What you expect is what you get - Simply put when you lose your key and are locked out of your house your expectation is that the key maker arrives in minutes, does the job without hassle, can charge you reasonably and decently say goodbye. That's exactly the kind of experience I had with Khalsa Key Makers. They were honest, efficient and understood the value of good customer feedback. The turn around time from me getting locked out to being back in the house after I made the call was 20 minutes. However, this may vary according to the distance from their shop. Although for me the service was more important, some people may find the price a little steep. Then again who can put a price to a crisis elimination service ;). Thanks guys.

My experience was just too good, got my computerised door locked at 9 in night, so just very helplessly I googled so that someone can come to rescue, by chance just called him and droped the call seeing his far location...but this guy mohan singh called back and assured to reach asap...n guys he ltrly reached in given time and to my rescue opened my computerised door lock just like that and without any damage....can't thank him enough for his on time help. Gratitude

I have had used the services of several different locksmiths across New Delhi for over 20-years. In fact, I have a locksmith right in my neighborhood market but it’s been close to 5-years and whenever I have an issue I contact Khalsa Key-maker because of their prompt response and action towards my problem.

Not ok service. I had a lock which is a bit old fashioned to which when i had the key i got it made for 35 rs now i lost it and when i contacted them, they said it will cost me 2000 rs for the key to a normal lock which is just a bit old fashioned. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I lost a bunch of keys and didn’t know who to contact . It was pretty late in the evening . I found them on google on called immediately , they were responsive , honest and quick about their business . I recommend them for emergency situations ! Very happy with their service .

Very fast and efficient. They were very quick to respond, and ensured that we were not worried or stressed. Very polite, diligent and courteous. Highly recommend them. Did the job well and even though it was quite late, they arrived within minutes and helped us.

Got their services for lock replacement of an ulmirah, prompt response, professional service and decent behaviour but their charges are on a bit higher side. Highly recommended though!

The Sardar ji is an amazing person. Knows his work best. It only took him 10 to 15 mins to make my flip key. I am now planning to get my other car keys also made by him.

They have taken the money but still no response. They aren't even picking up the calls. They did unlock the lock but the key is not working again.
