Indian restaurant
"Very unhappy about the restaurant's service, I ordered food and after 1"
"Great value for money as good food at a steal but the next morning had some belly problems, so be aware"
"there customer service is really really BAD we went to them yesterday and ordered for naan bread and something after 40 min the man came and said they cant make any naan bread we have to take chapati or any other things but he was so rude im not going to the place ever "
"Stopped here while staying at the Clayton Crown in London for vacation"
"This restaurant is marvellous"
Very unhappy about the restaurant's service, I ordered food and after 1.5 hours it wasn't delivered, I ended up cancelling the order and the manager kept blaming the bad traffic for the delay. Although traffic is not restaurant's fault, they shouldn't accept my order if they are unable to deliver the food. Very unhappy.
Great value for money as good food at a steal but the next morning had some belly problems, so be aware. Ordered the biryani, butter chicken curry and chicken tikka which were all good. The atmosphere could be better but feels like it was in India. choice with a risk when in cricklwood for an affordable dinner.
there customer service is really really BAD we went to them yesterday and ordered for naan bread and something after 40 min the man came and said they cant make any naan bread we have to take chapati or any other things but he was so rude im not going to the place ever .. highly NOT recommended .
Stopped here while staying at the Clayton Crown in London for vacation. The food was tasted great and was a good level of spicy, and the staff were friendly. If I ever return to London (which I hope I will), I'll be sure to stop here again. They have many vegetarian options too!
This restaurant is marvellous. The staff are delightful and I have been coming here for years. They always remember you even if you only come once a year. The food is delicious and the cooks are more then willing to accommodate any dietary preferences. love it love love it More
Customers are not coming to the restaurant as they used to before. Take Away seems to be more than before.. Restaurant is not getting sufficient customers because of.increased food prices. They say they aren't able to afford the increased cost.
Not the greatest décor, but very helpful and courteous service, excellent food, and very reasonable prices. The best peshwari naan I have ever tasted, with a generous and very tasty chicken biriani. Will definitely go again if in the area. More
The food here is always great - the tarka dhal is the best I've ever tasted! The staff are super helpful especially Raju the manger who always remembers your order and will make special dishes if you ask. He had done this often for my dad.
This restaurant is always my first choice when I am in the area, the food is delicious and they offer a good range. Service is always fantastic and the staff are polite and friendly. There have been a couple of times they forgot something
Harry the owner and his son are true gents and makes it a memorable experience. The manager Raj is a lovely guy too. Even sauces and flavours you think you know taste delicious from their chef. Good price, trendy clean decor. A real gem.
Went to Khana last night Thursday night. Went early so we were the only ones there. The decor is really nice inside. Will probably be a good atmosphere when it’s full say on a Saturday night. Had chicken bhuna and peshwari naan. The food
i ordered a daal makhani for take away ,and it was a total disappointment basically it was water and a lot of oil and a very tiny amount of lentils , it was nothing like they state on the menu "black lentils cooked with tomatoes, ginger,
Khana never fails to please. Consistent high quality and quite genuine Indian fare - I have travelled in India quite widely and the food here always brings back memories of my time there. Tandoori specialities are a must. Not expensive
My favourite place in the area. Absolutely incredible vindaloo, biryani, and dhals. Very reasonable as well for the quality. I usually get take away, but after a refurb a few years ago the place is super cosy and warm for a sit in. The
Excellent food! One of the finest chef, the food brilliant! At the end of the meal, I wouldn't usually praise the chef but as the food was exquisite I couldn't help myself. Would definitely recommend the Butter Chicken and the Biryani.
We have been here twice since the refurbishment and must say the food has been great. The service has been polite and prompt. One small thing is it can be a little drafty by the door! However, I would still recommend this restaurant.
The food and service is amazing! Stumbled upon this amazing place on our last day of visiting London! Ariti (I'm sorry if I spelt that wrong) is the best waitress! So attentive and friendly! Would 100000% come back More
I khana believe it! It's my second time ordering Khana, this time on uber eats. The first time I ate in the restaurant. Great food, great sides, honestly such a good place for a Curry in Cricklewood. :) More
This was super yummy and excellent portion sizes. Had the lamb chops and they were very fresh which was great because the Indian places by us do not always have the freshest lamb. Would eat here again. More
It was the best Chicken Biriyani I have ever tasted in my years and also the curries were unique in taste from the others. Great accomodation from the waitor. It was so good we went three nights in a row!
Great food loved it. Will be back. Read some of the other reviews, didn't understand what the problem was. I don't eat lamb and didn't order it,but my friend did and I tasted it was great.
Got a delivery last night fantastic flavours and i am no stranger to indian food . best take away i have had ordered another 2 days later different dishes same results delicious.
Very average food and service with not very much effort put into either. Rather bright restaurant with little atmosphere- had more of a cafe feel than restaurant.
Mediocre - ok if you are on a budget. Portion size ok. Mixed grill was quite dry. Paratha medicore. Batter on mushroom pakora and chicken pakora not tasty. More
Horrible food. I got a curry and a naan it was so disgusting. The curry was watery and tasteless. And the naan was so dry and had no flavour. Do not buy.
food is ok. i was served stale popadoms, i got up and walked out, in disgust, as a regular customer i was made a fool of, again.. so much for loyalty..
Food would have been nice if I could taste it the chillies took over all I could taste was chilli powder too hot no point eating it burns your stomach
Always my go to India shop, trusted, honest and fantastic food. Tha k you to the exceptional staff at Khana, lots of love charmaine.
Really rather disappointing. Food was average at best and decor is from another planet with flashing disco lighting. No heart in the place.
Great ambience..Am not too sure about the quality of the meal. Can't say much at the moment but did enjoy myself with a couple of friends.
I live local and this is easily my favourite place to eat in Cricklewood. Friendly service, good food, nice atmosphere and well priced
Delicious food would have given a 5 but for the young waiter constantly asking if we wanted the bill and rushing us out (so it felt)
Been here a few times and had takeaway too. Food is good. Their chilli paneer is a must. Great service received from the owner. More
They forgot part of the order. Chicken was too salty. The tandoori platter and naans were awesome. The okra was excellent as well.
Unfriendly. Disappointing flavour; never known a vindaloo to taste dull and stale before. Dips are re-used between tables.
It was ok it seemed to me that it was run by Bengali people trying to make North Indian food so wasn't quite right for me
High quality Indian food at good prices. Friendly staff who remember customers. Definitely worth visiting over and over.
I've only had takeaways from here but it has always been good. This has to be the best Indian restaurant in the area.
Food is good and priced well but waiters manners are not. Restaurant is also noisy. Visit much less often now.
Love the food love the staff!! Always here on a weekly basis, go and try the signature butter chicken!!!
Excellent food, lovely restaurant, friendly staff and great price, what more could I ask for?
I eat here regularly as I stay in the area for business, Food is great! Service is great!
