My recent visit to this pharmacy over the weekend was truly remarkable. On Sunday night, with an urgent need for medication for my 2-year-old, the pharmacist displayed exceptional dedication. Despite the late hour, he made extra efforts by contacting other pharmacies to locate the needed medication. Remarkably, he went above and beyond by bringing it to his pharmacy for my convenience. His assistance was outstanding, reflecting both expertise and a commendable commitment to customer satisfaction. The genuine and humane service provided has left a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional service and compassionate approach.

My husband and I first went to this pharmacy late 2022, when we wanted both flu shots and COVID boosters. Mohamed was professional, thorough, and very kind: we were impressed. We were even more impressed when he reached out to let us know we were eligible for another dose of COVD vaccine, should we care to receive it! It is very clear from our interactions with Mohamed that he wants to get to know his clients, and to provide topnotch service; we have happily transferred all our prescriptions to his pharmacy. Questions are answered thoroughly, and prescriptions are filled very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to others.

The Pharmacist saved my son's eye, and I am so grateful! We went in seeking antibiotics for his red eye, the day before we were leaving for an overseas trip, but the Pharmacist insisted we see an Optometrist immediately. And good thing we did! He had a serious eye condition that could have led to permanent loss of use, or blindness, had it not been treated right away. I can't imagine what would have happened had we left it untreated properly. Thank you to Kanata North Pharmacy! I'm planning to move all of my family's prescriptions there now, knowing the level of care we'll receive.

Mohamed and Rania know their patients, inquire about how they are doing and genuinely care, and they are attentive to details and follow up promptly. They caught an error made by my doctor on a prescription, they call as soon as a new prescription arrives, and they let me know when refills are ready to be picked up. My family and I recently transferred to the Kanata North Pharmacy, and we are so grateful for the continued care we receive from the owner/pharmacist, Mr. Mohamed Elhalawany and his wonderful team. Mr. Elhalawany is very knowledgeable, kind and patient, and follows up to see how we are doing with our prescribed medication. Our experience with Kanata North Pharmacy and Mohamed was excellent. My husband, granddaughter and myself all got our Covid 19 booster shots. Mohamed was very thorough, clear and professional while being understanding that our granddaughter would bored with the wait and out on a TV show for her! The owner, Mohamed is amazing. Customer service is A++ He went above and beyond to make my kids comfortable enough to take their flu shots. Whenever I need something he doesn’t have, he goes the extra mile to call around to other pharmacies to find somewhere that does. He even gave me a list of family doctors in the area when I was looking for one. If you need a great, friendly pharmacist, he’s your guy!

I highly recommend this pharmacy! Last night, after a visit to the doctor, I urgently needed antibiotics for my daughter. The owner of the pharmacy agreed to see me after closing hours, stayed back, and waited for me to prepare the medication. I recently stopped by this new pharmacy desperate to find some Children’s Tylenol for our ill granddaughter. I was immediately greeted by Mohamed Elhalawany, Owner and Pharmacist. Not only did he have a bottle of Children’s Tylenol, he also calculated the correct dose for us. We highly recommend this wonderful pharmacy in Kanata North.

This Pharmacy is Terrific, I would highly recommend them. After living in a small town I was used to personalization and at other pharmacies I was not given that, but Mohamed is very professional and kind, he remembers me and my medication and I really appreciate that, it's nice not just being the next person in line.

This new pharmacy is welcoming, accommodating, and provides fast, knowledgeable service thanks to the pharmacist and owner Mr Elhalawany. He is very helpful, caring and makes sure you have a good understanding of your meds. I found this to be a much better experience than "big box" pharmacies.
