Fresh, amazing food. Service with a smile and family friendly atmosphere. What more could you want? Went here on a Thursday night with my fiance, and we were greeted at the door by a wonderfully cheery lady (I wish we got her name), who showed us to a table and explained how the ordering worked, as we were new to this place. Ordered the spicy peri-peri Parma (never tried a spicy one before!) and the beef brisket, food came out and it was delicious. The beef brisket was out of this world, soft and tender meat that was easy to separate. Parma was also amazing, never had a peri peri flavoured one previously and this hit the mark! I had to doggy bag my Parma as it was that big! There were also a few tables around us celebrating birthdays (the place was buzzing for a Thursday night)! I'd highly recommended Kelly's, you can't get better in Cranbourne (or anywhere else for that matter, dare I say)!

AWESOME , TRY IT ONCE, YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED!!!, amazing staff amazing food , it feels like coming home the minute you walk in. Dee our waitress was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble . The food far exceeded my expectations, when usually most places can't even mildly satisfy them. Everything on the menu sounded fantastic, and when the food came to the table it was above and beyond expectations. on first looking at menu I thought meals were a little pricey,but when you see what comes to the table and the size ,and the flavours it's a fair trade off . they have inside and outside dinning to . they offer stubby holders for beer purchases , they serve drinks in cold frosted glasses, nothing is to much trouble, I will be back again and again .

Kelly's Motor Club in Cranbourne is fantastic. We had a 21st here on the 14th of October that went really well. The staff and service were excellent. The place was big enough for all our family and friends but still had a lovey intimate feel to it. There was a great gelato bar for the kids where they could get gelato and slushies and the adults had a great time with Jell-O shots & the food was delicious. We would like to thank Deb the Function Manager, the Chef for the delicious food & the wonderful staff for their excellent service throughout the night. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated yesterday and with how the kitchen staff behaved. My partner and I were there for lunch. All we wanted was arancini for starters, he wanted a parma chips and veg for his main and I just wanted veg and mash as my main. I could hear kitchen staff arguing with the waitress because the order had been put through wrong. I was given a small bowl of mash and had to ask three times for veg.. by the time I received the veg, the mash was cold anyway. Definitely won't be going back there and I won't be recommending Kelly's to anyone either. Edited to add that I'm not stoked with the response I received below but I've emailed as asked.

The food is terrible and overpriced, reading the reviews makes me think this was possibly a once off But honestly the worst food I’ve eaten and very expensive for a place that has a pub/hotel vibe and not presenting as a restaurant. The staff are lovely, no issues there just really BAD food. Edit for the response from owner: that’s very true regarding knowing the prices beforehand but I’m happy to pay a high price for tasty food; too bad there was no way of knowing how bad the food was going to be so I could’ve made an even more informed choice. And wow a chef for each dish you serve… no wonder you guys charge the world! But alas.. tried once, will never go again.

We used to go here quite a bit ,years ago the meals were fantastic then Comming back yesterday their fantastic standard was still the same. Huge meals and freshly cooked which was awesome. The only downfall as yes we like to spend time enjoying our company,towards the end it felt like the waitress couldn't wait for us to leave so she could clean the table. As we stood up to leave ,she couldn't get there quick enough, which wasn't really nice at all. Can understand if she had to finish by a certain time but surely someone else could of taken over as there was no time limit given to us. In saying all of that we will however return again as the meals were delicious.

Heard of it for year's from my brother as he had been going there over the year's as he put it a nice Pub & great meals. I have lived in Langwarrin for year's never been there myself l told so he booked a both for 4 then rang me told me he had booked in for lunch well what a surprise and not far away plenty of parking out back, told the staff we had a table booked staff very helpful had a few drink then ordered our meal when it was served l must say was excellent one of the best fisherman's baskets l have ever had. It was full of history bigger inside than it looks outside very clean service was great definitely going back now l have been there.

Good food with a little bit of everything on the menu, the Parma's seem to be the highlight. Slightly on the more expensive side in terms of pub meals but Generous portion sizes with all the meals. A decent selection of good drinks available (could highlight their local craft beer options a little better). Meals can be ordered by a QR code which I personally prefer, but can still order at the counter if you prefer. Decor is looking a little dated in the meals area, but the deck out the front looked to be a good option on a nice day (we visited night). Easy parking close by.

We came here to celebrate my partners birthday, the food was hot and flavourful but we had to wait 45 minutes for it, was a busy night so it was understandable! We were seated right at the bar which made getting drinks very easy, but we were also right in front of the kitchen door which was constantly swinging open and it got annoying, but it was a busy night though. The staff were very lovely and helpful as well. I'd rate the whole experience 7/10, next time we will come at a different time and ask to be seated elsewhere!

Haven't been here since July 2021 and was really looking forward to a steak! Had dinner here tonight and the steak wasn't cooked as requested it was over cooked. In addition, we had waited 50mins for our meals. We were not advised when ordering that the meals will be delayed. Definately a let down when paying good money! I'd highly recommend that if it's a busy night, or there is a delay in meals then that is communicated to the customer. There were a lot of staff on but only a couple that were checking in on us.

It’s a shame good food is ruined by staff and their inability to give good customer service. Spend over $150 there yet when i ask For potato as well as chips I’m told no, because chips are potato. When i advised I dony Like the other veggies on offer. You would think to satisfy your customers who spend a decent amount of money you would just give. But instead you deliver bad customer service

Awesome meals and good value drinks. Meals are a little pricey and took a little while but very generous servings. A bit of a mix-up with 2 orders from our table of 12 that was resurrected quickly. Meals were awesome. Drinks came really quick while ordering through the app and bar service was not too bad either. All meals were delicious. Toilets needed some maintenance. Ample parking at rear of building and some street parking it the front. Pokies on site.

Service food and the time it came out in was great can not fault and thing all night will travel the 50 minute drive just for the feed again very nice looking place enjoyed a lot

Unfortunately it was the worst food our family had ever had. The chicken parmigiana’s had so much cheese on it that we scraped it off. It was like bechamel sauce under grated cheese, very sickly. And the piece of ham was dried out like cardboard. The chicken Kiev was undercooked very pink. But vegetables were really nice. Nobody finished their meals and we all went home feeling quite nauseous. Staff were lovely and very efficient.

I'm not sure what is happening here??? Walking into the restaurant almost feels like walking into a dungeon. I felt like I'd been taken on one of Bill and Ted's excellent adventures without the excellence. It wasn't busy. However, the food took 45 minutes to come out and my medium steak was well done. The service was nice. The bar guy Callam made the experience enjoyable and went the extra length to make sure we were 100% happy.

We have been to Kellys to dine in and had the delivery service numerous times and it has never disappointed Tonight delivery I ordered the Fillet Steak Risotto and unfortunately I didn’t find any Steak in the risotto, while still delicious (thought a small serve for the price) I was disappointed that there was no steak Hubsters Parma as always was huge and delicious!!!

I've visited Kelly's on a few occasions over the years now, both pub and bistro. It's always been a clean and well maintained hotel, great for social events and to get a bite to eat. The menu pricing is a little on the nose at the moment however with staff shortages and inflation I can understand why. My parma was good value and the salad was fresh which balanced the meal well, I'd return to Kelly's in future.

Food didn't come out at the same time . Took over 30min . Some had finished while others sat waiting. Some of the dishes weren't hot . Seemed like they've sat on the parse waiting to come to the table . they'd forgotten the Caesar salad dressing. Had to ask 2 different waiting staff . Then asked did we want to send it back . NO !! I'M STARVING. JUST BRING THE DRESSING. NOT VERY ENJOYABLE. WON'T GO BACK .

This pub used to be a go to but the Owner or whoever runs their social needs a needs to stop. Past posts have been offensive. Current posts are just odd. If it was about the food I’d probably give it 4 stars but I just can’t choke it down with these weird/offensive social media stances and posts. They clearly do not care what people think. Decor is still old and ugly. Needs an update.

Kelly's was a hotel you could guarantee a awesome Parma. They were so big you could make 2 meals from it! That's what was so great about them! Unfortunately to my disappointment The price went up and they reduced the size of the parma by about 1/3. Not a good move! Increase the price but don't change a good thing Management

Its been a couple of years since we ate at Kelly's but dropped in for lunch and certainly wasn't dissapointed. Had calamari and peanut curried chicken skewers. Both were fantastic. Ordered entree size meals which were plenty for seniors.

Have been with family a few times since moving to the area, and love it. Great range of menu options, and everything we've tried has been amazing. Super friendly staff, and relaxed atmosphere - nice 'old school' pub vibe. Prices reasonable for the quality and huge serving sizes, lunch menu is a good alternative option.

My friend of many years & I went to Kelly’s today to celebrate our birthdays! It was so wonderful! Fabulous bar staff, with great humour; , food was great but the desserts were beyond belief!! My friend caters & im not bad in the kitchen, but the sticky date & lemon pie were sublime !! Well done !!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Haven't been to this fine establishment for a while but they did not disappoint with their service, friendly staff & great food. I thoroughly enjoyed their Mexican Taco salad. Good food & good company.... what more can a girl want??

We always come here for dinner as we just live around the corner and we love the food. The only downside is the person over the phone who didn’t write down my reservation on the list and our food was served after 45mins. Kudos to the staffs because they were amazing . Lucky they had heaps of available table for us

Been going here for over 15 years get banned for accidentally vaping inside gaming room when I was a bit drunk on drinks they served me I might add went back 3 months later with family and was refused still, will never go back and will never recommend anyone to ever go here

Staff were friendly and efficient, great customer service! Empty cups and plates were cleared within minutes of being finished with! However 3/6 meals were very average and left us feeling a little sick, gravy was really weird too! Must say though, the garlic bread with cheese was easily a 10/10!

The Beyond burger was yum. I am so happy they have vegan options. We were there 31/8/22 it was packed and it was only Wednesday. A testament to the hotel. We had an hour wait so we ordered sides and chatted. My friends and family will be made aware and I’ll definitely be a regular

It's a little bit pricey for Cranbourne, but I will say the Parma was very good. Venue itself is starting to look a bit dated but still pleasant enough.

Such friendly staff in the bistro! Great to see them helping a group of elderly men enjoying a celebratory lunch, taking photo's and making a bit of a fuss. Also our service was very cheerful and prompt. Meals were nice and served very hot which was great. 10/10 keep it up!

Quick service with food. Parmas are huge, enough to make any man happy. Hubby loves his parmas and always enjoys the same parma, have never been disappointed here! Snitzels crispy and gravy is excellent. Chips are awesome too! Well priced bistro and our local favourite.

Four of us went. Three meals were absolutely delicious. The fourth one not so much. My friend told the waitress that it was not good, but to no avail. Just a shrug of the shoulders. That put a dampener on the night, unfortunately.

Fantastic food. Probably the best pub feed you will get in Melbourne. Have had a few things here all have been really good from burgers to parma's and even the Philly cheese steak.
