I'd rate them 6 stars. We all need such a great bike shop like Probike. I remember when i was looking for my first bicycle 3 years ago. I went to many shops and none of them entertained me well except Probike. They explained to me slowly, gave me detail explanation and provide all the information i need. For those cyclists out there, listen up. If you have bike problem and can't get it solved remember to bring it to Probike and they will resolve your issues with reasonable price.
It does not really sell famous name bikes like Giant, but the bikes sold are reasonably priced and of high quality. The best part is the owner/seller is very customer oriented and friendly. The customers will feel pressured to buy when they entered the shop. They can just browse and walk out without feeling guilty, but they'll definitely buy even if at other time.
Not professional service.Skill not so good.Charge too high prices compared to other shop and think customer is ignorant.Very proud also.Pretending is very fake - be careful of the good reviews you read.Regret going there.Better visit new professional stores in Penang island. CBK!
Too bad , staff no friendly support.(i emergency request buy MTB Caliper Bolts for my bike replace(bolt wear off), staff say no. ) Ever you no knows that (u loss biggest customer)I searched other mtb shop build new carbon bike already spend $$ more that 22k.
