I have been storing here for over 2yrs now as I was living overseas and they are really a great team to work with. Location, 24hrs access, plenty of security and lots of light and parking are all great But the people really make this place what it is! Recently Najwa was an amazing help when I needed a bigger unit, she told me about a promotion that was on for 50% off the regular price! Then when I moved out of my old unit on the weekend, there was a small issue and Upjeet (UJ) provided a solution I didn't expect on a Sunday when they were almost closing! This shows that this centre is all about customer service, not how much money they can get out of you. Great work guys! Your company should be super proud of you!

UJay was an absolute quality customer service representative. He made us feel so comfortable and helped us with everything we were worried about. Thank u UJay and Kennards for making our long journey back home a bit easier... we were struggling on how and were to storage our contents but UJay offered us the best solution with a storage room and also renting a spot to park a 40ft container to load our contents... another great thing is the great value insurance they offer. Will definitely recommend u to everyone we know.

I have leased units from Kennards Bankstown for a number of years now. Najwa has been an absolute Godsend, she’s knowledgeable, friendly, listens to what my requirements are, is able to advise when there’s likely a better fit and is always helpful with arranging paperwork , any other requirements her her professionalism is fantastic. I would not go anywhere else and have found all staff to be welcoming, professional, honest and friendly. They are a great team to do business with.

We have stored here several times. Always friendly, informative and professional staff. The process is so easy and quick. Recently we booked and paid for a storage unit. However we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. It only took a phone call, no questions asked and we were refunded the full amount very quickly. Had a problem at my other storage site with access, so after 4 years as a business customer decided to move companies. Kennards was super helpful. Even had the office attended on Sunday. Turned out to be cheaper than my other site, so saved money as well. Also the only storage company that has the prices online. Will definitely be recommending them to others.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever receieved from anybody! The older lady mid 50s early 60s is so very rude, giving attitude like she's right even though THE CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OF KENNARDS FRANCHISES IS ALWAYS RIGHT never ever ever rent from this facility. find else were to go to otherwise you will be treated like absolute rubbish.

First time going there, the old lady in the reception office was very rude. The storage wasn't very clean. It only has security access at the entrance but not at the exit like some other places have. For the similar price you can have other better choices.
