  • "Reported a crime, was told a police officer would come to view the property and they called by Kensington police start by an officer who refused to attend the arranged meeting to check the property, even though I’ve whittnessed people trying to break in, im at the property literally everyday in the day light it’s fine but at night because it’s s basement flat and the lights don’t work and the window are timid and locks front and back and door don’t close properly as damaged by the Housing Association work( Catalyst Housing ransacked my fathers home leaving it dangerous so my father could not even pass away there after battling cancer as unsafe) I got two crime reference numbers, Catalyst will not do the repairs so I can live there and the police will not support the crimes what a disgrace"

"Wish if there was an option of No star"

"I waited for 2 hours to update my address on a police registration certificate and when there was one person remaining in front of me the officer walked out and said that the front office is closing due to lack of officers and everybody has to go elsewhere"

Reported a crime, was told a police officer would come to view the property and they called by Kensington police start by an officer who refused to attend the arranged meeting to check the property, even though I’ve whittnessed people trying to break in, im at the property literally everyday in the day light it’s fine but at night because it’s s basement flat and the lights don’t work and the window are timid and locks front and back and door don’t close properly as damaged by the Housing Association work( Catalyst Housing ransacked my fathers home leaving it dangerous so my father could not even pass away there after battling cancer as unsafe) I got two crime reference numbers, Catalyst will not do the repairs so I can live there and the police will not support the crimes what a disgrace. This police officer refused to go to my dads property and said they are also unable to board it up and it not a crime. Where’s the duty of care here, either my dads property needs to needs to be robbed or I need to be actually attacked for either of them to help. Where our public duty of care. DISGRACE

Wish if there was an option of No star. I went to attest my photos for my travel document and according to guidelines I can go to a police officer and as I live around the corner and I thought it would be actually better plus my bank manger suggested me to go to the police station as they dont do it either. The police officers first of all didn't know then they said they don't know me personally and they are not allowed to.I showed them home office guidlines that certain people can attest who should not me my relatives. But one police officer kept saying he doesnt know me for 7 years and didnt even bother to look at the paper I had where it said to confirm that the photos are true likeness of me and thats all. The lady officer said why i didnt go to my doctor. I said well it also says police officer so why not you. It was ridiculous. If the police is not allowed to say my photo is mine and confirm my identity then who can ?? I dont belive this as if it was true then why home office will say in their guidelines to go to them.

I waited for 2 hours to update my address on a police registration certificate and when there was one person remaining in front of me the officer walked out and said that the front office is closing due to lack of officers and everybody has to go elsewhere. Mind you this was at 4pm while the office is advertised to be open until 6pm. Unacceptable

I had a nice encounter with a couple of police officers when taking a picture of the primary school I attended 50 years ago which faces the police station car park area. It was already dark and one of the police officers was very kind to ask if I need any help?

I went to Kensington Police Station today at around 16.30 to report crime. One lady with black long hair and wearing glasses was unfriendly and ignorant. I would expect more profeciency from a police station. Very disappointed with the service.

Literally you’ll be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes to speak to someone. I had to collect my items here on 2 separate occasions and think it took me 45 minutes and 30 minutes wait time. If you an avoid going here, then I would suggest you do!

Went to report a crime that was in progress and was informed that the 24 hour police station was closed. I was then told to report it online, even though there were multiple officers there at the time, that didn’t seem to be doing anything.

Would be happy for a no star option. I went to report a burglary and waited for more than an hour and when its my turn already the duty officer told me that they will close in 15 minutes and I wasnt able to be seen. WASTED TIME FOR NOTHING!

Rang 101 number in relation to a stolen bike last night. Was on hold for over 40 minutes. Gave up in the end. If anyone in Chelsea sees this cycling around, it's mine (black tyres though!) Let's hope someone calls before it's in Glasgow...

Abysmal, waited 2 hours to be seen - only one other person waiting before me. The officer took note, and gave me a reference number. Never heard back from them. Might as well go report a crime to a lamp post.

I have been waiting there for almost 2 hours and still haven't been seen. But instead the officer and customer was just having a marvellous time. That's the worse customer service I have ever experienced

toooooooooooo slowly, just have no idea why they work so slowly;) Oh Btw they only have one police to help .. I just want to register my new address but I need to wait for more than 2 hours …

P C John Jimenez gave a very high level of service to me when I lost my sister suddenly. He drove me to her flat and gave me all the advice I needed to pick up the pieces.

  • Oksana Mudryk

It is unacceptably very slow service. Only 3 people served within 2,5 hours. Only one officer works instead of two. Very frustrating experience.

  • Emily Srebotnjak

Waited an hour for a woman working at 11:30 am on 26 August to tell me to just fill out a police report online. 0 assistance, help or empathy!

  • FD&BJ

Do not believe the “open 24 hours” info. The front desk only opens 10am to 6pm. Go there in the morning to avoid waiting.

racists if youre black trying to get any justice or help forget it. Sad and unfortunate truth and we're in 2016!!!

No contact number listed. No means of contacting station without visit. Station often closes before closing time.

  • sweet potato

The policemen was very kind and gave us full information that we need. But you might have a long queue

  • Otto Yuen (TJMS)

Closes earlier than said time. Unacceptable for a government agency dedicated to help people.

  • Paul Notlikely

  • Sallyanne Curd
