This is a very special place for good quality European made shoes. They have been in business for decades. We did not know that. We came here to find shoes for my wife. She wanted good quality shoes for her narrow feet. We found the people quite knowledgeable. They know their shoes and which style will fit you. We found our shoes. Most of their stock is from Italy. There are lots of choices for both men and women. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the product. People are friendly and the service was good. Recommend for good shoes.

Kalenas has exceptional customer service , you are always feel welcomes and valued when you your in the store. Great shoes with a wide variety of styles for both men & women. I visited the store a few times during covid and I felt very face with knowing the employees and ensuring all sanitary rules are being followed. Definitely recommend this store to friends / family

I had a great experience here. Went in for 1 pair of shoes and ended up buying 4. The two ladies (including the owner) were SO helpful. They really worked so hard to offer us so many options. I love family-owned businesses like this one - great location, great quality made shoes, and super customer service. I will definitely go back there again.

Terrible customer service, nobody responds. I ordered a pair of shoes that didn’t fit, I emailed them the same day to let them know I was returning them with everything attached but still only received a partial refund. Won’t order from them again. Sloppy customer service!

Walked in today planning to buy two pairs of sandals and the two women that were working there didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. They saw me come in, didn’t even say hello, only one other person in the store. I wasn’t welcome in there to say the least.

Very helpful in helping me find footwear for my feet which are hard to find good, comfortable fitting shoes for as they're awkward, kid sized feet, and even had a cute comfy pair of shoes that help with my arthritic knee!

Because it's a small store, it feels safer. You can take a quick look and not spend time looking through a big store. The shoes are quality Italian made, and as such buying them is cheaper than flying to Italy itself!

Went in for a pair of shoes this weekend. These folks were incredibly patient and kind, spent time trying to help me find the right pair. Great customer service and I'll be back when they get more winter stock.

Although the shoes are great quality and great look, women that are working here are unusually rude. It is not a place that I would spend my money, only because of the way that I was treated.

These women are lovely! What a nice store. My girlfriend needed waterproof shoes and they patiently helped us find the right size and specs. Your feet are in good hands in this shop.
