tl; dr: Go at dusk for the view Note that there is a door charge for the entrance, but if you're an avid photographer it's worth it; you must go at dawn or dusk for the view. Other than that, you'd go to feed the mosquitoes at the very run down, poorly maintained lake. Please don't frequent the replica royal barge; while it's completely unavoidable to pay for entrance fees for some places that keep the junta afloat (pun intended!), the barge is not something that needs to be seen, or to spend money on.

Le parc Kandawgyi , également connu sous le nom de parc naturel de Kandawgyi , a été construit pendant la période coloniale. Decent park with a 300 kyat admission fee. A few small dining places along the lake. A few play areas for children. A very small "zoo". A nice small island to relax on the grass. A somewhat questionable boardwalk. And a "Palace". There also is a water park but I'm not sure if there is a separate admission fee for that.

This park is really large in Yangon. It has plenty of shops and many trees. Its nice place to take a rest and many people especially couples and family went there. One of the restaurants' name "Karaweik Palace" in Kandawgyi park is famous for cultural show in night time.

It can be considered as the only enjoyable and big enough amusement park in Yangon. It could be better considering the size and structure. Tickets are super cheap. I have seen smaller and unnatural-looking parks in Thailand with very high price.

An entrance fee is required based on the number of people entering. I highly recommend this park; it's very natural and a great place to walk with your pet. Additionally, food festivals are frequently held in various corners of the park.

Dit park ligt midden in het drukke Yangon en is een baken van rust met bovendien 2 prachtige 'badeenden' waarvan leuke foto's te maken zijn. Zeker de moeite waard om gedaan te hebben.

Leuk park om even tot rust te komen in de hectiek van Yangon. Bijzondere boot tempel. Vanuit het park loop je zo naar de Shwedagon pagode.
