All I wanted was a duplicate key and a receipt. After several weeks I finally got that resolved but they would not leave me alone when I expressed an honest opinion of a poor customer experience. They would not leave me alone. I gave them one more chance-accept my complaint and leave me alone or I would write a negative review. Find a locksmith or a Home Depot, don’t use them!

Couldn’t pick my lock and had to drill out my door knob on a unit I’m renting. Therefore costing me more money all around. Took quite a while. Also, the deadbolt lock doesn’t lock anymore!

2 of my 3 keys did not work. They claim better than a locksmith, but I had to go to a locksmith to get a proper key.

It’s a quick and easy process but the cost is way too high for a single key to be made.

I always buy more than one key because one of them never works.
