We visited the place this time to have a look at their amenities including the rooms for our own use. Their rooms deserve the five star and more. The hotel has embraced new technology in most of its systems and functions enhancing corona protocols aspect. The spa, too Inviting plus the place has a heated pool open to the sky. This is a really nice place to be when you need to relax, privacy and even have a honeymoon. The staff are friendly and polite plus knowledgeable about their work and place.

Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Firstly it’s incredibly noisy. Traffic, building noises, doors slamming - so not well insulated at all. But this is not something the hotel can do anything about. However the stained sheets, no cream/milk (powdered or fresh) in the room, shower caps that tear as you open them, etc, these are fixable ... not good enough for 5 stars.

The balcony bar is the most relaxing club in town with the best wine collection not forgetting the cigars. You can your cigar either in the cigars lounge or outside the balcony as you view outside the beautiful entrance within the iconic water fountain. Very nice hotel with a city view and swimming pool on the rooftop. We liked hall and spaces to walk in the hotel. Rooms are big and clean. The only point of improvement we could suggest is breakfast, seems like it is rather poor choice. The restaurant that is close to hotel is rather expensive with mediocre food....

Wow, one of the most luxurious spa experiences I've ever had. Loved the fountain filled with fragrant flowers, the unexpected tea service before my treatment and the relaxation room afterward. The sauna, steam room and whirlpool in the locker room were fantastic too. Everything smelled so nice

The door on the left leads to the smoking zone. It is right next to the a common area where food is served and people can network. It's disturbing for non smokers since the smoke finds its way out. I had headaches because of second hand smoke. This is a terrible experience!

They are always professional . No “side business “ they are careful enough with privacy, they don’t assume you are comfortable showing your body off regardless of same gender . They understand the assignment & deliver. I always like their space & the welcome .

I had a wonderful time at the spa at Villa Rosa Kempinsky! The staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating, the facilities were sparkling clean and the service I received was truly fantastic! I will definitely be coming back!

It was a nice visit and the service was efficient, satisfying plus the employees were suprisingly friendly and their elegant garments made it easier for me (the customer) to approch them for any query I had.I have no complaints.

The massage was just what I needed. She got the knots out. Loved the steam bath and the Turkish style pool within the ladies' changing room. The food wasn't worth the money - the portions were exceptionally small
