Update in response to key wests reply. There was no oil in the bed of my truck my truck bed was empty the person said there was oil in the back of my truck before they even looked at it as they were walking up to my truck so that was obviously a lie Would give zero stars if possible. I wasnt even allowed to wash truck. Went to buy a subscription since I am working nearby for a few months. The attendant said he would not let me wash because of oil in the bed of my truck. I said that's fine please open the gate and I will drive out. He refused and made me back up around a corner with oncoming traffic. I got out and look with my passenger and there was no oil in my bed. My truck is fairly new and I don't carry oil around. Went nextdoor to muster car wash. They looked and verified no oil in back and gave me a subscription. Key west may look flashy but it is a joke. Will not use again.

The best car wash ever. The machines are really good and they actually clean well, as it has the longest tunnel and two tire brushes. Vacuums are powerful and you don't have to insert coins nor there is any time limit. Service is amazing too, as they will assist you in drying windows and any other help. You can't compare this place to any other. For me, Carisma car wash is closest but I dont mind driving another 10-15 minutes as this is 10× better than Carisma. I hope they maintain the same level of service and keep their machines in good condition as they are now. For me, I am done hopping around different car washes. I will not consider any other place, but this and recommend all my friends to this location. Any negative reviews about this place should mean you had a really bad luck or you own another car wash place

I use to go to this place often, and this past time I went it was horrible. 1. The car wash stopped while I was in it. The employee said I could drive out and go again for free. Okay fine right? No. I went and got back in line to go onto the track for the car wash, and somehow got off track. One employee told me to turn my wheel so I was following exactly what he said. Then it just made the matters worse and he wanted to catch an attitude with me so I got one back with him and said “I’m just doing what you’re telling me to do” then it starts pouring rain so I ended up just leaving after already paying & having the worst experience. I called and asked for a refund of my $8 since that’s the LEAST they could do. And they STILL have not done it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I have not used your car wash yet, despite not living far from it. I am writing however about how much courage and uplifting in leaving scriptures up especially during a world that is becoming more Godless. I give you high respect and always believe that you are planting seeds that will affect those who God knows needs to see and hear. I am a Christian and know how much people like us can be persecuted for our beliefs. I admire and thank the Father for all your faith in stepping out and inspiring others. Left CARisma car wash for Key West and have been extremely satisfied. They do commit you to a three month contract, but their products and equipment are above the rest. Great suction at the vacuums and the air pressure blower is helpful to dry quickly and clean hard to reach spaces before vacuuming. The tire shine actually works and the wheel hub caps actually get cleaned during the wash. The best wash is 39.99 a month which is the highest I’ve ever paid for a wash but because there is none better in the area, I’m content paying it. Great job Key West. The owner, Isidro (name likely misspelled I’m sorry!) and his son sold me!

Went via car wash and my back bumper panel came loose and I have a 2021 Ford Mustang GT, no issues with my fairly NEW car. Contacted the Manager, her was very rude, and stated it was too late, which incident happened 2 weeks ago, how is that too late? The day it happened the Manager was not on the property and I travel for work. 2 weeks later, I’ve been trying to contact daily and the Manager keeps hanging up on me. Very frustrating and I will contact my lawyer, or arrive at the business with the police. Management pls contact me, I sent a message vi Facebook Messenger and I sent an email. Thanks.

A machine in the car wash bay damaged my car antenna by breaking the antenna cover off. The manager took responsibility for it by offering to have it repaired. However, I was referred to a body shop that only wanted to glue the part back in place: no warranty on their work and no receipt. The Manager of the Key West car wash, Isidro refused to fill out an incident report or to provide contact info to someone who could help fully resolve the matter. Resolution is not offering to glue the antenna back together. Sadly, I’ve been unable to get a proper & satisfactory solution.

Not all drive through car washes are the same... This one is the best one I've found during my stay in Houston. It reminds me of the fun Miami ones, and it got my car so much cleaner than others I've tried here. They had amazing people who actually scrubbed the top who made the difference I assume. I hope they take good care of them, because their enthusiasm is why I will continue to drive out of my way to go here.

Nice little car wash on Main Street. The basic wash is only 10 bucks and you can use the vacuum for free. I like that they always have a scripture on their billboard as well. The guy came and helped me use the machine where you purchase the wash type you want also. Very nice of them to give the car a scrub down by hand before it runs through the machine. It makes my car extra shiny. Thank you Key West Car Wash! ;)

Gets your car pretty clean. If you are particular about your vehicle like I am, I advise bringing your own towels to get the rest of the water off that the blow dry did not get, and tire shine. You are also able to vacuum out the inside of your car if you wish after your wash for no extra charge. Overall, it's affordable and convenient when you don't have time or the means to detail your car at home.

Very nice car wash. It's actually $8.00...not $6.00 as mentioned in other reviews. I guess it went up. However, it's a very nice facility. It cleaned my car well. It did leave the very front bottom dirty, but it may be just the way my car is made. The vacuums are very strong. This is important, as I have a pug that loves car rides, but sheds like a balding lady. I will definently be back.

Good car wash for the money. They get the outside of your car clean but be ready with a few towels to dry off the outside. They also have great equipment for cleaning the inside of your car but it is up to you. I'm a fan of the air hoses they have to blow out dust from your car. Unfortunately one of them didn't work so I had to pull one from the other side of the car which barely reached.

I got the $25 treatment but it didn’t get all of the stuck-on grass clippings off of my car. I looped around to go back through the car wash a second time and offered to pay. The gentleman there were nice enough to let me go again at no extra charge! Amazing customer service. The self-service vacuum stations with the little air blower device are a nice bonus.

It was busy but I went on a Saturday. This carwash is super efficient and well organized. Barely a wait and enough vacuums for everyone and they were free to use with the car wash vacuums worked really well and had a place to vacuum the mats. Car washings ranged from $9-16 (I think) and there were additional add ONS. Will be back . Car looks great

Went through 2x and paid for the best wash, and it did NOT include undercarriage wash and left dirt all over skirts and hatch, and the "lava wash" was just sparse and random bubble deposits. Be prepared to bring a towel as this wash DOES NOT dry your car off at all and left dirt everywhere. I've gone to $6 washes and had them do a better job.

Love this place! On your day of car wash, if it rains, keep your receipt for 24 hours and they will give you a free wash! Free vacuum, never full where you have to wait. Great wash from the bristles, great tire shine and awesome prices. Oh they always have a bible verse on their sign..and their guys are so friendly. Love it!! Love it

Would use this location again and would recommend. Car wash is you get what you pay for, no complaints. Car vacuums are unlimited when you pay for a car wash. Vacuums were powerful and even reached the trunk of my four door sedan. Location and building was nice and prices are very reasonable. Very pleased with my experience there.

Price recently went up a dollar for basic wash ($8-9) but understandable. With their constant scripture on their street Marquee quoting the Bible my brother and I call it "going to church". Or "going to Jesus as a verb". Anyways religious or not it'll leave your car clean and holy. Time on vacuums are unlimited FYI.

I just came out of a car wash from this Key West and the wash was terrible. It did not clean my bumper and hood . Lots of dirt and bug marks. I showed this to attendant and he replied " you bought basic wash, it doesn't cleans well, you need to buy the other ones" !!! So basic was is just waste of money???

This particular location has a direct competitor next door. Despite that they prove why i personally will continue to be a regular customer. Their personnel no matter the age or level of maturity are quick to help and keep the line going. The place is clean, free of trash and operational without faults.

I love this car wash spot. Car is always spotless and the vacuuming and mat cleaning equipment is better than any other car wash in the area. So much better quality and service than the big chains around town. Staff and management always friendly and there to help out!

This Car Wash is worth it, the Lot Attendant was friendly and he helped me with the pay machine as well. Free Vacuums and cheaper Tire Shine, Car Wash than their competition next door. I'm definitely coming back in the future and I recommend others to visit as well.

It is okay overall, the vacuums are good, though, but the basic wash is now $9, which is not considered good anymore, considering that you need to spot clean a lot. I'm going to try cheaper ones for the basic wash, there are $6 basic washes on old-spanish.

I have to say that I'm impressed. The wash went very quickly. We got the $6 version (the cheapest) and it was entirely adequate to clean the van. The fact that the vacuum was thrown in at no additional cost was wonderful. I really enjoyed the experience!

This car wash was in the best shape I've ever seen. All the equipment looked brand new and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The manager Bryan went out of his way to assist us and I will never go

If you just need to knock some leaves off of your vehicle then this place is perfect.... but uf you are expecting a drive thru carwash to treat wash your car then seek somewhere else. I had a membership for a few months but quickly canceled

Okay for the price. Don't expect a car detail, just a basic wash. I pay monthly for the premium wash. Dirt spots were still on my car, wheels still filthy, tire shine not that great. I only go because it's convenient and close to work.

Wash is effective, nice selection of options from basic wash, to full tilt waxes, spot free rinse, tire shine and so on. Self service vacuum with no time limit is great, carpet washing machines also available do nice job

I love this place. The speedy wash is thorough & they don't have an issue scrubbing with the soap and brush before the wash. They also have air blowers next to the powerful free vacuum for those tough to reach places.

I love new car washes. The staff is nice, all the vacuums work and the suction is second to none! All of these things are true here. I would recommend getting your own tire shine at Auto Zone and getting the $6 wash.

You MUST wash to vacuum. I've gone here so many times because of their always on vacuum system. Each bay (after the wash) has a narrow and a wide vacuum hose. All of their bays have an air compressor.

I paid for a $12 wash which includes bugs removal to get bugs off from a rd trip… Bugs was still on the truck I told the attendant he told me I needed to pay for another wash and walked away…

The service was very friendly and helpful. I had a small dissatisfaction, but the workers went above and beyond to make up for it, and I left very happy with the service.
