Deceptive Pricing. I booked an appointment online and said I wanted a simple extraction and a basic cleaning. Their website states the average cost of a extraction is 155 dollars, and also says an adult exam is 117 dollars. I go in and since I am uninsured the lady at the desk tell me its a flat 550 charge. She mentions xrays, etc and a cleaning stuff is like 300 bucks. I have a cracked tooth so I know which tooth it is, they don't need xrays. I can't comment if xrays are required by law before they provide their services but I felt like I was being ripped off. I was not told the pricing when I made the appointment. All I can say is, Kensington Dental Clinic is the BEST! Excellent Service, Accomodation, Communication, Transaction, 100% kids friendly, and they have the Best Staffs especially Amy, and the rest. Their ambiance is very welcoming. I can see that they are all like a family. The hygenists are so nice especially Erica. The Dentist is so nice and sweet too! I was very scared to get a new dentist and start a plan on getting them repaired. They were very understanding, helpful & informative. Each staff member has a passion for helping and it really showed through their work. Words couldn’t describe how grateful I am to be a patient of theirs.

I came in this morning for the first time because I broke a tooth. Everyone there is super friendly and they make you feel comfortable. The dentist was very kind and gentle, I barely felt the needle to freeze it and she did a fantastic job fixing my broken tooth. I definitely would recommend Kensington dental.

I'm so glad I decided to book an appointment here for a checkup and cleaning. All of the staff are great, everything is clean and new. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very gentle. I've decided to go there again and will recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are incredibly unprofessional and are untrustworthy. The dental personnel are sweet and skilled but the rest of the office individuals I would steer clear from. There are so many dental offices out there, I would avoid this one.

They take new patients with most coverage and the receptionists were super friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and the Dentist was very professional. The appointment lasted just over an hour with a checkup and filling, it was so fast! Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this clinic! I had a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain and they were able to quickly fit me in. I was nervous as it was my first time getting a tooth extracted but the staff all made me feel comfortable and the experience was as smooth as can be.
