Well managed railway station It doesn't seems that it is a village station Locals are available within 1 hours gap and morning local from 4.30 and till night 10.30 it is available You reach to nashik igatpuri ghoti by taxi from this station easily with ₹80 only And also very fast journey for nashik is done from this local train Very much taxi are available likely to be 100-150 nos of taxi available Till kalyan every local is slow and stop at every station and then some are fast some are slow

One platform for central line trains. Crowdy place during rush hours and has lots of village people along with people coming for trekking and camping.. uh can also go to nashik by taxis and buses.. lots of eateries outside station and canteen on platform.. good atmosphere all around.. cleanliness was average but was not that dirty.. you have to bargain with taxi drivers as they ll ask for a maximum rate.. bhandardara lake , igatpuri and nashik are places where most of people travel..

With all the facility like drinking water, pantry food stalls, toilets for free, rpf office, waiting room, retiring room.................. , kasara have many mountains over there and around 1-2 lakhs people lived there................... There are always 3 - 4 police officers are available at the platform.......... ................ Also the cctv's are there for security purposes.................

I love Mumbai railway,it's our lifeline so affordable to go long distance which would be cost hundreds of rupees or tons of waiting time for bus, this is the last station of Mumbai railway, this place is so quiet and peaceful, I recommend everyone to come her for tracking or for picnic

Cattle on the tracks, not enough seats to sit. Food wrappers thrown on the platform by people. This station has not received its share of the swatch bharat fund it seems. Theres a milk parlour which sells drinking water and milk. An atm by Bank of India outside the station is there.

Though not a designated stop for any train, almost all trains stop here for a few minutes, dont know the reason. The platforms were upgrading the last time I saw. A few shops to eat, not much. The view from this stop to the next one is amazing. Also this a stop for local trains.

Wether wise very good place. But spitting is almost everywhere. Only one bridge for all station is quite congested. For exit there is very small underground road. At the time of train comes there is big traffic at this place.

This station is end for central line (CSMT - KASAR) but there are other trains too passes through this station. Good facilities also have a small place to seat near ticket counter.
