Terrible service!!! Not going back again for sure. Have to make sure the quality of goods is ok to purchase before making payment. Otherwise, it would not be simple thing to return the goods. Just walked out the shop and found chocolate were melted. I have immediately gone back to the shop to return the chocolate. The girl has asked if I want to get another one. I told her that I just want to return it. She then just ignored me. Another Korean customer eventually started talking to the girl in Korean and pointed at me. And this Korean customer told me that the girl told her that I should go back to the queue again. I have to go back to the queue and wait. The purchases returned was end up completed by another cashier for 30 seconds.

A lady at cashier on 15April20 around 10:20am was not helpful at all. I went there to buy Cuckoo pressure cooker from a very far distance. I know the cooker are quite expensive, but you should not treat your customer that he can not afford it, if I can not afford to buy it I would not come here at the first place. Everything what I asked, she replied me as ''not in stock''. When I asked a nother lady, they still have 7 items more in stock. Even the second lady thought I can not afford it, she kept asking me about three times ''do you really want to buy it, are you sure?'' I couldn't believe it.

Used to be very nice store, providing good price and high quality products. However, they are no longer good! Price are hidden, you need to take item to register to find out price. If you are lucky enough to see a staff but they are unable to help you, they refer all your enquiries to register. It seems one a shop manager knows and runs. Products are still okay, but you must check expiry date as it often have few weeks shelf life left, especially special price products. I saw a mayonnaise 1.99 nomal price 3.99 today 17th Jan and expire on 5th Feb, so not really worth it.

We shop here all the time. The staff are incredibly friendly, they have a good selection of authentic Korean branded foods and accessories. Everything is priced very well and some items even manage to match the major supermarkets carrying similar items. They do offer a points system to reward repeat customers, and they occasionally do free give aways if you spend over a certain amount. This is our favorite Korean market to visit in Melbourne. They also offer all the local Korean magazines and newspapers for free by the front door.

I've been regularly visiting this KT Mart Korean grocery store, it's the nearest one to where I live and has better priced items compared to other Korean grocery stores in my opinion. The store was well-stocked with all kinds of items, from fresh produce to traditional Korean ingredients and snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of Korean food items.

Quite a wide and holistic selection of Asian foods and groceries, mostly Korean, but can also find Japanese, South East Asian groceries. Prices are quite competitive and you can gain member benefits too. They also do delivery (ordered thru an app) which was super useful during the pandemic. Only thing that could be improved is the price labelling, but if there's any confusion, you can always ask the staff there. They are all very friendly and helpful!

My absolute favourite store in Mitcham, love their huge variety of Korean and Japanese food/ingredients/items. Customer service is always so friendly and welcoming and the prices here are awesome too, I keep coming back even after moving out of the area. They always have what I need, Including ingredients that can sometimes be hard to find in bigger, more generally Chinese Asian groceries. I am a happy customer and member!!

Not every Asian mart is same. If you don’t know asian grocery but need to buy them, should go KT mart. they don’t cheat quality and price. As Korean nation, I never understood some asian groceries do some dodgy thing which i dont want to mention here about. and other tip! dont go asian section in Coles and Woolies. just go here you will see heaps of different kinds of products with much much cheaper.

  • Andy W Moo

Packed to the brim with every ingredient imaginable. The staff are also very helpful if you can't find something (the store is so full of so many different products, it's quite easy to overlook something you're searching for). Ps..The aisles are narrow so watch you don't block the way of others trying to get through while you are gazing at all the options (like i did repeatedly... sorry shoppers!)

  • Stewart Allen

Good range of groceries, mostly Korean, but also Japanese and Chinese. Apart from packet foods, they have cold foods, fresh vegetables, meats and some homeware and kitchen goods. Very friendly staff and the store is very clean, but it can be a bit tricky to navigate the narrow aisles. Plus sometimes things get moved and can be hard to find. Still, it remains my favourite local asian grocer.

  • Summer N.

One of the best Asian grocery store in Melbourne, especially if you are looking for Korean products. The store in Mitcham is not as big as the one in the Carlton area, but their stock is quite complete. The staff are very friendly as well. Don't forget to be their member by mentioning your phone number everytime you shop, you'll accumulate points that can be turned into dollars.

  • Pauline Laing

I had a terrific visit here. It's a very foreign experience for this westerner, but I felt quite welcome. I found my favourite Japanese curry - in fact, in bigger packages and at better prices than I usually pay, so I was happy. Pretty stationery and cute things to look at too, and the service was very smiley. There's bike parking right at the door.

  • Jojo T

We love this little local Asian shop. So clean and neat, everything is so carefully placed. A large variety of groceries, noodles, rice, hot pot food and more. Love the frozen section with lots of good food to discover. Staff are lovely too, very friendly and approachable. Reasonably priced food too. This store is very popular among the locals.

  • David S

Found this place while we went for food hunting. The cleanest asian grocery that we have been. The shop has all the asian items which are organized in a very tidy way. Membership is just by providing your postal code and phone number. You get 5 dollar credit every 1000 points. Apparently there is parking at the back for customers.

  • James

Decent range, newest KT MART store in the SE suburbs. However still plagued by the same issues as the older city stores, namely: - Missing price card labels - Wrong / Old prices listed - Stock misplaced with wrong label. This makes for a chaotic and haphazard shopping experience. Please organise your store in a better way! Thanks

  • Julie Lau

Staff are very polite and friendly as well as helpful. They sell fresh Asian bake goods on Fridays. The peanut crust buns were nice. Staff says they are great seller. They have lot of choices for instant noodles and some are cheaper than many other grocery stores. Brought some Korean tofu and going to compare with other brands.

  • Branch Manager

Open to 9-11pm most night so its great for grocery shopping. Great range of Korean, Japanese, Chinese foods plus meats for stir fry or asian style BBQ. Prices are reasonably low compared to coles and other Asian Grocery stores, and quality is always great. Korean owned & professional. Recommended!

  • Luke

Great place to get korean groceries or any other asian groceries. It can be quite tight and small however it is packed with various items. Staff are very nice and helpful! Definitely reccomend coming here to do some asian grocery shopping or to pick up a few snacks.

  • Johnson Lien

In general, the price is good for most of products. Although it is a Korean grocery, the shop size is good with many asian products you may not be able to find somewhere else. Keep in mind, due to the popularity of this store, sometimes stock can go really quickly.

  • Johnny Nguyen

Amazing Korean grocery store with small sections devoted to other asian products. Service is alwasy polite and outstanding, but it does get busy from time to time due to the amazing product range/prices and hygienic presentation. My "go to" for Korean products.

  • Tiffany Lau

Look no further than KT Mart should you need any Korean supplies. Reasonable prices, comprehensive stock, and efficient service. AND CHEAP SOJU!!! I had a Budae Jjigae craving so decided to make it, and found all of the ingredients in the one place.
