This is the best moving company that I have used so far. The team is very professional and was able to accommodate my needs in a very short notice. The move went smoothly - the team checked in with me a couple of times both after the pick up and after the delivery to see if everything was okay. They are very responsible and responsive to all my questions. They also support me with a very straightforward and smooth custom process (as I was moving from UK to EU), which sometimes can be hard to find with other companies. They also notified me with precise time slots for the pick up and delivery which are very helpful for me to prepare. The drivers (who picked up and delivered my stuff) were super friendly and helpful. They arrived on time and handled everything with care. All my things arrived in perfect conditions! Everyone who I came across during the move delivered such professional and quality service (at a very good price!) - so thank you Kanguro!

Kanguro were exceptionally friendly, and it was Arek's focus on the customer's needs coupled with very fair pricing, which made me return to the website and book the transport. What's more, they helped the export and import paperwork go smoothly by connecting me to trusted and efficient partners. Mario, the driver, turned up early and was eager to help with the loading. He is like a machine that doesn't stop: the next day, despite border control delays arrived with my possessions on the other side of Europe and helped unload my heavy antique furniture. All in all, the company provided excellent service, which I would be delighted to recommend to anyone moving back and forth between Poland and the U.K. Well done, and thank you! P.S. Nothing but praise for this company. The pricing was extremely reasonable and very competitive. Prior to the move, I dealt with Arkadiusz who was always very patient, courteous and never failed to respond to my enquiries, give me the necessary information and put my mind at rest. The driver was Szymon who had a very positive attitude, was extremely careful with my belongings and generally inspired confidence that my worldly goods were in safe hands. My bike was stolen, no news nor update about any investigation. I booked Kanguro but they sent another company van (people working there are very suspicious, called me to inform that someone broke into the van at night, the driver never saw anything and they lost my bike plus some other stuff). Never got any money back from them, no response and if I call them they treat me like an absolute rubbish. It's now being reported to the police. I do not recommend them at all. Please be careful.

Bardzo rzetelna firma. Od samego poczatku do konca- latwy kontakt, pomoc, wskazowki. Pan Arkadiusz to czlowiek do rany przyloz- pomocny, mily. Ja sie tak stresowalam ta przeprowadzka, a tak naprawde to nie bylo czym. Ledwo zdazylam mrugnac, a moje rzeczy dojechaly. Pan Robert kierowca, rowniez mily, pomocny, komunikatywny.
