Decided to give this place a try because there was a line at my usual spot and instantly fell in love with it. Cozy atmosphere, friendly and always smiling owner, and the food was great. I ordered Pad Thai with beef. The beef was well-marinated and the sauce was absolutely amazing, very savory, nice sweet and sour from the tamarind but not overly so. The crushed peanuts added a nice amount of crunch. Their "Welcome to Thailand" spice level did not overpower the dish at all. I personally dislike the soft tofu and wanted more chives and bean sprouts, but overall very good dish.

We were in neighbourhood and I was hungry, and found this place from Google maps. No regret! Food was delish, owner was really friendly even tho he was short staffed. We ordered Pad Kea Mao and Pa-Nang curry. I was pleasantly surprised with Pad Kea Mao since I never tasted such thing. And it was really good. Made me keep tasting it because of its unique taste. PaNang curry was more familiar taste that I usually can find in most Thai restaurant but it surely was yummy. So glad we tried this restaurant :)

Our regular restaurant was closed to we tried a new place! We love spice & eat thai food regularly - we ordered Mild this time for the kids. Tom Kha Soup & Red Curry dishes were absolutely inedible, even for us. Insane spice. See photo - pure red pepper seeds and skins. It was like someone dumped an entire jar of red pepper paste into the small dishes. There was more pepper seeds than chicken and vegetables. No other flavour. Very confusing. Not edible dishes. Disappointed to waste money trying a new restaurant. We've been eating dishes like this for years and never had an experience like this.

I had a Party catered by Khaing Thai Bistro and the food so delicious and fresh. I met with the chef and we went over options. He had so many great ideas. They went out of their way to do a presentation that looked pretty good. The desserts were incredible. The food was amazing everyone’s favourite believe it or not was there butter chicken wraps…. I almost didn’t order them but I’m super glad I did. I would highly recommend this restaurant

Amazing food and service. Owner is a very kind guy. We were going to veitnamese place next door, but ended up eating lots of Thai food. Portion size is good, reasonably priced. My partner usually gets sick eating thai curry outside, this was the first time she enjoyed and didn't get sick. (Touchwood haha). Will definitely come back.

Wow, this is probably the best Thai restaurant in the city! Really amazing service, food was the best I had in a while. We had tom yum with tofu and pad thai with shrimp, both meals I'm giving 10/10. And you would not believe the prices, they are still on a level of 10+ years ago, which means pretty cheap! Can't wait to come back!!

This place is a true hidden gem waiting to be discovered. We visited on Christmas eve and had the red curry, Tom yum soup, Thai iced tea. The food was flavourful and authentic. Fast service, friendly staff, and a menu that leaves a lasting impression. Will be definitely visiting again!

We tried the Red Curry. Flavour was fantastic!!! BUT it should be strained first big chunks of ginger and lemon grass in it was very unappetizing and unappealing. We had take out and it was in plastic bags inside plastic containers most odd trying to pour in bowls at home. Bit will definitely have again

Found this place on Google when we were on Whyte and craving Thai food. Wasn’t sure wha to expect at first, but it’s a cute little hole in the wall with some delicious food!! Very reasonably priced and would go back again! Only thing is the portions are smaller compared to some other places but it’s perfect for individual sized portions :)

Stumbled upon this place with a couple friends and was not disappointed! We ordered the Panang and the red curry and both were amazing, so flavourful. We also had the satay chicken to start and an order of pad Thai, the pad Thai was a bit on the sweeter side but nothing extreme, delicious nonetheless. The owner is also so lovely, 10/10 will def be back!

First time but not the last time! Felt in the mood for something spicy which led to ordering take out from here. Paid about $14 each for a curry and a Pad Thai. The high star rating (4.7 from 79 reviews) is right! Enjoyable food, reasonably portioned, and friendly staff made it worth posting a review. After more than a few visits, it shows they are very consistent in the quality of their dishes.

Found this gem by fluke, have been going here for years since. Travelled Thailand in '95, this is as authentic as you can get. The Panang Curry is to die for! I have friends and relatives from Calgary and Kimberley that never miss a chance to eat here when in Edm. Excellent prices.

I have tried 4 different Thai restaurants in Edmonton before I found this one. This one is definitely the best I've tried in town. I had the green curry. The perfect balance of spiciness and creaminess one could ever ask for in a green curry. Vegetables were cooked to perfection. Portions were small but fairly priced. As Thai food lover, I'm definitely coming back to try the whole menu!

We regularly get takeout and the food is always delicious! Best tom yum soup in the city, IMHO! The curries are excellent, and so are the stir fries. Try #15- Pad Prik Kaeng Tour. They do a good job with the veggies- always nicely cooked and not overdone. Also a good place if you like spicy food- unlike some other places they really make it HOT if you order it that way.

Our favourite Thai place! I've tried several things on the menu and the food consistently delicious. It's also always an extremely pleasant interaction order from here and pick up the food (I haven't eaten in since we first tried this restaurant during the pandemic). Highly recommend! We stopped by after salsa lessons and all I can say is amazing food! Definitely come here if you like eating. The number 7 and 8 were sooo yummy and the green onion cake was the best I have ever had. I would recommend this place to anyone. We got the welcome to Thailand spice level and it was nice and spicy. Come eat here

Not sure I've ever had Thai food before. At least not knowingly. I've been missing out. I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy but their food was fantastic. You control the spiciness to, thankfully. #2 spice was just perfect. The owner is a super nice guy. Good service, good atmosphere and good food. Highly recommended!

I ordered take out and absolutely loved it. I had the Phanang curry (mild) with chicken and veggie spring rolls. The curry included rice. The curry had a good amount of veggies and protein, and the flavor was wonderful. This will be my go to for Thai going forward.

Ordered their Pad thai and tom yum soup. Best place if you are looking for authentic Thai taste.

Delicious, unassuming place. Service was friendly and welcoming. The Pad Thai was amazing and hit the spot for my craving. Don't let the picture fool you, the serving was large with lots of chicken cooked to perfection. Will be back!

Great food. Their Thai red and green curries are amazing. Great price for great value. I just wish they were open for a longer duration. They open at around 5pm and close before 8pm.

The pad kea mao and green curry are delicious!!! Also tried the Tom Kha soup, which is sooooo tasty. You can choose the level of spiciness you want. My husband and mine favorite Thai place hands down!!

Great for Take Out or delivery- rather dark inside. The team is super friendly and they put carrots between the salad rolls so that they don't stick together!!!

Went there last Saturday. Ordered tom yum soup, panang curry, and thai iced tea. Overall taste was great, although food was a little bit small portioned.
