I bought a car in Feb 2019 and only had it 2.5 months when the water pump seized and snapped the cam belt. Had the car towed to the nearest garage and since then my car has been lying there as Keitzman Auto Exchange refuse to accept liability in terms of the National Consumer Act. I was assured of their excellent after sales service when buying the car but sadly I have not experienced this. On the contrary, they have falsely accused me of being negligent. I personally will never buy another vehicle from them nor advise anyone else to. The cost of repairs has gone up by R7000 while fighting for them to pay damages, now a total of over R50 000 on a car I paid R130 000 for.

Went to Keitzman today, drove all the way from Alberton. Had a 9h00 appointment and we got there on time. We just had 1 more thing to confirm with insurance and the guy told us he was the only 1 at the shop and that he had to go to Pretoria and we must wait for him to get back. How do you only have 1 sales consultant, and that 1 sales person has appointments all around the province?? Very bad customer service, would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
