I was satisfied with the previous service with Kangaroo Movers, so I used it again this time and it was the third time. I had a better experience than the second time. They were considerate enough to call before arrival to let us know the arrival time and they set up the furniture perfectly, including a modular sofa. They were the best crews and stress-free moving experience again. ***Updated I used one bedroom moving service for my parents last weekend. It was my second times. Our moving guys were professional. It took 4 hours to move and they did not bother us for 4 hours and completed the move perfectly. They(4 movers) arrived on time and protected most of the furniture. They wore a shoe cover as I requested when I had a contract with them. They finished moving earlier than we estimated. I reached out to Kangaroo Movers at the last minute to move my entire 3 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom house in Issaquah, Wa on the last weekend in July. They were able to accomodate me with no problem and communicated the entire process and made my transition smooth. The movers were early and very professional with the entire move. I was surprised when after my move was completed the following day, the management team reached out to me to see how everything went. I really appreciated how management listened to whatever discrepancies I had and made it right. I will refer this company to anyone that is needed assistance in moving and if you go with this company, you are making the right choice.

Do not use Kangaroo Movers. I hired them to load and pack a moving trailer. Their workers packed it so poorly that everything had to be taken off the trailer and repacked. When I contacted Kangaroo, they first told me that their movers would come the next morning to fix it. However, the next morning they demanded more money. Even after I reluctantly agreed on a price for them to return, when their workers showed up again, they had no interest in actually fixing the problem and simply wanted to argue and fight. Kangaroo is completely unprofessional - do not trust what they say, because when it comes time to provide service, they will simply demand more money. Not recommended in the slightest.

I've used Kangaroo movers twice now and will not hesitate to use them in the future. The first time they helped with my daughter's move. They arrived on time, were careful with her belongings but very efficient. The second time I needed a large and expensive piece of equipment moved a flight of stairs. They were the only movers that I was able to find at a reasonable price that were willing to attempt to move it. Because of the weight we needed 4 people. It was a challenge but they got the job done and moved item with greatest care. I highly recommend the company. Great communication, quick responses and most of all they take good care of your property and yet get the job done quickly.

I am very happy with the team that did my move from Seattle to the North Olympic Peninsula several days ago. These young men were from Ukraine and Bulgaria and we had a little language gap but nothing we could not overcome. The young men were professional and were hard-working. They arrived at my new home an hour or more before I did and had the furniture set up in my bedroom perfectly (based on the old home) and living room with the television set positioned exactly where I wanted it without me telling them. Everything I have unpacked at this point has been in excellent shape and I expect the rest will be too. Kangaroo Movers was well worth the price paid.

Their flexibility in accommodating our specific requirements was appreciated, e.g. providing a smaller crew of two movers. The movers demonstrated good care and diligence, ensuring that no items were damaged, whether they were fragile small items or large furniture pieces. They did well navigating a townhouse with many stairs. They had a good work ethic: punctual, diligent, professional, and pleasant to work with. We were satisfied with their performance and would gladly book their services again for a future move.

We did a whole house move (4 bedrooms). The movers came on time, and worked efficiently. The move took longer than expected, not due to lack of effort but that our furniture was complex to disassemble and reassemble and we had a lot of stairs and tight turns on both ends of the move. Despite that, the movers were very committed to the end, and reassembled all the furniture properly. Boxes and furniture were handled with care. Even with some large and heavy pieces of furniture, the movers got it all past low ceilings and tight turns without damage. We're happy with the move and would use them again.

During my recent move, we had a lot of parking issues due to nearby construction at my prev apartment and the movers were very understanding about it. They did not waste any time and were able to quickly load and unload all the stuff. The were very careful with the stuff and took necessary precautions with fragile stuff like the glass dining table. Kangaroo movers sent a crew of 3 amazing movers to help us unload our 16 ft shipping container, transfer everything to a moving van, drive it to our downtown apartment, and then bring everything from the truck to our 4th floor apartment. They packed the smaller loose items from our container into wardrobe boxes, making things move faster. We were charged for those boxes, but it was well worth it. The crew even helped us with trash removal after unwrapping and unboxing. This was our second move using Kangaroo and we can’t recommend the team highly enough!

The 3 guys that helped us move were fantastic. They contacted us before they came over to make sure we were ready for them and arrived prepared and with lots of supplies. We were very impressed with how quickly and carefully they worked, and they wrapped our furniture very well. Nothing was damaged at all both for move in and move out. They even had to deal with a broken elevator in one location and 2 flights of stairs in another and it didn't slow them down at all. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I used Kangaroo Movers for my latest move and was extremely satisfied about the moving day. The crews showed up on time, took about 6 hour to move all of my furniture. A lot of my stuff are heavy and require extra care (OLED TV, Dania dresser, Kasala dining table, Kamado Joe grill), the crews made sure to provide extra protection and are extremely careful my floor.
