Disappointing, very very disappointing. I am in fact on the train now... fuming. 1) there is no more KLIA EXPRESS service. It has been combined with KLIA TRANSIT. So this morning I have to walk further to get to the KLIA TRANSIT check in. 2) I was not informed about this when purchasing the tickets online. No doubt the price is similar but travel time is longer, train is less equipped (no luggage racks!) and because you were not informed, you dropped off at KLIA EXPRESS terminal and have to walk another 6-8 minutes with luggage in tow. 3) Again, very disappointing. You should be ashamed of yourself KLIA EXPRESS. Next time, I'll take a grab to KLIA.

The purple line to KL International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA 2 from KL Central vv KLIA 2. Runs through the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. The trains travel at 160kph, with a travel time of 40 min point to point. The train is air-conditioned is equipped with comfortable contoured seats, a washroom, digital entertainment, overhead racks for light luggage and tiered racks for large luggage. Special wheelchair seat compartments are also available on board for the disabled. The KLIA Central terminal ticket office is above ground, platform is located below ground. #RP

They've since merged the KLIA Express direct train (KLIA Express) with the train that stops at every stop (KLIA Transit), due to the pandemic and a lack of resources. So just take note, that it'd probably take a slight bit longer, to get from KLIA to KL Sentral. The airport express is generally clean enough, and brings you to the places that you need to be at in KL. Personally that means KL Sentral for me, where most of my business dealings are held. It's fast, straightforward, and the purple is easy to recognize.

The check in are usually quite good, the reason I gave one star is because the guy at the counter denied my check in because I was 3 mins late to the check in counter, the part that ticked me off the most is I was already waiting in line 15 minutes before the check in time closes, it's an early flight so there's only one counter open. I tried to explain why I was late because I was in line but the guy didnt even give me a chance to say anything, he just give me all my documents back and was not helpful at all.

1.1.2022: While I like the train per se, the current schedule is NOT USER friendly. If you miss the train by 1 min, you get to loiter another 60min for the next one. Jump onto the express bus instead, it’s only about rm12/ to KLIA KLIA2 and take roughly 45min (barring major road block). Quicker at night. It’s 2022 now, so when is KLIA Express reverting to your more frequent previous schedule? 8.2.2022: Good job in increasing the frequency of trains 20-30min waiting now instead of an hour.

I choose to fly MAS for the convenience of checking in at Sentral. I hope that the MAS management sees keeping this as a valuable tool in their continuing push to bring the airline back to it's past 5 star rating. Without KL Sentral check-in, one might as well fly any other airline from KLIA....btw, the check-in counter staff could try harder to be nicer. They are the first face of customer service and should welcome passengers, smile, say good morning,etc.

I'm going to klia transit because they combined klia express and klia transit...But I bought round-trip klia express tickets very early Who needs travel taking klia express plz plz plz rmb it's not operating since 2 Jan 2022 ( I went to the departure hall and only found that there not operate), already combined with klia transit!!! Don't buy the tickets with extra money!

Train is nice and all but the advertisements are just too much. Especially that Indian guy reviewing restaurant “ eat here not there”. He’s too much, please keep reduce his appearance because I can not tolerate him after a long tiring day. Train schedule is punctual, clean and suitable for daily commuter. A bit pricey but you pay what you get for.

Went to buy tickets for a friend's family who were going to KLIA in the evening to board a flight to Japan. The staff at the ticket counter was polite, friendly and helpful. She advised us to purchase the tickets online to get a discounted rate. It was a smooth experience overall. The place is well maintained with all the necessary signboards.

Right by the KLIA express train station. Very convenient for customers to check-in and ditch the luggage. The catch is you must have a KLIA Express Train ticket to get into the check in area. Once you check in your luggage, you can board the train luggage free and go straight to immigration upon arrival at KLIA. You should try it!

The train service itself is very practical and reasonably priced. The staff at the counters are however a bunch of obstructive, brainless buffoons (special call out for Nick Aziz in KL Sentral). The whole ticketing / process is a shambles; slow, prone to error and bizarrely on occasion, racist.

Well kept airport. Pleasent five hour stay before we took our transit flight to Tokio. Good walk to explore local shops, duty free shops, art pieces was good. Food court, lounge and places to sit and relax. The Klia Jungle board walk at the airport is an enticing and engaging feature.

Prima station om van KL sentral naar KLIA 1 of 2 te komen of te gaan. De trein vertrekt vaak (meestal om de 20minuten) en is snel. Het station oogt wat druk en vol, en je moet je kaartje ook weer gebruiken bij het uitschenken, wat ietwat onhandig is met je bagage

I tried the KLIA Express before and knew it is convenient and expensive. When my wife and I took it again on Jan 3, 2019, we paid by credit card and got a 10% discount. The ticket was good for a month for any 15-20-minute departures!

Bus usually stop here to pick up passengers (for long distance travel) Although, this place doesn't have a bench when waiting for buses. Looks a little bit abandoned because it can be quite lonely. No staff present at the area.

Дали неверную информацию, запутали еще больше, отправили пополнять карту до 5 рингитов на станцию LRT, оказалось этого делать не надо. Из-за этой беготни (с чемоданом!) упустила поезд. Следующий пришлось ждать почти 20 минут.

Really quick and convenient way to get to KLIA and KLIA2 without needing to worry about traffic, especially during rush hour. Pay by debit/credit card at the kiosk and get a 10% discount (RM 49.50 per one-way ticket).

This terminal is maintained very well. Ticket prices are bit higher but it's worth the trip. You can get free porters who will help you with the luggage both while boarding and while getting off the train.

Awful experience there a few years ago. The staff don't believe the passport is yours. They take ages to go back and forth and decide in the end, it is you. Just so much bad energy for a great city trip.

This is where you can get KLIA Express train to KLIA. The platform is not too big, and it gets crowded during arrival/departure time. However, KLIA Express is a convenient way to go to the airport.

One of the fastest way to reach KL from the airport for around 30 minutes. You can bought the tickets online for 55RM for one way trip or 100RM for return trip. The ticket valid for 30 days.

Improved scheduling . Now about every 20 minutes. Malaysia Airlines s bag drop off and check in being restarted 1 Sept 23. Surprising number of mosquitos in train carriage though!

strongly recommend this transportation to Klia & Klia 2 and a few stations along the way. price wise is reasonable. special price for senior citizen.....enough seats for everyone

Called KLIA express at KL Sentral 3 times continuously from 8.10 a.m. today but nobody picked up the call. Instead they cut off the line. Very bad and inefficient service.

Considered good to handle the volume of commuters, however signs and directions can be confusing for those not familiar with this place or here for first time.

The best thing for KLIA Express used to be check-in counters for some airlines. But now they closed it makes it very inconvenient to store luggage.

Can't buy online ticket for KLIA Transit. Please hire someone to do this service in your website.. It's almost 2020.. Follow up with technology

Fast reliable service. Just watch the schedule for the last train, who's was 12:55a.m. 49.50RM if you buy @ a kiosk 50RM from a representative.

The facility is a bit confusing without adequate signs for directions to get around the station. Not too condusive for wheelchair passengers.

KLIA is currently doing a promotion for return ticket - Rm100 instead of RM110. Get another 10% discount (RM90) when you pay by credit card.

I paid for KLIA express ticket price RM55 but turns out only KLIA transit is available with their so called integrated service.

Convenient way to KLIA and KLIA2. But the platform is an airless hotbox. Most stations I've been to in KL at least have fans.

The KL sentral check in counter has closed. For travellers who want to check in Luggages make sure you check in the airport

The fastest way to go to the Airport from Kuala Lumpur city centre. It takes just about 30 minutes journey by the train.

Great place to wait with information counters around but beware of scammers like in any good old transportation hub.
