Very poor condition. There are lots of issue regarding cleaning, maintenance and also corruption of Gate no. 2 ticket person (1:30pm to 2:30 pm) This old man charge extra money to enter into the Zoo. Management/ Admin office were closed no one was there. Same situation in kids play area's with ticket person, He is doing same corruption and not giving token just took amount directly in his pocket, Same doing Elephant caretaker He is also making money to fool visitor and making 50 to 100 ruppes to just visit elephant from outside. Lion condition are very poor hygiene and have health issue. Lion look very weak unfortunately he is unable to walk and not eating meat. Should take immediately action. Same situation with brown Bear, Bear also look sick.

A RECENT DEATH OF A FEMALE ELEPHANT AT KARACHI ZOOLOGICAL GARDEN RAISED AN OUT OF WAY QUESTION ABOUT RIDING UPON ELEPHANTS.... THERE ARE CONCERNS ABOUT THE SKELETON DESIGN OF THIS SPECIES BEING CONSIDERED COMPARATIVELY WEAK AS OF THEIR PHYSICAL OUTLOOK ESPECIALLY THE SPINAL CORD. IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED THAT THE SPINAL CORD OF THE ELEPHANT IS NOT CAPABLE TO BEAR SUCH LOADS FOR CONTINUOUS HOURS AS WE USE TO DO WITH THEM IN THE ZOO FOR AMUSEMENT OF OUR CHILDREN. RESEARCH REPORTS DO VERIFY THAT THEIR SPINAL CORD GETS BENT PERMANENTLY AND RESULTS DISEASE NESS FOR THE WHOLE LIFE WHICH SUBSIDES INTO DISASTROUS REDOUND OF THEIR DEATH. ASSALAM-O-ALEYKUM zoo is nice place but it's place need very very care because zoo animals only 180 and many animals are bard's but i like in zoo two alephends,lion,crocodiles and bangaal tiger is given so beautifully view's and Karachi zoo museum is not a good place its bad place tickets prices is very experience's and not have real animals only 9 starchchu and not views is like originals i say every buddy please not go inside of museum. but you go with your children's inside of fish exorcism,snap hall and see and listen mumtaz she have face human and body like a tiger and she talking everyone. The one and only public sector zoo in Karachi administered by KMC Zoo had 2 elephants (one of them Madhu Bala died recently) and the other shifted to Safari Park Other animals are also in a poor state Visits are recommended for families esp Children to feel fresh and to know more about the different species of animals found in Pakistan Also recommended for people graduating in Zoological Sciences

The Karachi Zoo is a complete waste of time as per my experience one Bangali Tiger is there poor the is in a tiny cage with looks like he is starving he has a block of ice in it's cage one Liones and in a separate cage one white lion few monkeys and some birds alot of ducks and a few dozen deers one elephant the zoo is in a very poor state

Zoological museum. Visited about 10 years ago. Recently on my visit to Karachi Zoo, I did not feel like going to museum. I don't know why when I saw condition of some animals in cages; it came to my imagination that they will soon give up to this misery and will be used by museum and so on. So I did not go to museum. I feel that I do not like keeping animals in captivity, so..

It was an amazing zoo when we were kids but now it seems like the administration has almost lost his interest in animals. It appears that zoo keepers have not been taking proper care of animals and Karachi Zoo has lost its true purpose of its existence.

Natural History Museum, renovated in 1992, is one of the more famous attractions in Karachi Zoo. Apart from stuffed animals, skins, antlers, horns and feathers etc. are also placed on display in the museum. The facility is used by zoology students for research and educational purposes

It's nice place for children to see animals physically at here tiger binmas African Shar lion zabra snacks fish's trurtuls ND many other animals park also avible here fun land for children is here but development work need at here to more beautiful ND attractive for society

Nice place but totally different now food are very expensive then outside. Many animals are not available lion is so weak. Rides are very expensive like defence parks some batchlors stocking to family and showing very bad activities. Washroom price 20 PKR per head.

Very bad experinec to go there .all animals are suffering .no services for animals .alot of animals are missing .not waste your money and time to go there

pathetic place, Grass and siting areas are dirty. Lion situation is critical. Some Animals have worst condition. Non residence man from outside of karachi are very uncomfortable for women even dangerous.

It was dissapointing to see the present situation of the zoo. Roads are broken most of the cages are empty.

Sadly, a very painful experience. Animals confined in concrete cages. Many show signs of distress. The trees were Old and beautiful though. Years of neglect and apathy was apparent everywhere.
