I have taken my Road long here for service and they take great care of me! Friendly knowledgeable and honest. Will tell it like it is. Not just trying to make a sale like other shops out there they stand behind what they say. I also had some riding gear stolen and the wonderful lady in clothing got me into some new comfortable practical clothing that is functional and well with in my budget. My new riding gloves have magnets in them so they stick to my tank!! So need I say it handy! LOL (sorry for that one I’m a dad) but seriously didn’t know what bike I wanted to buy after I sold my Road king so I have been renting different models and makes to try them out for a week at a time or a weekend at a time the staff there are INCREDIBLE! I really mean it, they guy that runs it is so great and takes care of you. All the bikes I have rented are in tip top shape and reasonably priced. There is a gentleman that I call the CVO man because all he buys is CVO Harleys but he has more miles under him then the department of transportation and has insights into cool stops along your route. The woman there is so organized and friendly. I can not say enough about this shop and now that they are not just a Harly shop they can and do work on and will hunt down what ever bike you want to ride….. I think my next one will be a Ultra (Harly) or a road master (Indian) ether way I am getting from Kanes, and getting all my parts and service work from them as well.

Honestly cannot say enough good things about the entire staff here. From Sales to Finance, Part to Merchandise and don’t forget about the guys tuning up my new ride as we speak. Diana and Jennifer were awesome during my purchase process. Really helpful and didn’t mind me calling in every hour with an other question. Kevin at parts counter was great. Must have made up a half a dozen quotes for me before I choose one. Jeff in the performance department couldn’t wait to get his hands on the bike and get it going. Difference here is that it is very easy to see everyone is passionate about what they do and this isn’t just a “Job” to them. Being taken around by Diana and introduced to everyone from front to back of house and the owner. Who took time out of his day to really make me feel like part of the family. I really can’t think of one negative thing to say here. …now it’s waiting time for my bike to get done. Hopefully get a few days riding in before winter actually shows up. Thank you to everyone at Kane’s. You got a new customer for life.

If they tell you they can work on your Buell, don't believe them. I desperately needed tires for my bike and ordered a new set thru Kane's. No issue there. Trying to get them installed (seemingly simple work) was a whole other story. I got the total runaround from their service 'department.' Two weeks after my scheduled appointment, and after a number of time consuming transit trips to and from the shop, I gave up and left with the bike with the new tires not installed. Granted, part of the problem was their 'Buell Guy' broke his hand so I know that bit was out of their control. However, it was the COMPLETE lack of any proactive measures by my service advisor that shocked me most. She couldn't give a flying F whether the tires ever got installed and did absolutely nothing to either progress the job or keep in touch to let me know there was a problem. Never again shall I darken their door.

I purchased my 2013 Sportster 1200 Custom new from Kane's and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Mike (now retired) was always friendly and helpful when we (my husband and I) were just "kicking tires", and even remembered our names after the first visit. When I finally decided to purchase, Mike was super helpful with making sure I picked the right accessories, pipes, etc. and was happy with all decisions. First and second services were equally easy and Sterling in Service has been amazing. Christine and the guys in Parts have been accommodating and great with suggestions (and one return!). I have never been treated so well, even with car purchases, and will continue going back for anything I may need!

Went there this morning as a first time Harley owner, requested some information about wiring on an older bike and was met with professionalism and knowledge. All questions I had were answered promptly and without the misinformation and roll of the eyes "the other dealership" gave me. That's the kind of old school service and customer treatment that you can truly take to the bank. As a result Kane's gained a customer for life, while I may just be in buying parts time to time, I will be recommending Kane's to anyone I know who has a HD bike, it's absolutely great to see a business operated like that.

This place is beyond 5 stars. I rented a Fatboy and the process was extremely laid back and easy! The rental agent Dan was spectacular to deal with, super professional and friendly. I definitely recommend coming here if you're thinking of renting a bike. I can't say much about sales because I didn't deal with them but I'm sure it's top notch as well. The showroom is probably the best one I've seen, super clean and the bikes they have on display are nothing short of awesome!!

Awesome to deal with. Knowledgeable. Showed us everything they could possibly show us about the bike. Finance approval within a day. Loved the concept of buying a bike that was there on consignment. We had been looking for a long time. Found what we wanted here . Hub is on cloud nine. Fair prices, friendly helpful staff. Can't find a bike, check Kane's! We were shocked by this place. Went to the diner for breakfast first. Then as we were leaving we went to the back side of the resturan and there is a nice big Harley shop just tucked off of the main road. They staff was nuve and very sweet to our 13 month old daughter. We come from Edmonton but whe we are in Calgary this will be our spot. Really wished there was somethinf lije tbis in Edmonton I know it would do great up here.

The one thing I love about this dealer is we were able to walk in, look around and do our thing without anyone coming up to say Hi. or can I help you. They were there if I needed them and I could see that, but no pressure at all. Great selection of bikes, parts and accessories. A few vintage and classics, like all Harley dealers, on display. A few customs as well. Easy parking for such a prime location.

Top self and solid shop. I was in the need of a rear tire and they went out there way to fit me in cause I am from Ontario and travelling!!! Service department definitely very professional and know there stuff! Glad to have found and to experience there quality service I highly recommend Kane's motorcycle shop over a stealer ship!!!

Worst experience I've ever had with any shop wrongparts ordered 3 times , poor workmanship, new parts charged for but not installed, for some reason voltage reg was unpluged & fuel guage sending unit unpluged when I got bike back , Bike sat for 8 months in shop before being fixed .(Never Again)

The food is average. Basic diner food, nothing special. The good thing is that the price also reflects this. However the staff is not very friendly at all and our waitress seemed to want to be anywhere but there.. also my hollandaise sauce on the benny was goopy and not at all appetizing.

I had a really great experience at Kane’s. This was my first Harley, my first bike actually, and the whole buying process was awesome. The store itself is great. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, genuine and aren’t pushy at all. I’d recommend Kane’s to anyone considering a bike.

I'm checking out some potential new parts for my ride. New windshield with mounting hardware. Sick and tired of being whipped around by mother nature, and I hate getting hit with bugs, bees and insects in general. They hurt going at 70mph to 90mph!!! Yes it's a American bike.

I love the vibe at Kane's Harley-Davidson and the staff are awesome. It makes me feel like part of the Kane's family and I go there frequently just to look around and hang out with some of the staff. I've gained a lot of knowlege by talking to and learning from them.

Really appreciate the parts team over at Kanes. Always willing to do a little digging, and are open all the time. They also have specials for HOG members - good for Harley, good for the customer, and good for Kane’s by building up the loyalty. A Calgary staple.

Not overly stoked with my experience. Great level of bikes and selection. Walked in looking to buy a new bike for summer, was never approached or offered help. Seemed to be a little pre occupied with more mature customers than the younger. Hey ho, their loss.

Fairly friendly staff. Lots of Harley parts. Upstairs clothing is very selective. When you ask when an item is coming in with different sizes. The only response that you get is “ not sure it’s ordered but don’t know when or what we are getting”.

Rented a street and a road glide. Upon return I sat down with the finance gals and bought a roadglide special. Put 6000km on it before the winter hit! Great dealership great staff. Service is a bit spotty but other than that a great place!

Good Food. This place is like a retro 60's restaurant. The waitress was cool and joked with the customers. The burgers are variations of harleys like the bobber or soft tail. I would eat there again. Nice place.

Love the Harley shop. Sick bikes, cool gear. Just wish someone had spoken to us sooner considering how long we were standing at the counter. But over all, everyone there has good experience and was very helpful.

They were awesome. The bike I'm on was identical to my first Harley I bought in 1977. They allowed me to sit on it for the photo after I asked first. They do have signs saying to stay off the bikes.

Rented a bike from here. Great deals. Lot of bikes to look at. Staff were kind and easy to talk. I'd highly recommend this shop for anything motorcycle related.
