Understandably with COVID restrictions retail stores have their work cut out for them, however the staff on today were completely flustered, cue was insainly long, so wait time to purchase was frustrating... With a 70% off sale, it was nuts, more staff was needed today ie Saturday!

Closed on Saturday 4 hours earlier than advertised on Google. Always look like they are closing anyway with the doors half way across. Brusque, rude, unhelpful customer service. Would have happily shopped for a replacement item had the server been less unpleasant.

The staff at this store when I went on 3 March were excellent. Best customer service I have encountered in a long time. Very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They also helped with a credit note issue I had without making me feel like it was a bother.

This store is very untidy, there is no room to go try garments on .It surprised me that this store wasn't presented better in Westfield's . It needs a revamp, carpet is worn , very dated.

The lady who served me today was lovely...she took clothes into the change room then kept checking if I needed other sizes etc. An absolute pleasure to shop there today.

Very helpful staff. Lots of excess stock with reduced prices. Picked up a couple of bargains. For example; priced at $74, down to $10.
