I have never come across a medical practice that is so driven by money. Although I have never had any problems with the medical care provided per se, I have had the misfortune of crossing swords with the practice manager who seems to believe that money for so-called missed appointments @ $20 each time, is far more important than providing medical care. I also have a real problem with office staff, including the practice manager, who seem to believe that discussing my medical treatment is appropriate in the presence of other patients. I'm on a Disability Pension and I simply can't afford to throw cash around on a disingenuous policy that even the AMA states is a policy that is unpopular and extremely difficult to enforce. Stinging a patient $20 because ,for whatever reason, they've been unable to attend, is outrageous. Just yesterday, I was denied medical attention UNLESS I paid $60. When a medical practice puts money before my health and wellbeing and my treatment is discussed by those who have no business knowing, I have no other option but to tell others to give this practice a miss. There are other health professionals in the Valley who will put your health before some ludicrous grab for money.

I actually 'cannot believe how amazing this medical centre and its Staff is. The Manager Renae not only managed to get me in for Pfizer, but 'Both' myself and my 13 year old daughter! It's was so welcoming, proffesional, clean, organised. I travelled from Knox area to get there and I'm going straight back with my daughter next month! I wasn't able to get the Pfizer vaccine anywhere so I co tinted to reach further away from my place of residency and had it not been for Renae's overwhelming support and attention to detail I would still currently be lacking behind. On behalf of my daughter and myself Renae, thank you and your team what an amazing job you guys do there very, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have only ever had a great experience here, from reception, the practice manager, right through to the doctor. Highly recommended! I'd also like to add that if I had made an appointment and didn't show up, I would absolutely understand a no show fee... why should someone else miss out on an appointment because I can't make it? clearly I'm not that sick if I can miss my appointment... the doctor is not there to sit around, and business is business, they spend an absolute fortune Becoming a doctor, hex debt, insurances, overheads and wages to pay, the doctor is most certainly not there twidling their thumbs waiting for missed appointments to turn up!

I have admiration for staff and doctors at this medical centre, however the same can’t be said of management. I have been trying for a week to phone them and every time I get put on hold for ages. Today is the worst, it took 14 minutes on hold to get through. That’s a disgraceful display and smacks of disinterest in what the customer wants. Management need to act quickly to either employ more receptionists or at least develop a call back regime so that we, the customers, don’t waste our precious time. I am now in the search for a more efficient medical centre. Disgraceful attitude by them

Highly recommend this doctors practice. All the doctors are wonderful especially Dr Teoh who is a caring doctor who goes out of her way to find further information for you and always makes you feel like you have answers on leaving your appointment. All the admin staff are polite, friendly, happy and considerate and the surgery makes you feel safe and welcome. So glad I found this surgery and am willing to travel here every time. “Psychologist” Susan Jenkins was horrific in her practice. My partner was referred to see her for a session and came out worse off. She pushed her personal beliefs into the session and completely judged the entire time. My partner felt unsafe and as per my understanding of a therapist job is to help and be open minded to peoples lifestyles. I am disgusted and would not recommend her to anybody seeking comfort and help with their mental health.

At 73 you can imagine how many doctors I have seen and I can safely say that the whole team at Seville are the best..... I normally see Dr Sharma or Dr Teoh but I have been told that Dr Navi’d is excellent as well. The office staff are always very friendly and having pathology there is very convenient.... Thank you to the team at Seville Medical Center for your care and expertise....

Reception and nurses are lovely and i never been so happy with a Dr till seeing Dr Navid Afsharipour, He listens and takes time with things you do not feel you are just another consult, has always been able to fix the issue at hand whether it be me, my partner or my children we have always felt well cared for.

Dr Sima Radaei is awesome. She takes a holistic approach to healthcare. Haven't come across many doctors who won't just stuff you with medication and push you out the door so they can fit in as many patients as they can in the day. She takes her time to explain and she speaks so clearly. She is a rare gem.

So disappointed now, 3-4 years ago, I would have been a 5 star review. Dr S, Dr C were so good but now they seem to have a I don’t care and I am overworked attitude. Very disappointing, as a Seville and Yarra Valley person it is sad there is very ordinary medical facilities

Booked in for Whooping cough vaccine. Was told no cost due to being pregnant. Got my vaccination and when leaving was told it was $81 because a doctor saw me for a second before the nurse took me through. Very money hungry.. wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely fantastic doctors here. Dr Sharma and his staff are just amazing. Very friendly and caring people. I have been under many doctors but never one as caring and supportive as Dr Sharma. Thankyou all for being the great people you are xx

Recently moved to the area and wanted to seek a new doctors clinic. After an initial waiting issue that Dr Sharma rectified extremely quickly, I think I have found my new doctors. Very happy with this clinic.

The wrong medication was given to my partner, antibiotics that he actually didny need and I had to google side effects because they made him sick & they coukd have caused his artery's to harden in his leg's,

I went here to get help with my 3 month old boy and the doctor couldn't careless about his stomach pains and literally told me theres nothing wrong and didnt try to help in the slightest . Very disappointed

I’ve been to several doctors throughout my life and none better than Dr Sharma, a very professional doctor who is dedicated to looking after his patients. My whole family now see him and couldn’t be happier

Dr Sharma and his team are beyond wonderful. They are warm and caring. It's really one of the best surgeries I've ever visited anywhere in the world. I highly recommend any one of the doctors at the clinic.

I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The doctors really listen to you and are very caring. We are lucky that Dr Sharma chose to open his clinic here in The Valley.

I love my local GP, the staff are friendly and helpful in all situations, the doctors are first rate bar none, Dr Sharma is a wonderful man and an excellent doctor.
