Top class; if I could give 6 Stars I would do. I got in touch with Barry via his website on Sunday, got an email back promptly arranging an appointment. Barry turned up on time (with his mask on of course), dealt with my very complex seized garage door lock in a meticulous and careful manner - clearly a guy who knows his onions when you watch him at work on the intricate innards of a lock. He had the spare part needed in his van so grabbed it, reassembled the lock and fitted a new bracket for good measure to ensure it closes securely. Took payment on his card machine on completion for a very reasonable sum. Sent me an invoice by e-mail when he was back in his [very clean] van. I run a local business in the trade myself so I appreciate everything Barry does to maintain his high levels of workmanship. All in all, another great example of why choosing local businesses will never let you down. Personal service, professional approach and a job well done!

The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. He didn't give up and we were very pleased with the service. Great communication throughout and a quick response time. Helped us end a horrible and stressful day with a smile for a job well done. Barry was brilliant! He was with me within the hour as promised. I lost a bunch of keys and he replaced the locks on 3 doors so quickly. There was a problem with the 4th lock. A very old lock to my brick shed with no handle and a bare lock. Very hard to replace. But he worked his magic and by the time he finished, I had a lovely lock, a lovely shiny silver panel and a sturdy handle. He made sure I checked everything before he left. Barry was absolutely fantastic! We had an issue with our front door late at night and gave him a call to see if he could help. He was outside our house within 15 minutes when he could have just waited till the morning. He gave us a price prior to coming and identified quite quickly what the issue was and dealt with it efficiently. He was extremely friendly and polite and even cleaned up the oil after he has finished. Would highly recommend. Turns out he’ll me our neighbour in a few months!! KLS did an outstanding job. They responded extremely quickly. Barry and Si were very polite and professional. Barry couldn't have been more helpful. I wanted a new lock fitted so that I am able to lock the house from the inside using a key instead of a turnlock due to having children with additional needs.
