I have just moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy from the one across the road, which I have been using for at least 15 years. I was tired of the frequent changes of the pharmacists and, unfortunately, frequent errors. I am already impressed with the service here - personal, unrushed, with attention to detail and interested in my needs. They have even cut the pills of one of my medications for me - tiny tablets which I only take a quarter at a time. So thoughtful!

i have been going here since day 1 when they first opened alie is amazing ,his wife also . hala also but i love the way they take the time to explaine everything to you wonderful friendly ,always prepared to help with any prescriptions that u need answers to. they appreciate your buissness and most of all they care the doctors office there is also great . if there was a 10 star rating i would give them 10 stars Thank you all for careing so much excellent team

My wife and I have used this pharmacy and the clinic for several years now. While there are smaller pharmacies that do things like remember me from visit to visit on sight, this one has really solidified itself as part of our household and community. - Prompt service - Answers questions about medications - Proactively informs you about complications, side-effects, and drug interactions - Prompt refill delivery (on request) - Clinic staff is nice

The pharmacist and staff at the pharmacy part are wonderful. Refills are always quick. They always offer to explain the medication if it’s new and have before alerted me to contraindications that the doctor had missed. I haven’t used the walk in clinic so I have no review for that. (And per the comment in a review below, I can promise you this is not a paid review nor have I ever been paid to review any service or product).

I came in with a severely irritated left eye and asked the doctor to help. He stood 5 feet away and diagnosed it as nothing in my eye. Recommended eye drops and told me if there's anything in my eye it'll flush itself out. I went to the hospital and there was a piece of metal embedded in my eyelid scratching my cornea If I took the doctors advice I'd be blind in my left eye.

Went to visit the walk in clinic and pharmacy today as all other clinics in the area closed at noon. I was very happy to find Kanata mews. The walk in clinic doctor was fast, thorough and supportive and the pharmacy staff was kind and efficient. I would recommend this pharmacy and clinic to anyone in the kanata area. Thank you all again!

Had my second dose vaccine at Kanata Mews Pharmacy today. Online booking a little tricky (I ignored the booking calendar and manually entered my birthdate, pressed return) but once your information is submitted, they call with a time. Seamless, excellent dose administration. Friendly family operation. Easy parking. Highly recommended.

I have been sick for several months. Now I have breast CA. Mobility for me is an issue. The pharmacists and staff are extremely compassionate and assist 100% with every request or concern I may have. Believe me, I trust and value their service and expertise above all other pharmacies in the Ottawa area.

I just wanted to share my experience. Visited them after i was turned away from 2 locations.. then drove to barrhaven (walkins only start at 4:30) and was turned away from 2 more including my own doctor... drove back... everyone was super nice, they treated me.. cant express how happy i am they exist.

This is one of the best pharmacies around. The Pharmacists are very dedicated and take their time to discusswhat meds are for,and how they work and sideeffects. They also suggest alternatives if discuss with doctors if there are any issues.

Walking clinic!!! It took me only 30min to see a doctor! Unfortunately doctor didn't tell me more than a couple of words, even his name. But it was fast, which was great. I was able to address all my questions to the pharmacist there.

It took two hours just to renew a single prescription. Got in at 4:22 p.m and left at 6:19 p.m. Doctor takes 50 minutes per person. Ridiculous. All these 5 stars are fake or people that were paid.

Doctor, staff and pharmacist are extremely helpful. tried them as walk in clinic and will definitely register with them as my health care provider.
