I’ve met Keith a couple of times. He’s always appeared very business like. Last year the city began a consultation process for some road work for my area that should kick off in 2019. I didn’t receive the email follow up on the proposed plan, but my neighbor did and it appears that the planning team and Keith listened to us. The consultation feedback was captured and the adjustments (sidewalks, lights, widening, parking) reflected this. I was looking for Keith’s email to thank him for considering our point of view in the planning and noticed he had a 1 star review. I’m here to retify this. My experience with him has been good so far and I can see the changes he’s been working on in the neighbourhood (park improvements, road work, etc...).

Best city counsillor ever. Great listener, hard working, accessible representative. In a thankless job, its difficult to please everyone but Mr.Egli tries hard and explains well his reasoning if he is not able to support the citizen's request.

Councillor Egli is the most responsive this ward has ever had. Great public servant!!
