Had a cat emergency at night and seemed like this is the only (nearest) clinic available after 6PM around my area. Good points: - Experienced doctor - Friendly & helpful, this is important as a first time cat parent like me. He patiently explained everything to us. Things to improve: - Better/more precise location pin on Google. Place can be a bit tricky to find as it is quite hidden by the roadside stalls at the main road. - Pricing is a bit vague. My cat got some anesthesia, an antibiotic shot and fur cut and the doctor just told me to pay RM200 without explaining the price breakdown. But I was still miserable that time (with my cat situation) so I just proceed to pay without asking much. No receipt given too. Note: - The neighbored is quite dodgy so some may feel a bit off with the location. It can also be a bit dark at night. - They offer cash or online transfer payment only. But overall, good service.

Worst clinic I have ever experienced till now. No response on phone/WhatsApp. They asked me about my dog medical condition, I sent them a pic on WhatsApp and then there was no response to it. One day later I got a msgs to schedule an appointment for the next day as they were closed on Sunday but when I asked them about timing then again they went MIA. Kept calling on their mentioned no. But no response. In my last visit they cancelled my appointment at the last minute. When I reached at the clinic in the given time I was told that doc is not available.

not so sure if it’s normal— a bottle of antibiotic and 2 injections for a cat cost me RM100 because the doc doesn’t even give me any receipt or price quotation for the treatment and just be like “okay, just give me 100”. but honestly seeing my cat all healed and cheerful again after just 3 days visiting the vet, i guess it doesn’t matter
