unavailable message. Horrible business practice!

(Pot Pie, Root Beer, ect.) -issues for those with dietary restrictions (no/very few caffeine free soft drinks.) in short, terrible service, poor attention to detail and some health issues.

This was the worst KFC I have ever been to. I'm not even upset I had to go back in twice when I realized I was missing drinks and then my salad. The plant-based sandwich my girlfriend ordered was inedible, literally rock hard and snapped in half when I bent it. My classic chicken was all overcooked and greasy, and not the regular kfc greasy. Terrible all around, I'm so mad you took my money for that meal.

The service was fine. the atmosphere doesn't provide much of a note, but that's just KFC being KFC. The issue I had was having to wait for the tenders, then them being incredibly tiny, I was very disappointed by this.

Tiny, cramped interior. There's not even room for a single table, which I get is a normal thing for some stores, but a few chairs while you wait would be nice. The place is ancient, which could be argued to be part of the charm, but it really needs updating. I mean, the staff have an off-the-shelf portable AC hooked up to the vent. Better than nothing but not impressed.

Chicken was soggy tasted awful,fries under cooked. When I called to let them know they forgot our dipping sauces, “No I’m sorry about that” The girl that answers phone gave the impression I was bothering her. Worst customer service ever food was garbage. KFC Parkdale Hamilton never again.

Lady st counter had a HORRIBLE, CONDESCENDING attitude! We left and went to Popeyes in Center Mall. There, the staff is amazing and chicken pieces are much MUCH bigger. Today and this isn't the first time there was parts of my order missing I had even gone to pick it up and still missing parts so I wanted to thank you for ruining my dinner and my wife's dinner and for this I will never ever darken the doorstep of this or any other KFC

We love KFC, we come here often and we are hardly ever dissatisfied. My only concern is the brown looking lettuce they put on my chicken sandwich but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Always budget friendly too.

KFC is no longer as it was years ago. The chicken spices are still delicious, but the grade of chicken is beyond awful. It's full of fat; there's barely any edible chicken. Bucket chicken. Also, they changed the recipe for the coleslaw, which used to be sooo good. Now it's tasteless. The fries are soggy. Ugh.

Terrible service. We were given a bag and told that our order was all there. We had asked for 4 ice teas and some dipping sauce with our order and both of these items were missing. We discovered this when we arrived home and it was not worth the trouble to drive back. We will never be back at this location.

I ordered online and was well aware that my order will be delivered at 4:30. I called to add paper plates with my order, and the lady gave me attitude. All I was doing was to let them know, to add paper plates. You work with the general public. It's something called Customer Service.

Absolutely terrible service! I paid $27 for a $12 meal, they put dark meat, forgot my gravy, and bread... so I call and get nothing but attitude and ignorance. How hard is it to read "no dark meat- no wings" I only suggest this KFC if you DONT want everything you've paid for.

Guys in the back nice. Lady up front was outside smoking then blew the rest of her cigarette inside the store front. She was rude to me, never ask which sauce I'd like or if I'd like any dipping sauce. Then she was polite to a middle aged man who seemed to be her age.

Ordered 3 items today. A sandwich, popcorn chicken, and fries. The pop corn chicken never arrived and when I called the store they were very rude when I wasn't making a big deal about it. Wouldn't recommend ording from here, seems the customers aren't first.

If you arent worried about your diet that day lol, you can never go wrong with KFC. I dont think I can honestly say I've ever had a bad experience here, and the last few times the staff has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend if you just need your fix!

Ordered chicken on Fri Jan 3, 2020 at around 8pm and it was really greasy. Everyone in my household has an upset stomach. I gave a piece of chicken skin to my dog and he vomitted it back up. I have had good chicken here before so I am confused.

The food was great not too salty or too oily, just the way we like it. Most places are trying to give you a heart attack. I wish they had drive thru service especially during the pandemic but it must difficult to add on the fly

Ordered on the KFC app for a order pick up for 8 PM , the order was made at 7;45 as per the recipe, the chicken was soggy, cold unatable, the frys cold , the gravey cold past, I live 5 mins form the store , what garbage food

We had the variety bucket tonight nd the chicken was disgustingly dry! Very disappointed! Seemed like it leftover nd nuked! The popcorn chicken was ok nd fries were good but the chicken itself... totally not impressed!!!

Tasted ok but my goodness it's sooooo greasy. KFC ain't what it used to be I suppose.

shift with the 2 guys is terrible. 1st day i saw them they made 2 orders that no one ordered & gave drums instead of tenders. then today they gave me 0 tenders in a box that's supposed to have 5.

I haven't had this in awhile. Same exact taste as before, which is good. I was surprised by how fast it was to get I and out, with multiple people placing orders. Hats off to the staff

The staff are always very pleasant and accomodating to any adjustments you'd like done to your food. The service is very quick as well.

We just got 2 buckets of chicken the chicken was so greasy the skin was dark and greasy. When we bit into chicken all you tasted grease. Never will we order from here again.

Only go here once in a while but the man behind the scenes Jones is amazing. Always get my order right and is fast. The cashiers here are great too always kind and friendly.

the staff upfront at the counter are always rude. Never smile. and when they get your order wrong they don't apologize. very oily chicken and they make you wait. Terrible!

KFC usually has good chicken, I tried the popcorn chicken it was not what I expected. More like smaller McNuggets. Unless they improve them never again.
