If you want to avoid having a leaking roof and dealing with extremely dishonest, unreliable and disrespectful roofers, then do not work with this company. We made a big mistake by trusting them to repair our flat roof. They promised to provide a 25-year guarantee on the all their work. In only one month after they delivered the job, our roof started leaking due to their improperly fitted lead flashing. We called them to come over and fix the problem under their promised guarantee. Both Ryan and Nicolas promised to come, gave us timings but never showed up. Each time we chased them, they found different excuses not to come and the leak which was caused by their poor job worsened further. After chasing them for days and weeks, we gave up to save our property and seeked help from a professional and reliable roofing contractor who told us right away that the leakage was due to improper fitting of the lead flashing which was not watertight. When KRB worked on our roof, they jumped onto our neighbors’ adjacent roofs without their permission and left their garbage behind after leaving our property. We had to apologize to our complaining neighbors on their behalf and clean their mess they left on the street afterwards. KRB is not a member of any credible association like NFRC. Hence they have no interest in providing satisfactory job quality or customer service. Once they get your money, they disappear for good. If you look at their Google reviews carefully, you will realize that the majority of them were submitted about a month ago and these reviewers submitted fake reviews for the exact same companies including London Demolition Group, Emergency Website Repair Services, TW Contractors, Holland Park Roofing & Building etc. In summary, do not rely on these fake reviews and work with another professional roofing company if you want to receive decent job quality.

Avoid at all costs! Flat roof repair work is completed within 1 hour when it was dark. Before they start the works I specifically requested before/after pics and was initially provided random pictures that do not show properly what was done. Worst of all within 1 month my roof started to leak. Ryan and Nicolas keep saying they would come to inspect but never came. Lesson learned at a cost. Avoid if you want to protect your nerves and work with decent tradesmen that you can trust

My property had several areas where the roof needed attention, including flashing/lead work and tiling repairs. Ryan was responsive organising the work, and turned up on time at 7am. I was given some options and cost estimates for the work, and once we agreed a way forward, Ryan and his guys did a tidy and professional job completing the work. Happy with the service and would have no hesitation in using again.

After an inspection with photos, repointing and leadwork needed replacement on a very old roof. We’ve been here 15 years and never had any roof work done, noticed some brown marks on the upstairs bathroom ceiling thankfully the guys have sorted everything and even managed to match the original broken tiles . Thankyou, would definitely recommend and use again if needed .

Would not recommend. Said they would come back to finish job multiple times but never did. Also, some painting work they did was cracking and peeling within a week. Said they would fix but never did. 8 weeks later I have given up chasing (after several messages and calls). Never apologised for not coming when they said they would. Infuriating.

Even though there was a minor issue after the repair, I called Ryan, and he promptly returned to fix it. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Worked on replacing cement in roof valleys after leak. Fast response and reasonable quoted price. Great at keeping in contact about arranging works. Both guys who turned up were polite, efficient and tidy. Hoping work has led to leak being resolved but for now very happy with KRB’s service.
