I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this place right now. I will say that they did a good job hand washing the car and treating the leather but they took an extra hour to clean the car because first the people brushed me off saying they knew how a Tesla worked but didn’t actually listen to the instructions I gave them and second they left the car with damages to the leather that I am now going to have to pay to fix because they refuse to take responsibility for. On the first note, I brought the car over and was trying to talk to them about how the car worked, because it’s a Tesla Model 3 and I know it can be funky to deal with. Instead the guy brushed me off saying he knew exactly how it worked and it would take about 45-60 minutes to clean the car. They had a small and loud and crowded waiting area so after waiting around for 10 minutes, I went to walk around the neighborhood. When I got back, the car hadn’t moved because the guy hadn’t listened to me and was so busy brushing me off, he didn’t get the key card out of the car and it locked behind him. So then I had to wait an extra hour because they hadn’t even gotten started on the car. Then when they are finally done and I’m driving home, I looked over my left shoulder and I noticed damage to the leather of my car on the back door. That damage was definitely not there before coming by the car wash. I immediately called them up and the manager said that he doubted it was anyone there but that I should bring the car back and show him. I turned back around and brought the car back and the people proceeded to give me the runaround. They kept stating to me that there wasn’t any possible way that they could have done that damage, saying they use sponges to clean the car (which is such a condescending argument because of course a sponge used for cleaning the outside of the car isn’t going to do that damage). I pointed out to them that while that was true for the outside, they also have plastic bottles with hard plastic that comes to corners that they have hanging at their waist and the vacuum with hard plastic and metal and it is very possible someone accidentally leaned against the door and a corner of the hard plastic caught into the leather with their body weight and tore the leather. The curved backs of the bottles actually match the curved impressions in the leather in the tear and below it in the impressions in the leather. The guy kept going on though that it was absolutely not possible for hard plastic to do any damage to the leather and refused to listen to me. Frustrated and exhausted after over 2 hours from when I initially got there, I just left. I wish they could have just taken responsibility for what they did but they would rather just give any excuse they could and weasel out of what they did. This was an awful experience and if I were to ever bring my car back, I am going to make sure to take photos to make sure they don’t try to lie again about damages. Now I am going to have to pay way more than I did for the car wash to fix the leather that was damaged. This was a horrible experience and I definitely recommend people to be very careful if you decide to bring your vehicle. -Anthony

Really disappointed with the service I received today at Keep It Clean on Washington Ave. my sister and I got here this morning in both of our cars, right at 9:00 am when they opened. There were only 2 or 3 cars ahead of us. So we shouldn’t have had to wait too long. We ended up being there for a full HOUR. When one of the employees said my car was ready, I went to check the inside as I never saw them vacuum the interior. Sure enough, the interior floors were still filthy. Looked like they hadn’t been touched at all. So I told the employee it needed to be vacuumed. I had already paid and tipped, a total of $40. Meanwhile, my sister’s car was sitting there near the exit of the parking lot where they put cars when they’re ready. No one had touched her car for at least 30 minutes but when she asked if her car was ready, the employee told her no, it wasn’t ready. People who got there much later than us, were leaving before us. We got basic washes with interior wipe downs & vacuum. Having got there right when it opened, we should have been some of the first ones to leave. Once they told my sister her car was ready, again, the interior was not vacuumed. She had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be vacuumed. When she spoke to the manager inside about the frustrations, he said “well it’s busy, it’s not gonna be as clean as you want it.” EXCUSE ME??? WHO SAYS THAT? To a paying customer? We’ve been coming here for years. We’ve recommended this place to friends in Houston. Leaving so disappointed and we will never spend our money here again.

I don’t know why the owners even bother staying open. They obviously don’t have the passion for the business they used to have. They told me my car was finished, so I drove off. I noticed the mirrors were very spotty, but let it go. Had to look over my right shoulder to merge, and the rear passenger window was covered in water spots. It was obvious they didn’t even dry the car. The interior wasn’t wiped down at all. The floor mat was dirtier than when I went in for the wash. I went back, and the cleaned the windows and mirrors. They upset me so much 9 months ago, that this was my first visit back since. On that visit, they were closing at 5:20 pm right as I pulled in. They state that they’re open until 6:00. I was the last car in before they started turning cars away. I asked them to clean the rubber floor mats which I am aware is an up charge, and I’m happy to pay. They told me they’re closing and they won’t wash the floor mats. I raised hell, so he said he would wash them. The owner with the short hair is a pretty nice guy, but the owner with the long hair is super rude, and unprofessional. I’ll never be back. I used to use this car wash multiple times a week before I moved away in 2006. I was excited to use them again when I moved home last year, but they’ve been a huge disappointment.

On April 22, 2016 I decided to take my car small Chevy Cruz to get the inside cleaned I told them I had minor flood damage to the carpet and he agreed to do it for $170. I called ahead of time to see if they could get it done before 5:00, when I get off work. The manager told me he could, I also called right before dropping it off to confirm he could meet the deadline of 5:00 he assured me again he could. Around 3:30 I called again to make sure it was going to be done and he assured me it would be finished. I show up around 4:45 and all the inside paneling is still off and not only that the area between the seat and center console still had trash between it. However the smell was gone and that is why I gave 2 stars and not 1. The worst part was I got an unexpected phone call at 4:00 for a family emergency and needed to leave, I only showed up 15 mins early to get my car. I ended up taking the car how it was and retuning the next day to get it fixed, and I live all the way in Katy. It was obvious they didn't start my car soon as I dropped it off, they probably started around Noon or 1:00. I don't recommend getting a detail here, but a quick wash is probably a safer choice. He really needs to hire more help too.

Loved this car wash, but did not appreciate the treatment. I take my car to have it cleaned there at least twice a month. Most customers are offered a card that allows a free car wash after so many visits. When I presented my card the gentleman examined the card and felt all of the punches as if I was trying to take advantage and had punched the card myself. After he took the card I asked for a new card and was told I could get one when I came back. Now I observed others being given cards, but I let it go and figured I was just being sensitive. Yesterday I went after work because Tuesdays are double punch day, so I paid for my services and again was not offered a card, though I observed others being given a card. I asked for a card and wouldn't you know it, I only got one punch. So I politely asked a young lady standing outside if today was double punch day and she responded yes. Now I could see if I was rude or picky about how they washed my car, on the contrary I was always pleased with the service, but unfortunately I won't return. Everyone deserves to be treated with decency and respect no matter what ethnicity you fall under. I am very disappointed because overall this is a great car wash.

I’ve been coming here off and on for the past year and love how easy it is to get to. I wish I had time to wash my own car all the time, but I don’t, and this place is great and cost-efficient! You get a card stamped every time you come, and you can get a free wash after 9 or 10, I think (too lazy to go find my card right now lol). They do take a while to get the job done but for the volume of cars there most of the time I go, the wait isn’t too bad. Sometimes the seat position isn’t moved back or things like that, but I don’t mind that at all so I keep coming back. I also like that at the end, there’s multiple people drying your car to ensure that every spot is clean and dry before you roll out. There’s a waiting area inside and outside and has a soda vending machine as well. Small, but fits everybody. The only time it sucks is when it’s a Saturday in the Texas summer heat and there’s only outdoor seating left! Luckily I always run errands in my “athleisure” wear so it’s never phased me. The guy who takes your payment at the end is always super nice and has even consolidated a bunch of cards I had with just one stamp each haha! As long as I live in the area, I’ll be returning!

I've been here a few times, and for the most part, it's awesome. Although last time I went, I decided to get my car detailed for the first time, and boy, was it lackluster. When you spend $100 on a carwash and detail, you'd expect it to be pretty close to perfect. And everything was... Except for the windshield. I didn't notice it when I drove off, but a few hours later I noticed my windshield was foggy. I turned on my defrost to fix it but it wouldn't go away. Then I realized it was because this establishment used dirty towels filled with wax on my windshield. I could barely see through it. To be fair, I've been here a few times just for a regular car wash and they've been amazing. Detailing on the other hand is not as pleasant. They do not pay attention to "detail" when detailing.. Hope this gets fixed

Rude owner and not customer friendly. Drove up and the guy didn't even ask me what kind of wash I want. Asked for the manager to someone else and the guy said he was the owner. I don't appreciate his condescending tone at all. "I just told you what a basic car wash entails". Obviously not friendly to single women by themselves and definitely will not be back. Also, the website says they can buff scratches out, but that is false. They can only buff them out if the scratch is less than a fingernail deep. Probably should clarify that on the website, as that was the main reason I came in today. Oh, and 75 dollars for a wax? Yeah, no. I have been waiting since I got here to pay and no one is at the checkout to help customers. Not impressed at all.

Lines get long especially on Saturday at open but wait till mid day and you should be good just for a regular wash. The prices are pretty good for what you get, I paid 80 $ for a wax on a full size truck. This included added dressing to exterior trim and cleaning of the inside.Other places usual add extra just to do the wheels and tires but that is included in the basic wash. Hand wash is a plus and they use microfiber cloth to dry but during the washing process, they will still leave micro marring. My grip is that they never fully clean my wheels. They are aftermarket chrome wheels and your car is run through the line but when the wheels are dirty and they are not completely cleaned, it shows real bad.

The workers are incredible, owner at the register at the time of this review less than desirable. Exterior/Interior wash on my Jeep is $21, which I always paid. Went in for an exterior only wash since had been traveling overseas and my interior was pretty spotless, and he goes I’ll make it $20 for just the exterior. To my “are you kidding me surprise”, you’re saying the hard work the guys put in is worth $1, or you’re just too much of a greed ball to actually have the decency to not charge $20 for just an exterior wash when it’s usually $21 for both. Which is it? So I’d rather go pay $36 for both closer to my house than deal with this greed ball, simply based on the principle buddy.

Really liked the place after going for the first time. The only downside is that the wait is a bit long for they to wash your Car. But I understand it can't be helped, they have lots of employees, yet, it takes them a while get the job done quick enough. I do not blame them because they take their time with each car. I was happy with the result. One thing to mention though, I went on a Sunday, so of course it was going to be packed. Im sure that on weekdays the wait is not too long. It's just $14 for the standard wash, which includes, the Wash + Inside Vacuuming, Windows polishing and Tire Polish/Shine. Well worth the Wait and Price. I Recommend it.

This place is AMAZING. I took in my 2-year old minivan that my two children had completely trashed. The car was covered in old spilled milk, kids snacks were ground into the carpet everywhere you looked, everything was stained, not a single surface clean. It had actually been rejected by the dealership the day before for a repair because it was so messy. I took it here and they spent an entire day working on it. When I picked it up it looked like brand new. Every surface spotless. My very light color, fabric upholstery that was badly stained before looked absolutely perfect. It was amazing and worth every penny. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to this place for about a year now. I’ve had a few issues but nothing worth complaining about. Today however I arrived around 5:20 they close at 6. I paid for the full clean and wipe down $32 which is very reasonable and what I usually get. Well today they decided to leave trash in my car, not vacuum properly (I would know it’s been a year of me coming here ) so I had to take an extra 5 mins while they were packing up to finish the job. While I am cleaning it out the ladies are staring at me talking amongst themselves just watching so I decided to go to another car wash to vacuum my car out and finish cleaning it.

Fast top quality service with unbeatable prices. First time here and decided to get the basic wash + trim package. Had a ton of bugs on the front from driving back from Louisiana earlier this week. From the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out it was a total of 30 mins. They did an amazing job removing all the bugs and cleaning the rest of my jeep. All in all it was $22. You can't beat that. Wish I had known about this place sooner. I will definitely be coming here again. For every 9 washes you get one free! I'm also eager to try their wax and detailing service when I have the time.

First few times here were great but now everytime I go, there is always something that is missed on my wash in multiple places. I know things won't be perfect (after all it's not a detail) but I expect my windshield to be clean and all obvious dirty spots washed off including the bird poop that was left on my vehicle today. To make things even better I've been coming with the same vehicle for the past year and all of a sudden I got up charged due to the size of my vehicle (it hasn't changed for the past year). I won't tell them how to run their business, I just won't be back.

Overall, it was ok. My windows still has a lot dirt on them and the interior was VERY gently wiped. Another thing to note is that I had a plastic fork and some bottle caps that were thrown in the sides of my door and in my passenger seat. I feel like that was unnecessary and they could have easily thrown those away for me if they didn't fit in the vacuum nozzle. The process was very quick I was there a total of about 10 minutes. Basically, for $18 you get what you pay for. I won't be returning, I rather pay a little extra for my car to actually be clean.

This place, did an absolute horrible job on both mine and my husband's vehicles. The inside of my husband's vehicle was not vacuumed at all, tires were not clean well, my vehicle was not vacuumed well and bird poop still on my vehicle after "being washed". Both our radio stations were changed and they obviously did not have the respect to change it back, to the station we initially had it on. As we were paying, the guy behind the counter was not pleasant at all, not friendly and did not communicate. This car wash will NOT get $1 from us again.

Great car wash and does well, especially for cars that you don't want to run through the generic car wash with brushes. I will say that there are a few opportunities for them as it relates to leaving swirls on the car from whatever oil base spray they use in the drying process. Outside of that, it is very fast and very reliable service. Definitely. We're trying. Could use a little bit more organization on the administrative side as it relates to checking in and specifying the type of wash, but outside of that definitely check them out..

Got here on an good time with no line and the service was quick and not expensive at all. However they did not vacuum the trunk, even after I asked if they wanted me to remove the items I had back there—clearly wanting the trunk cleaned. Also they missed beach sand by the front doors. basically, If you pay for the basic wash you’re not gonna get a thorough vacuum inside, just a quickie. But the outside was was perfect. One side note, tell them not to spray the tinting inside your windows with windex, this could damage the tint.

Less than satisfactory, certainly not the worst. Paid for an ‘everything’ clean and the car came back with dirty rubber mats and debris on the floor—mat cleaning is an up charge. In either case, the vacuum job was subpar. The service at this point was not good. They ultimately vacuumed again but the overall care is lacking. Clean should be the main goal. I’m not satisfied with the initial service or the effort made to resolve the initial dissatisfaction. Let’s hope they improve care. For now, I suggest going elsewhere.

I went to Keep it Clean to have my Jeep detailed before I sold it. I have never seen this car look as good as it did after they finished - not even when it was new! I did the "showroom clean," which I believe is their most complete package. The car was spotless! As I was requesting services, I was informed that the process would take a couple of hours (which I expected, given the services I was getting), but they actually finished it even faster than I expected. Could not recommend this place more!

Go get your car detailed somewhere else. They charged me 170 bucks for a interior detail and there was not much detailed attention paid to the window nobs on my car, I ended up cleaning of the residue from the nobs myself. There’s also cup holders they didn’t bother opening and cleaning so I ended up doing that myself too. At least they shampooed my carpets well. I would’ve like it if they asked me to look over my car before telling me it was “done” and quickly making me leave.

Poor service. I communicated what I needed to the outside attendant. He sent me inside to pay. The manager asked what type of car I had and then told me the total. (This was after I waited 5 minutes for him and his employee to finish their personal conversation). Upon pick up the inside of my car was filthy! The manager told me that all I paid for. Telling me I just told him I wanted the “basic” when I never told him anything! He then wanted to charge me more. BEWARE!

Weak service and deceitful management. I paid the extra beyond the fraudulent advertised price- they didn’t even clean the inside. I called them back and asked if they do- this guy says yes. I told him I was just there and you didn’t- ‘oohhhh that’s an extra $10’..ohh ok now it’s extra- this is childish. And then they did NOT clean the exterior properly- I’m better off doing a drive through and just vacuuming myself- less $$ and MUCH better results.

Don’t ever go here, I repeat don’t ever go here! First and foremost customer service is horrible. Second I brought my 2023 tundra here and paid over $50 and the wash sucked, the worst part is they broke my volume button and didn’t even have the audacity to let me know. They have a sign that said “they are not responsible for any damages”… I believe if they want to have a sign like that then they need to be more careful with customers vehicles!

Only spot I trust to clean my car to my expectations in a timely manner. No more waiting an hour for a car hand wash for me. They’ve also got a neat rewards program, pay for 9 car washes and your 10th is free! Update: the quality of the washes has since gone down. I’m noticing a lot more water streaks and the workers are rushing too much to get all the cars out. I’ve seen a car leave with water running down the sides. Time to find a new spot.

I will never go here again. They didn't power rinse the dirt off first...they just started washing over the dirt and now there are scratches all over my new truck... it's like washing with sandpaper...and it's like they are hiring people right off the street that have zero experience in taking care of new and expensive vehicles. There is still spots of dirt on my truck where they just missed a spot or two or three.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Not only was it super affordable, they were extremely professional, and really did a good job! When I say that my car was absolutely disgusting, I mean that it was super gross, haha they took really good care of not only my car, but me. I now feel really happy to drive around that car, it’s shiny, and clean, and the interior has a nice wax so it looks very shiny, it was overall a really good experience, and I highly recommend them!

First time to try this hand car wash. Got my f250 fully detailed for under 30 bucks! Wash, Vacuum, windows cleaned, tires dressed, interior wiped down. Took about 25 mins but I was blown away by the attention to detail the guys gave my truck. After the wash they pulled my truck to the front and 3 guys went at it with towels and spray making sure every spot on the truck was fully clean. Great price and great service. Will be back!

It's expensive but they get the job done. I handed my keys to a guy that walked up and asked him to not clean the glove compartment. Then I walked inside and told them I'd be back. Came back and paid, but when I got home I realized they had cleaned out the glove compartment. They threw away my entire napkin collection. Also, a Superwoman sticker I had on my review mirror was removed. Overall though I really like their service.

The second time I came back and once again I left dissatisfied and drive straight to a self car wash to have ro clean behind them. The inside and out after paying extra to have this done and after bringing it to their attention. The staff washing the cars literally took it as a joke. Yes I speak spanish and understood the half a** effort and comments. Disappointed. I don't usually review negativity but this is factual.

All I can say from my experience is that this is not a great place if you want your car at least decently washed. I paid the $16 car wash and my car came back with stains all over it. They didn't even try to remove the dirt from some places. They did a great job with the tires but besides that it was worthless. It was my first and last time here. You only get one chance to make a good impression and you guys blew it.

I use this place every Thursday on my only day off. I work Saturdays and they are closed Sunday. Well this Thursday I had to work. So I took off an hour early to make it before they close. I arrived 20 mins BEFORE 6pm (closing time). I was denied service. This was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. This is no way to treat loyal customers. If you advertise you are open until a certain time you should honor that.

Go on a not so beautiful day. People love to get their cars cleaned when it is nice out. I recommend this place over other big place you might think of when you think of hand car washes. The prices are much better than other places and the service is solid. They have a cute little covered patio where you can wait while they work their car cleaning magic. Seriously. I have 3 dogs. They work miracles.

Great place, I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I own a lifted Jeep and that makes it impossible to go through one of those automatic car washes. Their hand car wash is perfect for my Jeep. After one visit I Was hooked. I own three vehicles, two of which can go through the automatic places and I’ll be honest nope ain’t happening keep it clean please keep it up outstanding service..

All I wanted what the outside of my car washed. I guess since I didn't go to get everything done I became very unimportant. I sat for over an hour just waiting for my car to even get washed while other ones were pulled ahead of mine. I said something and was treated as if i had bothered them. Decent place but make sure you get everything done or u may get pushed to the back.

I’m speechless. They did an incredible job doing an interior detail on my SUV. I have gotten my car detailed before, but no one has ever done this great of a job. They removed stains from my 10-year-old car that I thought were permanent and had been there for years. I have never been so happy with a service before and they did it for such a great price.

I come here every now and again when I’m in the area to get my car washed. It’s always a line so be prepared to wait. It’s $20 for a basic hand wash so it’s a fair price. However, the quality of the service is a hit or miss. I’m not overly impressed by the services. Maybe I need to come on a day when it’s leas busy so the job isn’t rushed.

Love their hand car wash and level of detail. Takes on average about 30 minutes for a hand car wash. Their Detailing service, buff, wax, etc. is okay. I took my car to get some scratches out and it looked better, but I took it to a different car wash in NW Houston and they were able to removed everything for the same price.

Decent hand wash but you get what you pay for. They charge more if you have a 4x4 (even if the 2wd drive is the exact same size). Also tend to miss a lot of spots, definitely check your car before you drive off and have them redo the spots they missed. Again, not a bad experience, just not the best wash I've ever gotten

Do not waste your time or money! Owner that will Scream at you. Car left dirty no attention to detail. Using dirty water scratching and rubbing dirty water all in your paint. Having to ask them and show the workers all the of dirt to remove. To many car wash’s near by that do a way better job. Highly disappointed!

Called at 11:30, attempted to set up an appointment, was informed they only do walk ins, and to make sure to come in before 4 if I want inside of car shampoo. I arrive at 2 after driving 40mins there and I am told they closed at 12 due to rain. Then the person there says "you should have called before you came"

I've never had my car detailed, so you can imagine how extremely filthy the interior must have been. After three hours of deep cleaning, my car looked brand new; almost unrecognizable. The staff is nice and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend this detail shop regardless of where you reside in Houston.

They clean well but timing is horrible off, came in for a 3hr job and the time was doubled. I was the one of the first 3 cars here and got the second to the highest packages like the gentleman before me. My car is still going whole he has been out. Like I said the clean well but their timing is off horrible.

It doesn't matter if you have a Ferrari or a Bentley...they take care of your car. Hand wash. I've also done the full showroon detail twice. They will let you know about issues without you knowing and then FIX them. No extra charge. The only way they get better is being less busy cause everyone loves them.

I usually get my car washed and cleaned here. Today very few customers all the employees were sitting around I waited 30 minutes for my interior to be wiped down. I told the manager I was leaving with the car as is. He gives me a buy 9 get 1 free card I will never bring my car or recommend this business.

Best result for the price, speed, and service. They might try to talk you out of getting a wax because it takes a long time and they’re incredibly busy, but I have to say they really are great at it, especially when it’s only $55 and other places charge at least $25 more than that. Highly recommend.

I was a super loyal customer, but I constantly needed to double-check whether they did everything I ordered. Some employees show that they don't care about their jobs and customers, even though I always left generous tips. Today my patience ran out, and that was the last time I visited this place!

I moved to the area recently and found just what I needed. A fast and dependable hand car wash. I've been a few times, and I haven't waited any longer than 20 minutes. The 4 stars are simply from spots missed here and there when it comes to drying. Just walk your car once and you should be good.

It's always a pleasure to come here and get my car cleaned up. The prices are reasonable and the team is happy and welcoming. Turnaround time is pretty quick (less than 30 minutes) and there's a nice waiting area to stay out of the heat. Be sure to drop a $tip in one of the boxes for these guys!

Not for someone who REALLY cares about the paint of their cars.. I called to inquire about their wash process and was HUNG UP ON. They use a single bucket for soap and to rinse out their wash mitts. They probably use the same soap buckets between cars. They are just concerned with making money.

I’ve used them in the past for detailing my car and occasional car washes. I haven’t been in a while and stopped by today for a cleaning and vacuum! Professionalism, customer service and efficiency is still the same- exceptional. The team was quick and efficient. Also, the price is reasonable!

I’ve lived in Houston for 14+ years and every car I’ve had in that time has been taken care of by Mel and the team at Keep It Clean. They always treat my car as though it was their own. And if you see something not up to your standard, they’ll make it right. I would never go anywhere else.

I have brought my luxury ceramic coated cars here for years. They do an exceptional job and stand behind their quality and care. At times they were even able to accommodate personalized requests which is much appreciated! Keep it up Keep IT Clean! They also have a great rewards program!

This is the best car wash in this area! I’ve been to them all. It’s not fancy and there’s no free popcorn or cookies, but they actually clean your car, inside and out. The others all give you a crummy car wash and charge more. Keep it Clean is consistently the best value for your money.

First time at this place. Didn't want to run my black truck through those regular carwashes, so I found this place. The price is the same if I went to Mister Carwash, but the result is incredibly better. It looks like I drove it off the showroom floor and only took about 30 minutes.

This is hands down the best car wash in town. I have been coming regularly for years, driving across town after I moved. Nobody pays attention to the details like these guys. Expect a 30-45 minute wait for a basic wash though. Plan to leave your car if you want a wax or detailing.

Totally impressed with the friendly staff, the prices, and especially the finished car was from "Keep It Clean" car wash. This place on Washington has been in business for 19 years, so you know they are doing it right. I won't go anyplace else to have my SUV washed & detailed.

I have been coming to this carwash for about 5 years not and wouldn't change it for the world. The owner is super friendly and always very helpful and the staff goes above and beyond for you. The prices are great and they are speedy fast. I'm always in and out within 10 min.

This is my second car that I've brought for interior detailing on as this place is awesome! I took my car somewhere close to home and they didn't do even a third as well as Keep It Clean, which made me drive back from Dallas to have it done here. They are great!

We have been going to this car wash for many years. They work fast and seem to enjoy their jobs. They are thorough with shining all the surfaces, both inside and out. It always feels like I'm driving a new car out of the parking lot. The prices are reasonable.

Line was too long to pull in when I arrived. After circling the block for 10 minutes, I squeezed into the driveway. The workers were incessantly honking and slightly rude. Overall, my car is not much cleaner than it was to begin with. You get what you pay for.

Poor service. The guy on the counter doesn't even communicate with you. They charged me for the basic cleaning which was $16 for a regular car and they barely cleaned anything. I m surprised how this place has good reviews. Waste of money and time.

This place always does a great job and for what I consider to be a great price! Car always look spectacular and as with any carwash wait time just depends on the weather. I'd say on average it takes 30-45 minutes per visit. Check them out!

Been going here for years and have always enjoyed it. Staff is friendly and despite the appearance that there are too many cars to track, they're watching. Highly recommend this place. Only downside is the small sized lot they sit on.

They don’t ever complete what I order and then I was told i’d have to wait in line again to have the services I initially requested completed. Even in my opinion, the basic washes are half way done. I’m not going to patronize again.

I requested the shampoo service and I have nothing but amazing things to say! My car was spotless and the stains on my seats were completely gone! I will definitely be a regular customer (given how dirty my seats become). 10/10!

Brought my newly purchased Cooper S for the detailing service. They exceeded my expectations!! Paid cash and the owner gave me a $10 discount and a free wash. Manager was very helpful. Car looks awesome. Highly recommend them!!

My first time here and I was watching them washing cars, I did notice them using the same sponge to wash wheels and then on the paint. This basically rubs the dirt picked up from the wheels over your paint causing swirl marks.

I got there extremely early they completed the service very quickly, so if you’re interested in getting in and out this is the spot for you. I’m curious how their services would have been in I received a full service wash.

I used to like these place, but the last couples of times I came here ( including today feb. 1st 2021) they didn’t do a good job. They left water marks at the windows and the vacuuming was terrible. Very disappointed.

We got arrived 15 minutes until closing but they said they could take us. They didn't vacuum the back portion of SUV, missed places on outside, and streaks on inside. I've heard good things, so may try again.

Wow. My car is almost 6 years old, but every time I bring it in, they restore it to basically brand new. I get the full detail and they shampoo, clean, dry, buff, and wax to a beautiful shine. Great job!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. They left trash in the car. They didn’t vacuum cup holder area or between seats. And still significant dirt spots on the outside. Now I know why it’s so cheap.

They do a great job with my Ford Pickup! Quick and efficient, and you can't beat the price! The line can get long on a beautiful day! They have an air-conditioned waiting room and have wifi as well.

You definitely have to look at you vehicle before leaving. My car still had dirt on it the two times I went. They need to do better with spot checks before giving people their vehicles back.

My wife's car wash left her car showroom clean. I didn't ever think anybody could do such thorough work in this town. They really did what they said they would do. Detail it. Excellent work!

Not bad. Better than average. Only reason for 4 stars is because there were a few employees standing around and only a couple of them worked on my truck. But quality was good overall

Great service, great value, quick wash. The full wax and detail can take a while depending on how busy they are but it's worth it. I always try to tip these guys for working so hard.

Keep It Clean always does a great job keeping my ride shining! Reasonably priced, no rough machine brushes and double punches on your frequent wash card on Tuesdays. Check them out!

Used to love this place but lately they have not been vacuuming the inside of vehicle good or shining tires good. Not to many places around the area so not much choice sometimes.

Have been going here since their opening. Have always been satisfied until recently. Interior vacuum is only adequate and exterior wipe down is hit and miss on some visits.

Price was decent and location is cool being next to a pub but the service was lack luster . Left my car still dirty in spots and I've seen much better done for the price .

I've used CA Detailing a couple of times now and their work has been flawless. They're professional and their customer service is great. The price is definitely worth it.

I think they forgot about my car, took them two hours just to shampoo my seats. My car was sitting in the same spot for 30 min before I had to tell them. I will be back

Our go-to car wash. They always do a great job for a good price. Can get busy, but the line moves fairly quickly and they have an indoor air conditioned waiting room.

The manager was short and abrupt. I didn't like his tone. I assume because they were busy. I've been going there for over 5 years. It was a disappointing experience.

Even with the basic wash my car is always clean. I just wished that the customers that complain have to realize the difference of a car wash versus a detail.

My go to car wash for years and I live in spring. They provide a great fast hand car wash for convertible owners. And a free wash after 9 or 10.

Decent job cleaning but takes way too long. Not worth it. Only come here if you have 1.5 hours of your life to burn... or just don’t come here.
