This is our closest shopping mall and although we’ve used most of the stores here during the past 20 years or so, it always seems a rather soulless site. In recent years it has become more down at heel with the arrival of Sports Direct and TK Maxx and the replacement of Gap with a pound shop. There are advantages such as plentiful level free parking, and reasonable access off the South Circular Road. There’s also a bus service to and from Richmond as well as Kew Gardens station fairly nearby. Apparently plans are in place for most of the stores to be closed in a few years time with just M&S remaining to serve the new blocks of flats to be built there. Maybe make the most of it while you can.
I love this place. Saddened that Gap have decided to be an online only store hence making post of the Gap outlet whilst still here. TK Maxx seemed to have less stock that usual. Boots had everything we needed. M & S aka Magic and Sparkle, love this food hall so many delicious and tempting morsels, we also bought a vast amount of items in the clothing section. 1 observation, check out prices on ladies knickers packs, we had two that were exactly the same however one was priced at £8 the other at £12, they had same barcode just a £4 price difference. The percy pig slippers are very snuggly
Useful retail park just off the South Circular Road. Large M&S and TK Max also Next and some other shops. Free parking and plenty of it. Handy for visiting the National Archives as you can just walk up the road to the left of the car park turn left and the Archive is in front of you. (They normally have a free exhibition in the reception foyer if you check before making a special trip). Downside is the South Circular which can get very busy to almost impassable at times leading to long journey times.
If you haven't got time to head up to London then this is the place for you. Free parking and disabled ♿ parking plus accessible shops. The retail park has such an amazing choice of shops on offer. Chemist, food store, clothing, adult and children friendly. Places to eat, snack and rest. It's a little shopping haven, next door to the National Archive also within distant of Kew Gardens. Worth a visit.
I love coming here because there is always ample parking and even at its busiest I never find it crowded. They have shops which I frequent such as M&S and boots conveniently located together, and they are larger versions of the high Street versions with more selections to choose from. It would be better if they had some food outlets here so you can grab a bite to eat when you are hungry, the Costa which they do have here doesn't really do it for me in this respect.
The Retail Park is now in the Ultra Low Emission Zone so be careful if visiting by car. Also PARKING IS NO LONGER FREE! Beware - there are now numberplate recognition cameras and if you go over the limit by a second Euro Car Parks will issue a Parking Charge Notice of £75. So think twice before having that relaxing post-shopping coffee at Costa or spending too long in the changing rooms. So disappointing. Enjoy the shops before they turn it into housing.
This car park is not absolutely free! only for 4 hours - after that you will be sent a parking fine of £75 (reduced to £45 If you pay within 2 weeks). I've just returned from a holiday and have 2 days to pay this to get the reduced amount. The signage is absolutely minimal and certainly not something you'd read on driving in. And I've not seen any ticket machines to buy a ticket to extend the parking time. So - BEWARE!
Busy on the weekends. Very quiet in the week. Only a handful of shops but each one on a large scale. All very clean and organised. Next, Boots, Marks and Spencers, Costa, Tk Maxx and Sport Direct. A lovely baby/toddler friend cafe in Marks. Highly quality cafe food from sandwiches to soups and coffee and soft drinks. Even alcoholic beverages available. Also Marks has the only avaliable toilets at the retail.
Easy to get to by car and plenty of free parking spaces. A good choice of shops; large M&S with food hall, Next, large Boots, Costa, TK Maxx (not the best in my experience) and Sports Direct. There was a Christmas Outlet taking up a big plot, so maybe something exciting will replace that next year. It would be nice to see something like HMV for more than clothes and toiletries.
Make sure your vehicle is ULEZ (ultra low emission zone) compliant before your turn off the south circular road into the retail park. If it’s not, you can park is some residential areas on the other side of the road a d walk across, or better still cycle there or use public transport. Good retail park overall however, but something to be aware of.
I like this place because the stores are large enough to have a good range of products and parking is free and conveviently near to everything. The Marks and Spencer branch is very large and well-stocked as is Boots next door. Next has a branch of Costa inside. Gap and T K Max are the other brands featured.
There are number of big stores here. One can enjoy shopping as well as dinning facility here. Fashionable clothing for all ages and specifically young children is the main attractions for this site. Parking is absolutely free here. Very tasty and hot and cold drinks are available. Good place for shopping.
My issue with Kew Retail Park is the restricted number of stores. The stores that are there are good. The car parking is good. There's a bus service to and from Richmond Station. But unless you know that one of the stores stocks what you are looking for then there are better places to go.
Everything was great except the fact that when we were in TK Maxx we had been in 2 days before to spend vouchers and had to wait 10 minutes for the lady to check them when she finally came back she said they were old so just be careful incase they won’t accept vouchers that are in date.
Plenty of free parking up to a maximum of 4 hours and there are plenty of shops to visit. I visited Marks and Spencer and it was very busy mainly due to mother's day. The only issue I have is that the entrance to the food hall isn't clearly marked under the current covid restrictions.
Good small retail park with a big excellent M&S which stocks a full range of children, womans and mans wear, also has a home department and supermarket as well as a nice indoor cafe. The retail park have a Costa coffee shop, small NEXT, good size TKMaxx and a good size sport direct.
A slightly more up market retail park with a big m and s and boots. If you fancy a stroll as well as shopping then the Thames path is a 5 mins walk away, accessible from a gate in the far south end of the car park to the right of m and s, as you face it. Parking limited to 4 hours.
Nice retail park they have TK Max and a big M&S with a big food hall convenient for me convenient for me working in London somewhere nice and easy to park up And have lunch and grab something to eat Always busy around here the road coming in can be extremely busy at times
Excellent parking facilities. Never a problem during multiple visits. The entrance/exit can be a little bit taxing during busy times (eg. on a Sunday afternoon) however, a far better experience than trying to find a parking spot on a town high street. Good shopping. 9/10
Easy access and free parking. Next, Sports direct, Boots, M&S which means you can get food as well. Well kept secret. If you pass it, why go the through the hassle of car hating Richmond or Kingston councils in the towns? If you can take driving at 20mph on main roads.
Not a big shopping centre, but the stores present on site are big versions of well known brands: M&S (food + clothing), Next, Boots, TK Max and Mothercare. Large free car park and seem to have car cleaning (although I've never stayed long enough to try that.)
A lot of parking and space available. It`s absolutely recommended and suitable to people which doesn`t like crowded places. Theres a TK Maxx, Boots, Sports Direct, M&S and Costa. It`s clean, tidy and well maintained + affordable but a little bit "hidden".
It’s a dull and rather soulless place but handy for M&S, Boots, JD Sports & TKMax shopping. A small and rather dark Costa Coffee Could is also available. The whole place could be so much more friendly & welcoming but perhaps this is as good as it can get.
It used to be my favourite retail park but then they closed Mothercare ( heartbreaking) . The parking is free and the shops are all the essential: Gap,; massive M&S , TK Maxx; Boots , Next ... Ideal shopping place that gets extremly busy around Christmas.
Nice selection of stores, M&S, Boots, Next, TK Maxx & Sports Direct. The M&S in particular is superb, lovely helpful staff and a great range of products including clothes, home wear and and extensive food hall. Plenty of free parking during the weekdays.
Great selection of shops; you can find food items at M&S, clothing stores like Tkmaxx and Next, various sports items can be purchased from sportsdirect.com outlet as well as it being a good place just to hang out and grab a coffee at Costa or MS Cafe.
Going down hill. Probably getting ready for redevelopment. Cases of cars being broken into during daytime. You'll still find M&S, TK Max, Boots and Costa there. Not much else. Handy if you want one of those shops, as free and ample parking
Kew retail park is just ok, nothing special that you can't find in other places. M&S was a big let down on amount of food options, didn't really care for their clothes. Just being honest. Well atleast they had a Costa in Kew retail Park
It's fine. Always parking available, good opening hours, not much else to say really, what else do you want from a retail park. If you need somewhere quiet to eat your sandwiches, the National Archives next door is a lovely spot.
Good amount of parking, covered walkway to protect you against inclement weather and a good variety of shops, UPDATE AUG 2022 apparently this retail park is due to be closed in the near future for housing with only M+S remaining
Parking was so easy, plenty of spaces all shops have wheelchair access as the pavement is step free it was clean and well lit when I arrived at twilight. Exit signs were in plentiful supply and I good clear visable position
Shopped in M & S plenty of parking some in the shade which was good as it was a very hot sunny day. Good selection got what I wanted self serve was very handy and got a terminal straight away a pleasant shopping experience
Nice Costa genuine caffinisto’s staff and rest room available. In Kew Retail park also TK Max and Next busy but can breathe a little. Boots gave me my 3rd ( booster ) COVID vaccine — thanks Mr Cool Cash Chemistry. HA HA.
We love this place. It has Costa, M&S (with Cafe and Foodhall), TK Maxx, Boots and Sports Direct. Ample parking, people are very civilised - polite and considerate to others. It's one of our favourite weekend spots.
Very good location, near the river. You can park your car, do some shopping from well known retail shops like Tk Maxx, M&S, Boots and Sport Direct. And then go for a walk near the river. Parking free for 4 hours.
It has big branch of M&S with both food and cloth sections and there is nice M&S cafe with fresh scones and cakes. There are Costa Coffee, Boots and Next stores in retail park with plenty of free parking spaces.
Very pleasant and relaxing retail park, not too busy (apart from Sundays!), free parking everyday and the wonderful and welcome presence of a large M&S store! Lots of variety in a relatively compact space.
I often visit the M&S, Next and sometimes Boots. The staff are always very friendly and helpful in these shops. Facilities are COVID safe and most patrons are sensible here! Thank you …
Like this place. Always find a paking spot, area very clean. Good selection of shops. Stores and stock well laid out. Staff seem happy. I call this place a nice shopping experience.
For a small retail park, there's a reasonable mix of shops and a couple of cafes within the shops. There's plenty of car parking. Access in and out can be very slow at busy times.
Today it was raining. The path to go from one shop to another is mainly external. The canopy makes water everywhere. Too bad, because the shops are well-kept and well stocked.
Good variety of shops which are predominately clothing shops but there is a large Costa, cafe in Marks and Spencers and a good size Boots. Free parking with plenty of spaces.
Almost zero outdoor or other seating unless you buy e.g coffee. Plus bicycle racks at either end of units. It would be useful to have some outside each outlet.
Really quiet now... Not the same place at all. M&S sell clothing but you cannot try it on in store. Boots is open and there was a lot of parking available
Retail park with No Toilet. Absolute Joke by council. They shouldn't approve Retail park without basic service . Specially you are with kids.. …
American style shopping centre. Major chains, Marks & Spencer, TK Max, Boots etc have large stores here. The M&S Cafe is a great spot for tea and scones.
This location has a really good TK Maxx store. pity my suitcase is already too full for any more shopping, I could spend some money here …
Good selection of stores. Shopping is not too crowded like other malls and retail parks. Plenty of free parking. The M&S and Boots are the highlight.
It's a weird place but the stores are large and offer a good selection of clothes. Unfortunately it is just inside of the ULEZ zone which is a curse.
There aren't many shops, no restaurants at all. I only go there to visit M&S, and TK Maxx, and Costa coffee when I need coffee or to take a leak.
Easy to park makes for a good shopping experience. Great large M&S, Boots and some clothes stores. Off South circular so go out of peak hours.
Good selection of retailers with plenty of parking spaces. Coffee shops provded by Costa and M&S. Direct public transport access via R68 bus.
Relatively big shopping centre, though with a limited number of stores, conveniently located with public bus service and ample parking.
Nice environment. Lovely staff. Ample parking. Good range of vegetarian food at M&S. Friendly shoppers. Always a great time at Kew.
Loads of parking but it’s just inside the ULEZ! Huge M&S, good Boots & a decent Next. Not so keen on the other few shops there.
This Retail Park has everything you need for basic shopping needs and are usually less busy. All stores are large and spacious.
Very nice M&S food store. Boots also has good choice of cosmetic products (some luxury brands). NEW: box for food donations
Kew Retail Park is small shopping area, plenty of car park, decent shops and Costa coffee. Easy to get in and out. Simple.
Small retail park with M&S, Boots, Next, TK maxx and Costa. Lots of parking makes this a very convenient one stop shop.
Nice area, free parking. R68 bus goes straight there. M&S seems to have more in stock than your usual high street.
It's a retail park, it has parking and some useful shops, seemed very empty but that may have been the time of day
Some key shops, but its a shame there aren't any cycle racks (or if there are, they aren't easy to find!)
Popular brands shopping store! Parking Easily available! Wheel chair accessibility! Food & coffee shops!
Gap's gone now. The tk max has better collection than others. M&S is big and with good size supermarket.
Never been there before, so I quite liked it , lots of parking large M&S, well marked & easy to find.
Lots of parking. Good signs of what shops are available. Easy to locate and good selection of stores
Very useful shopping area. We like M&S. Plus TK . Maxx in particular. We went by bus from Richmond.
So convenient and have everything one would need from tolbooth, tk max to m&so food and clothes
Great parking all the best shops. Free parking and a great place to go and have retail therapy.
Lots of parking. Good shops. Prob seen better days and has one empty lot at time of writing.
Good selection of main clothes shops and worth the travel from East London to West London.
Easy free parking for TK max, Marks & Spencers Click and collect or to browse around.
Bit of a bind to get to, does have a large m&s which is good, not much else though.
Got much more offerings than retail park in twickenham. ESP places for a quick bite
Lovely little shopping complex if you just want to quickly go to a particular shop
A standard retail park, usually plenty of parking, No one walks there.
I love it. Everything is in one place Food, clothes and coffee shop.
Lots of parking space and not crowded during week days when I went.
A very good M and S, Boots and other major outlets. Good car park.
Nice place to shop plenty of parking but change is on its way
Great mix of shops, convenient opening hours, ample parking.
Plenty of parking. Easy to access the food section at M&S.
