The lady who served me today 21st june 2023 at teller no 9 was so good and welcoming. She is a professional and very polite. You just feel home while she is serving you. kudos utawala branch. Your soldier who gives direction on the queue should be part of the bank. he does that with all the professionalism. kudos all
Very swift, not congested. Little space but is very well organized. Thumbs up. The customer service treats you to a feel-at-home mode. These guys are out to impress and grow their market share. And surely they will a hive this with this pace. BRAVO.
