I have never filed my taxes before and Vivian was aware of that and she chose to take advantage of me for not being educated on how filing taxes works. I have brought her 5 years of taxes to file and paid her $35 for each year to file them. 35x5=$175. Vivian not only lied to me but she printed out fake papers and showed me papers claiming that my taxes were filed. Instead she didn’t even file them at all! She literally only filed for 2017. I only found out because after 3 months of not receiving any of my tax returns I called Canada Revenue and they let me know that only 2017 was assessed and received. So I had went back to her office to ask why this was said to me and her reply was “oh yes I have been meaning to call you, I have bad news you owe me money” because I had owed the government 1700 and she gave me a cash advance for 2166 and she said if I didn’t pay it in 30 days she would send me to collections. Overall this was the worst experience I have ever been through and it had opened my eyes to the fact that you cannot trust people who claim to be CPA if you don’t know them personally. Scammers I tell you.

My experience with Vivian from Keystone Tax and Accounting was excellent. Vivian walked me through what I thought was going to be a long and complicated process and she helped me through every step of the way and it turned out to be actually quite simple. Vivian as a tax preparation specialist is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions about my tax process. The thing that impressed me the most was I thought I was going to have a very expensive bill because of several investments in my portfolio but the price I was charged was quite reasonable for the work that she put in. Vivian and the front desk associate made me as a customer very comfortable and they were clearly very passionate about the work that they do. I will be coming to do my personal taxes at Keystone Tax and Accounting next year and in future years. If you are looking for a business to prepare your taxes that cares about each and every customer then come to Keystone Tax and Accounting.

I went to their office March 10,2020 to file my income tax. As always I was overly charged but that's ok. But what pisses me off was that they did not actually file my tax that day the reason why I still did not receive my refund until today March 27 ,2020which is very unusual bcuz it was electronic filing. I phoned their office 3 times and lied to me stating I just need to wait. Today I got a hold of CRA agent amd asked regarding my tax and was shocked that keystone accounting just submitted my income tax just today. I can slapped you with my receipt that I went to your office March 10,2020. You are a big liar!!! And to tell you I will never ever return to your rip off and liar accounting office ever again! 0 STAR IF POSSIBLE....

My wife and I have been doing our taxes with Keystone for the last 6 years. WE ALWAYS get a refund and never owe so far. If you're wasting time with someone like H&R Block please save yourself some money and give Keystone a try! Always professional, and always quick. I can't think of one negative thing to say except that we wish they were closer. We live on the outskirts of Fort Saskatchewan, buy found them when we lived in edmonton. Now we travel 50 minutes just to have peace of mind our taxes are being handled the right way, to get us the most benefits. Thank you Keystone for treating us like family all these years, we'll never go to anyone else.

I had my taxes filed by Tiffany at Keystone Accounting and could not be happier with the service and results! I want to keystone to file my taxes only to be called silly by the accountant. her answers to my questions were insults calling them silly and that she had no energy to answer them. She charged over 300 dollars claiming that she had to charge for every paper she filled on our behalf. She was completely disrespectful asking me to go home and sleep does were her exact words to a paying client!!!. I have never felt so disrespected by a person who is supposed to be professional. Patronizing keystone financial was a mistake and it will never happen again.

she advertised that they do unlimited t4 tax returns for a flat rate of $25. I called in advance to tell her I had 13 of them and if that was ok. I then get to the store and she started making excuses, telling me maybe to come back tommorow. than she told me she would do it and to come back in 15 minutes. I have her a solid 30 minutes and than returned to her telling me that I am taking advantage of her unlimited t4 offer. she then told me she couldn't honor her offer and I quote "get your aunt or someone to do it". what a waste of an afternoon.

I came here for the first time recently, and they did not disappoint! I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Judy (I believe) and Vivien was an absolute delight! She was very professional and friendly. We had a wonderful conversation and honestly made doing my taxes feel less of an errand and more of an exciting thing to look forward to. Along with the amazing customer service, the prices are also quite reasonable and the process was fast. I would recommend anyone to come to Keystone and I will definitely be coming back next year!

Vivien and her team at Keystone Tax & Accounting were initially recommended to us by a colleague. We’ve tried her services and the outcome was excellent, so we keep coming back every year for our income tax return. She always explains clearly what she charges us, and she charges us definitely less than another firm we tried before (yet Vivien always generates far better results :-). With her and her team we are in good hands, they are very friendly, polite and very knowledgeable professionals. Heaps of thumbs-up for this firm :-)

Very poor knowledge and terrible information. She also ripped me off on the taxes without letting me know it will cost $250 beforehand. She then charged me $100 extra for just adding a few numbers in and didn't change nothing on my return, it actually made me pay more taxes on top of all this. I could have went to my last tax accountant and pay $100 for everything plus making sure I get a better return. Overpriced and very uninformative, do not recommend to anyone going to her if you don't want to be ripped off.

The customer service is decent. However, when I filled my tax return I was charged $55 although there was a big sign at the cubicle that said ($35 FOR FILING YOUR PERSONAL TAX). When I mentioned that to the employee, she said that's only applicable on the tax season only. That didn't make any sense at all because that sign didn't mention that condition. I paid the $55 bill with a complete realization that I was over charged and it was kind of RIP-Off. Stop Overcharging Customers. Bye now!

We were there today, and I could honestly say that they were awesome. We dealt with Nikki , and she was really patient and considerate towards the zillion questions we had regarding tax returns. We had 5 t4s and rrsp. As advertised it was 35 dollars per person. It's not about the money, but the info passed on and the helpfulness of Nikki, was really commendable. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. They are wonderful people. They are models to other tax return agency. Period

I have used Keystone Accounting for my small business taxes for several years now. They are by far the best accounting services and the most reasonably priced I have come across since beginning my small business in 1999. Vivien and her staff are very responsive, professional, pleasant and it is always a pleasure to do business with them. They came to me highly recommended by a neighbor and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a small business or for personal taxes.

I went in to get my 2022 taxes done and she took my T4 and started typing on the computer, she then printed a paper off and said it is done sign the form. I was like, you didn't ask me and questions? I said I have a dependent and I had bought a house. She added my dependent and the purchase of my house and said is that it? how do I know if that is it?! I am not an Accountant and that is there job they should ask questions to do the taxes.

We were just in with Vivienand she was absolutely amazing !!! We brought in multiple T4s and a bunch of Moving Expense Receipts that she had to patiently calculate all together and she got us the maximum amount of refund !! And she did everything so quick and efficient!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Keystone Tax & Accounting !!! They're awesome beyond words !! Will definitely go back next year !! I’ve done my taxes here for the past 2 years and I am extremely satisfied with my outcome. The lady did my taxes for this year and re did my taxes for past couple years with her telling me I would receive a large sum of money. I was bummed out a little it came out of my current instant tax return but am I glad she re did my taxes. A couple months later and I got a large sum of cash, thanks to her re doing my taxes. Honest work

10/10 would recommend going here. Everyone was super friendly and made everything super easy. As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a smile from Anna and she made everything super easy afterwards. Afterwards getting my taxes done were a breeze. Everything was explained to me perfectly and I knew exactly what was going on throughout the whole process. Definitely going here for the years to come.

I have used H&R Block for the entirety of my adult working life and all ways left disappointed. But at keystone they were so very much accommodating and kind. It was not a turnstile agency, they take pride in their work and have fun with you as well as maximize your taxes. I highly recommend Keystone. PS, do not be intimidated by their location you have to look for them a little but its worth the hunt.

Receptionist was great very helpful and answered emails very well. The actual accountant seems ok but she was very reluctant to share details about what she was doing with my return and also couldn't explain the reasoning behind her pricing. I had a few years to catch up and it seems like she just picked different prices for each. Didn't end up using their service so that's all I can really say.

First time going to Keystone Accounting after dealing with the same accountant for years. Dealt with Tiffany who took the time to go over everything with me. I was able to claim certain items that my previous accountant never told me I could and in the end, I ended up getting a refund which I never get. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It will cost you $10 each for every single information slip you include in your Tax Return. T-4's are the only slips that they charge lump sum of $10 for. Each charitable donation will cost $10, each medical expense slip will cost $10, OAS slip is $10, CPP slip is $10, each RRSP slip is $10.

Never go to this people to do your tax…. Worse customer service ever. She doesn’t tell you upfront what she charge, then boom $150. I filed my tax with them and they didn’t file it well, and got a patently from CRA for not filing the tax well due to some t4 she didn’t give in .

Quoted one price on phone then charged substantially more when when I paid. Will never go there again. Then got a letter from revenue agency saying I owed 1,307 in taxes and that they could not get any information from Keystone because they deleted the return. Never again

Went out of her way to stay after office hours to do my back-taxes from 2015, and then on another day to do my daughter's back-taxes fron 2012. They are very professional and very nice at the same time. I definitely recommend Keystone Tax and Accounting to everyone.

Found Keystone on kijiji after H&R block told me it was $140 for a basic return. Went in on a sunday and talked to Vivian. She was very professional and quick, and I was out the door within 45 minutes after two years of returns. Will definitely be back next year.

My overall experience that I had with Keystone Tax & Accounting was amazing. The owner is professional and friendly. Although the place is not noticeable, it's worth your time and your money to find this place (By Value Village, beside the Dentistry).

First time doing taxes in Edmonton and Vivien helped me and she was beyond helpful got me my maxium refund and helped me with a year i totally forgot about (lol) She is great definitely would go again to in the future and recommend to other people.
