Visited the place at around 10 in the morning post holiday and it wasn’t crowded yet. A couple of tables are occupied and customers seemed to enjoy the place as much as we did. Food was served fresh. The staff at the counter was happily recommending best sellers. Ended up ordering Desi breakfast with shakshuka and paratha, which did not disappoint. It was my first time to order karak coffee and it was extremely good.

Visited this lovely place in Hounslow for a weekend brunch after a lazy start of the day The ambience and decor of the place is beautiful. The backdrop wall with flowers is so pretty. It was romantic in a way We had Butter chicken and Masala chips, Samosa chat, rose faluda and (large) Karak coffee. Everything was yummm. I specially liked the coffee, it was perfect to my liking - exact sweetness - strength and quantity. Rose faluda is a must try for all faluda lovers. Samosa chat was with one samosa and chana and all the yumm chutneys…small plate with powerful flavours. It wasn’t heavy on pocket as for everything we paid just around 14 quid. Will surely visit them again to try more of the delis food.

Great place to hangout with friends. Customer service and ambience of the restaurant is very good. Me and my friends visited first time so we ordered Karak chaii which was very tasty and the guy name's Bhavnish, he recommend the desert name Milk cake which was really awesome, firstly we were not going to order but somehow he influenced us to try milk cake and it was tempting. Next time for sure I'll try whatever he will recommend. Highly recommend this place and Thanks to Bhavnish for such a great service and recommendation.

Beautiful restaurant with tasty food also available for take away. It was super clean inside and the service we received from the lady working in there was great. She was so friendly and helpful. Wraps were good but I would have liked some fresh onion and coriander in them to liven them up a bit (very minor point). The drinks and desserts were the best… delicious and creamy pistachio falooda, refreshing limbu pani and scrumptious gulab jamun/halwa. A great little spot. Would definitely return.

This chai shop in Hounslow when it opened a while back was lovely but on a recent visit, observed that the food quality has dropped significantly. The samosas for example we ordered were too oily with oil dripping from it. Moreover the price is on higher side compared to the nearby chai shops in the area. The ambience was once quite bubbly but now its all quiet.

Great spot to hangout with friends. Ambience is warm and welcoming with beautiful decors. Staffs are super friendly. I would say after a long time tasted a best tea away from home. Karak chai have got a unique flavour which wants us to come back again. Wish them to keep up the same taste and friendly service.

Good tea, the masala omelette wrap was delicious. The only down side is people actually enter the restaurant and beg for money which can cause awkwardness.

Visited here a couple of times. Chai is a little above average. Good number of items are available on the menu to snack on. Masala fries and cheese bites are yum. Some items are overpriced and tastes average. However, the ambience of the place is amazing which pulls you to visit the place every time you pass by.
We visited with friends for the first time , it was nice , clean restaurant with friendly staff , nice ambiance and great decoration too .Highly recommended to local people to try the real taste of chaii.

I totally recommend this establishment as the customer service is amazing , Briyankas attention to detail has me shocked as she remembered that I had been in to the store for the first time a couple weeks ago! Manesh you must keep her around at every cost! Amazing branch! More
Best place to get peace of mind with their lovely karak chaii♥️ and vadapav. The ambience itself will give some vibes. Never seen a staff member like #janvi. Such a loyal person .She offered asked me to get one more karak chaii .i really appreciate her. More
We had karak chai regular and it was good, The price for one regular karak chai is £2.25, they serve many Indian snack item as well like chats, samosa and pav bhaji!! the ambiance is good.. good place to have a evening chai with friends / families More
Good portions but food was just average for me. The paratha was very oily and tasted just like the frozen shop bought ones. The Karak chai was awful, probably the worse chai I've had. It lacked flavour and it was bitter. I didn't even
One of the best Indian tea in Hounslow. Minimal price and great atmosphere. My go to place for a nice hangout with friends
